Crop the optimum size of the static image

I was going to ask "What is the optimal size for images created in Photoshop for use in the videos?" but it looks like my question is answered https://forums.Adobe.com/thread/1384976 et https://forums.Adobe.com/thread/450798

However, much of what he talks about which resembles a fairly complex/lengthy process - is actually a bit more than my head - and I was wondering if it is possible to cut corners without sacrificing quality as well.

For example, imagine a video that features enough base png and jpg, including drawings in black and white simple and some images with many colors but not works of art. If I just use 600 pixels default width for the creation of my images before importing them into Premier Pro, will likely look okay?

If an image does not appear if hot, I could just remove the Prime Minister, then re-create it in Photoshop with more bandwidth and reimport it in first, right?

Thank you.

I would NOT make images smaller than my video size of the image. So if you get a normal high definition 1920 x 1080 video, I would like to make this size of pixels, either them a doubling of that. If you double them, you can zoom in and evolve without pixellisant.

If you take a PNG side long 600 pixels and put on a timeline of 1080, is not going to look so good...

    Hello

    I have a static image - it's a wall with a window. -It is a PNG image with a rectangular hole where the window would be.

    But then I have a scrolling of images - it's clouds.

    I can't image of cloud behind the window to extract the effect I'm after. Everything is in place, but the clouds are overlapping the top and bottom of the wall scroll (corresponding to the cutting of the window).

  • Menu with video instead of the static image buttons?

    Hello.

    Working on my first still project and I have pretty much done. Just have a question about the menu buttons.

    Is it possible to have show a short, repeating the clip of the associated chapter or are we stuck with static image?

    I know that we have a video clip as a background for the whole menu, but I wonder about the buttons themselves.

    Thank you.

    They are called "animated vignettes." You can set the framework from the beginning (the poster frame). The buttons have special features. Almost all menus "submenu" called library have this features and show you the button layer prefix.

  • See the static Image, then Play F4V file

    Hi, I tried to follow the instructions in the following of discussion http://forums.adobe.com/message/2057441 but without success.

    I'm doing it too, only with a static image at the beginning and then to play the flv file:

    Here's where I am right now:

    In the FLA in Flash CS4

    Have the FLVPlayback component and FLVPlaybackCaptioning component (with associated .xml file) more the component button legend inserted and all work fine.

    At this stage have made the video with the controls of the background layer on the timeline.  Name of the FLVPlayback component instance is vid.

    Next layer is the still image as a graphic symbol.

    Top layer is the layer actions.

    On the actions of layer I place the code as indicated in the previous answer, before you twisted for two videos:

    I get compiler errors five, which I have attached a screenshot in jpg format.  I am very new, understand the code, but not AS code.

    Thank you in advance for your help!

    The code used is the following:

    startBtn.onRelease = function() {}
    Make sure that your video has an instance name of vid
    and it is NOT set to AutoPlay.
    VID. Play();
    This ._alpha = 0;
    };
    var listenerObject:Object = new Object();
    listenerObject.stopped = {function (eventObject)}
    startBtn._alpha = 100;
    };
    vid.addEventListener ("stopped", listenerObject);

    listenerObject.playing = {function (eventObject)}
    startBtn._alpha = 0;
    Or you can use startBtn._visible = false
    }

    vid.addEventListener ("playing", listenerObject);

    Here's the AS3 script:

    Import fl.video.VideoEvent;

    function doPlayVid(e:MouseEvent):void {}

    VID. Play();

    This.Alpha = 0;

    }

    function doStopped(e:VideoEvent):void {}

    startBtn.alpha = 1;

    }

    function doPlaying(e:VideoEvent):void {}

    startBtn.alpha = 0;

    }

    startBtn.addEventListener (MouseEvent.CLICK, doPlayVid);

    vid.addEventListener (VideoEvent.STOPPED_STATE_ENTERED, doStopped);

    vid.addEventListener (VideoEvent.PLAYING_STATE_ENTERED, doPlaying);

  • Resizable page for different sizes of screen, but with the content of the static image. I will use the query?

    I do a page that contains the content of the image for the most part. It's a big circle in the Middle, so I won't be centered vertically and horizontally. I also want to stay centered and resized proportionally for different screen sizes. I read at the request of the media, but it seems to me that the elements just become liquid. Can I do the elements remain in place using the media query?

    I'm working in Dreamweaver CS5.5

    I meant use 'z-index' selector CSS to the 'layer' your div on the page: http://reference.sitepoint.com/css/z-index/demo

  • Cropping of the video Images

    I was wondering how to crop the video images as they run. Is there a module vi which can be used to do this? Examples I've seen online used a nonexistent moment IMAQ extracted.

    What do you mean a "non-existent" IMAQ extract?

    Are you sure that your vision module is installed?

