• AE and Pr CS5 - problems AVCHD? !!!

  Hello. I have problems with first Pro CS5 and After Effects with the AVCHD (.m2ts) format files playback. I had no problem with CS4.

  I was upgrading my system to x 64 - I reinstall my system and I installed AE and Pr CS5. I installed QuickTime and I don't know how to solve problems:

  01 - after Effects CS5 - #PROBLEM

  Whenever I try to import an AVCHD, it shows me this error message:

  After effects error: could not import the file "name_of_file.m2ts" - this ".m2ts" file is damaged or not supported.

  02 - premiere Pro CS5 - #PROBLEM

  I have no problems with the video, but with the audio. Whener I try to add an AVCHD file on the timeline, it does not add a sound. It adds only a video.

  
  

  HOW CAN I SOLVE THE PROBLEMS? I had no problem with CS4 but now... Please help me, I'm very desperate.

  As Mylenium said, support of AVCHD is not included in the trial version. Your After Effects and Premiere Pro questions are why, and there is no need to do additional troubleshooting on the use of your AVCHD video clips with the trial version.

• Illustrator CS5 problems

  Hello! I just picked up a new work computer (it's a brand new IMac) and it works great except that it won't save my illustrator documents, which is a problem, since all my work is made of illustrator documents. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the program, but when I went to download Illustrator CS5, I get the following error message:

  'Install' is corrupted and cannot be opened. You must eject the disk image.

  'Install' is on the "DesignStandard_CS5_LS1 - 5.dmg" disk image

  Safari has downloaded this disk image today at 09:34 from trials3.adobe.com.

  My company bought Adobe Creative Suite 5 Design Standard before I started working here and has always the serial number and the drive, but my new IMac is not a hard drive.

  I am at a loss to know what to do, and I need to get back to work! I talked with Adobe support, and they me redirected here. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

• Photoshop CS5 - problems with your installation

  I tried several times to install Production Premium CS5 - Photoshop only (x 64 + standard) - on a new workstation Win10 Pro and keeps it fails with the message error "there was a problem with your installation. Adobe support insisted I download the latest version, as I did, but it made no difference. So they cannot give aid because CS5 is not the latest version of the product.

  An idea that MAY work to install or run some programs in Windows 10 old... works for some, not for others

• I'm color blind and meet guides see AI CS5 problem

  Although I'm color blind, I did a lot of graphic work right out of collage for a small business.  I used Illustrator 10 and never had any problems with the interface.  After this initial work, I use illustrator for personal use only and recently "upgraded" in CS5.  I noticed immediately that I have a hard time see guides and some other brands on my illustrations.  Is there a way to change the color of guides or shades on the background to create a contrast more.  Sorry if this is a basic question, I'm not an expert, just try to be better ways. Thank you!!!

  Edit > preferences > Guides & grid (Windows) or Illustrator > Preferences > Guides & grid (Mac OS) to change the colors of the grid and Guides. Click on the bearings commented to change these colors as well.

  

  I suspect that it is sufficient to solve the problem, but you can also change the background color of the artboard. Here's the video: How to change the background in Adobe Illustrator CS6 - YouTube but be careful... This is a automated voice (read boring!).

  NOTE: These instructions work for CS6 and CC, but I don't have CS5 to test on more. Could you make account and let me know?

  100% zoom shows each pixel in your document as a pixel on the screen. If your document has a different resolution on your monitor, you will see a difference in size to 100%. More non-haute resolution of monitors these days are about 115 Pixels per inch. If your doc is a standard printing resolution, 300 DPI, it will look the same as print at 300 size / 115, approximately 38%. To set this automatically, view > print size. To be precise, you must set the resolution of your screen in Edit > Preferences > units and rules.

• Pipette in CS5 problems

  Hi everyone, my eyedropper tool has all of a sudden went wrong. Select the eyedropper (or alt clicking on the window open while on another tool) makes the color selected the color of background and not in the foreground, as he always did. While and alt-click with the eyedropper selected makes the color of the foreground one.

  Not a huge problem, but which becomes more and more annoying that I'm trying to work and keep the right color paint.

• Hearing with first CS5 problems

  Someone had problems with hearing 5.5 does not not with first CS5. I have both programs (but not a part of the Suite). Then, hearing CS5 is installed and therefore first CS5. After splitting a sound channel, I want to take the change with hearing from the drop down, but edit it with hearing is cut; It is interesting however modify it with Soundbooth is highlighted and it works. But I would like to work with the hearing. Does anyone have these problems?

