  Exactly as indicated by our MVP, compatibility issues hit blindly and it is not very rare that one of your apps (PS) works in this case well and I is not. Suggest you to upgrade.

  Accidentally fallen Windows Update that broke my system. Was required to make a system restore which deleted all record of my installed applications of cloud creative, even if the files are still physically present.

  Now that I am trying to reinstall creative cloud, I don't see a CreativeCloudSet - Up.exe is 'Initializing install', then it closes and nothing else happens.

  Less than two months ago, I upgraded my HP Jet Windows 7 to 10. Over time some questions popped up (random apps that could not be opened, etc.) so I decided to do a full reset, deleting the files from the user. Once the 'install' process is complete he brought me to the initial configuration for Windows 10 screen, asking me my keyboard and language preference. He would not accept any contact entry.   I was able to use the OTG cable to try to re - install Windows 10 from a USB key. When a similar initial settings (language, keyboard) screen broke, I couldn't use the touchscreen.   On the pilots seems plausible. Especially because on my laptop (older) with Windows 10 CD bootable (like Norton Ghost) don't Duke keyboard and mouse.

  I'll have a look at the new version of the BIOS and start looking for new tools that will accept my keyboard (and mouse).