    It is possible to "reframe" the images, I think that there are examples in LabVIEW. Help > find examples... > tab "search"

    Hope this helps

  • The size of the default Image for the Animations in Photoshop

    Yesterday, I asked what would be the default good size for static images, and someone suggested that 1920 X 1080 pixels is the standard "a normal high-def video."

    So I did a bunch of images with this dimension and imported into a new project. When I have them of drugs on the chronology and the preview in the upper right quadrant (I can't remember the term for this part of the workspace - 'Read'?)-I discovered that my images are a bit too big, or the preview window is a bit too small.

    I can easily go back and simply redimensionneront these images in Photoshop, which makes them a bit smaller. But I want to understand what is happening, for later use. It is a common practice to make your images 1920 X 1080 pixels, but leave on 50 to 100 pixels of padding around them? Or is there a different default size should I use? Or is it possible to tell if my monitor to preview/reading is cropping the view?

    I must point out that I am working on my first video and it didn't include not just any what real video footage at all. I imported simply an audio file, and I'm not adding a series of fixed/static images, like a slide show. When it's over, I would try and replace the opening with a short video sequence, but that's another project.

    Thank you.

    I think I solved the problem. I discovered that my default setting was much smaller than the recommended default value (1920 X 1080), so I changed it to 1920 X 1080. The images I create in Photoshop are the same size, resolution 72. I discovered that if an image touches the border of the screen to work, it will be heavily truncated. So I created guides that indicate an area of 100 pixels of padding broad around my image. I also discovered a feature that does the same thing first ('Lines of magic', I think).

    I didn't realize a finished video yet, but things looked OK when I preview the. Thank you.

  • Photoshop is the embedded images cropping

    I am trying to add the logo of our company to a postcard I design. It is a PNG file. When I embed it in photoshop, the resulting image has the bottom line or two pixels cut off. It becomes the background out the letters in the logo of the culture. I can't understand why he did this or how stop from occurring.

    Help?

    I think I might have thought of it. No matter what I do, it always pressures the boundaries at the edge of the lettering. But I found that if I place the logo full size and then resize it later, it does not crop the bottom of the letters.

    So I'm still confused as to why it does, but I found a work around for now.

    Thanks for all the help.

  • Export the LR5 Image size

    I used LR a good amount and you have not run into this problem before.trying to export images for use in Wordpress (resolution 1620 x 720) and that I put the 'image size' parameters as 1620 x 720 and 'dimension', 'pixels' and 'resolution 300', she continues to their output to 960 x 720.

    The original file size is 3264 x 2448 in JPEG format.

    Also, I use Lightroom 5.7.

    Any thoughts on what keeps me out in my size?

    Thanks in advance for your help.

    Best,
    Glenn K.

    You first need to crop the image to a lengthening of 1620 x 720 (or equivalently of 9 x 4), and then when you export with the 1620 x 720 size settings, you will get what you want.

  • Graphic resizing function has changed, now crops the image, why?

    I must, without knowing it, changed some settings. So far whenever I bring you in graphic, such as a png or jpg, I can resize using the selection tool (arrow) and in a corner of the image I click, hold down the shift/command (Mac) and then shrink or enlarge the size proportionally. What has changed, it is now, the image does not like that, but rather the same manoeuvre crops the image in the direction where, as in using a mask function, the image doesn't change size but the border of it changes and part of the left image not visible. I guess that there is a setting that I don't know who is doing this, but so far have not been able to understand. Anyone know?

    Any responses appreciated as very frustrating.

    Thank you

    -Richard

    Selection of content will resize itself the image but not the frame.

  • How to adapt to the size to display the entire image in the display of the image?

    HI, I use a range of control to display my video images using image display. However, the size is always out of proportion. How can I view the entire image in the size of the screen of box. Essentially, in order to adjust the size for the images?

    You have this option in the indicator of the Image itself. Right-click on the indicator, you will get an option something like "Image Fit with indicator" (sorry I forgot the actual name)

  • Excerpt from IMAQ (-1074396077), crop the Image

    Hello

    I have a 12-bit (Vosskuhler) CCD camera. I use the vi IMAQ, to take the image of the camera CCD the IMAQ Snap.vi. Communication to the camera works very well...

    I want to crop the image 'full', take a rectangular area in the interest of this image. For this, I use the Extract.vi IMAQ.

    Problem: when I try to crop directly the image that is from the camera, the Extract.vi IMAQ generates an error (-1074396077). BUT when I first save the image on a local disk, reload again and try to cut back then, then it works properly! What can be the problem?

    I have attached the vi that does not work...

    Thanks a lot for your help

    PS: I mean I have a solution with the save, close, and charging, but I don't like this!

    Cheers, Matthias

    Hello MJ77

    You can see what image type a vi came out of the snap function and also the ability to load from a file attached.

    I get the same error as you if image types are not the same.