  This built-in feature only works with the first CS5.5, I think.  There may be some hacks registry or something to run around with first CS5.0, but I have the feeling that the only way to fly with success of stuff back as expected is to get the upgrade.

  Now, if that is indeed what you have and this is the case, then it is a different problem altogether.

• Export to tape CS5 problem

  Hello, I can't exporter tape DV sequence in CS5.

  In file/export/band the camera is activated. I run export. The screen of my camcorder advance but remains blue. In the end the body shows 'successful export', but nothing is printed on the tape. If I try however to make an acquisition with the same configuration exactly this one works. (Well I checked all the settings of the camcorder are correct)

  I have a dual system (dual boot) with CS3 in parallel. I have CS3 on a Matrox card. I have found that pay to solve this problem we must go into the settings and check the box 'enable export by IEEE1394 '. With this box checked the taping is done well (same camera, same settings, connections themselves). However if the box is not checked I meet the same conditions as in CS5avec the ' screen of the camera remains blue. .

  I can't export to tape in CS5. I'm trying to export a DV sequence with an IEEE 1394 cable.

  The camera is connected and is seen in CS5. I can acquire images from the camera even with the same connection and settings. But if I try to export, begin the export process, the camera starts but the screen remains blue. At the end I get the message 'export to tape with success', but I have nothing on the tape.

  I have 2 systems: a system of CS3 (XP) and CS5 system (Win7 64 bit). My card is a GTX 470 and works in CS5 Cuda acceleration.

  On my system of CS3 - I working with a Matrox RTX2 card - there is a setting where I can hit "activate export by IEEE 1394". With this setting, (same camera same Firewire connection), I can do export to tape of CS3. If I don't have this activated key I get the same result with the camera screen which remains blue.

  I hope that someone can help me. Here is a picture of my settings

  My card is a GTX 470 and works in CS5 Cuda acceleration.

  You must disable hardware acceleration for export to tape. Go to project > Project Settings > General and set made video and read only on 'Software.'

• CS5 problems

  I met problems when using CS5 on my Mac Pro. Vive (2x2.8 GHz Quad Core Intel 8 gig ram) it is only on this machine and not my lap top.

  Problem #1 when you use the 'X' key to go from B W, if I spend more than twice using the shortcut, I get a message that I need to choose a number between x and x and put a long sequence of color on the picture.  I can get out of the streak going up a step in history, and then use the X key again and everything is ok for 2 times more.  Then she does it all over again.   If I use the Wacom stylus to move the w B all is ok, but the short cut, that's where the rub.

  Problem #2 when you type a description at the bottom of the photo, the letters typed are slow to appear.  It used to work perfectly.  But all of a sudden, I can type several words before the shows hit upwards.  And it is very choppy.  Also, when choosing the "T" for the type, the beach turns ball selection for a while before I can draw a box type and it takes usually delete the text layer once and start over again with a box of type.  This also works very well on the top of the tower.

  Any suggestions?  I have a feeling I'll have to call Adobe and download it off and download it again to see if it works well because it works very well on the top of the tower.  But thought I'd ask in case someone has suggestions before I have to go this route.

  Have you validated all the fonts and deleted issues, then cleaned all font caches? (With Onyx, for example).

  In regard to point 1:

  Photoshop, the OS and drivers are all up to date?

  Did you routines normal troubleshooting (prefs in now command-alt-shift and hold rampage starting Photoshop, deactivation of 3rd-party plug-ins, system etc..)?

• CS5 problems with the alignment of the object key?

  I use guides like objects for alignment keys without problem in CS4 for Mac, but just objects in CS5 fly somewhere not visible anywhere in the file. I checked prefs but sees nothing that would create this behavior, and alignment on the pixel grid doesn't seem to matter. Still works fine in CS4. I could draw a line to line up to as a work-around, but it would be tedious. Aligning to the selection and the artboard work properly. Anyone else noticed this or know what could be the cause of this? Thanks in advance for your help.

  Have you had this problem from the beginning, or it appears suddenly? I saw this problem in CS3, set by trashing the settings folder.

  Well, no one has reported these problems printing up to CS5 was released a couple of weeks.

  We look inside and have identified some of the underlying problems (old printer drivers does not not with the printing system Vista/Win7).

  It may be a while before we (and Microsoft) can come up with a solution.

  I worked with CS5 programs up to this point. I always have the programs downloaded to my laptop for school, but recently bought a Cintiq Compantion 2 for myself - so of course, I want to download my programs on this computer, because that's what I bought it for.

  However, I can't understand how to re - install on my computer of cintiq.

  I did once before when I myself got a new laptop. But by connecting the adobe Web site, now I see things have changed and I am at a total loss.
