White cloud screen on mac creative

I saw the posts about this problem on windows but not on mac, when you open window creative cloud is empty, how to solve this problem.

Follow the procedure below and check:
N ° 1)
Click on the Finder and search options listed next to icon located Apple in the upper left of the screen and click on the "Go" menu button and select 'utilities '.
(Applications > Utiliites)
Search for a file Adobe Creative Cloud (as appropriate) and Adobe Application Manager under utility window and trash both folders.
Step 2)
Trash Adobe Creative cloud from Applications Eh well.
Step 3)
(1) right-click on the icon in the Finder, then select the option "Go-ToFolder .
(2) you will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '. (Don't miss ~ symbol)
~/Library
(3) then navigate to Application Support > Adobe.
Open file Adobe and trash folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.
Step 4)
(1) right-click on the icon in the Finder, then select 'Go - To' folder.
(2) you will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '.
/ Library
(3) then navigate to Application Support > Adobe.
Open file Adobe and trash folders named AAMUpdater ,Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.
Step 5)
Click on the link below and download & run the cleaning of Adobe tool:
Select the option "Adobe Application Manager for Mac OS X 10.6" and click on ""clean Selected " ."
Step 6)
Click on the link below and download the creative Cloud configuration file and use it to install the creative Cloud Desktop application.

But nothing has worked. I deleted the only sign of punctuation in my name on the profile of Adobe, and I don't have a company name. I try to avoid the hack to remove the '&' from my Windows user profile name, because it sounds like it can cause all kinds of other problems that I don't need.
I have spent 2 days on this now and you really want just this apparently simple problem to solve! Anything does not work - Please HELP!

If you are still having the same issue, let us know if you are using a wired Ethernet or Wifi Internet connection or wireless.
If you have installed like Norton, AVG, Mcafee security suites... etc temporarily disable their firewall and check.
If there are several users connected to the computer at the same time, close the other user accounts and check.
You can also try with the steps mentioned in the link, which is a different issue, but applies for spinning wheel question below.
This facility is no longer functional.

I answer to myself. The Service Technique Adobe sent me this solution that works!
(1) restart the machine en Mode Minimal:
-Restart the machine. When sounded the gong to start in a few hold the Shift (shift) key until the Apple logo appears.
-The machine restarts then mode without extension (more loan than usual).
(2) manually delete the following folders in the library of the Mac:
[MacHD] / Applications/Utilities/applications Manager

[MacHD] / Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE
[MacHD] / Library/Application Support/Adobe/AAMUpdater
[MacHD] / Library/Application Support/Adobe/AAMUpdaterInventory
[MacHD] / Library/Application Support/Adobe/SLStore
[MacHD] / Library/Application Support/Adobe/SLCache
3) go to the library of the Mac:
-Open the Finder.
-Great menu 'go' (at the top).
-Keep the key 'alt' on the keyboard.
-Menu of the 'Go', click on "library".
-Come on record of the in "Application Support" then "Adobe".
-Remove the folders 'OOBE', 'AAMUpdater' and 'AAMUpdaterInventory '.
(5) liability (very important) trash.
(6) download the Creative Cloud Desktop Manager from the following address:

First, close your office cc application.
then, rename the opm.db file by:
Navigate to the OOBE folder.
Windows: [system drive]: \Users\ [user name] \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
Mac OS: /users/
folder/Library/Application Support / Adobe / OOBE and rename the file opm.db in opm_old.db, for example
Finally, launch your cc desktop application.

Please make sure that there is no Proxy setting on your network and also check that you are logged into admin and not as mobile admin. You can also try to connect the MAC to a Wi - Fi network to different/open or Mobile Hotspot and disable all antivirus on MAC titles and try to check if the creative cloud app works.
