  This image does not yellow-orange on my side. It seems that we have a color management problem going on here. Have you had your screen calibrated? Do you know what profile is connected to your monitor (or if a customer one has been created due to the calibration)? What you have in your color settings from the Edit menu?   You can use a table, but I think that a single paragraph with a character style nested to manage the different formatting for the price is more flexible.

  If I (put) understand it, you can just press Alt/Option (so that you are always mousing down) and drag the handle back in the anchor, then let go and click or ClickDrag the next Anchor Point.

  In the top tool bar on the extreme left side, is an icon that resembles the tool used. Right-click on it to choose to reset the menu. An alternative is to click on the same icon so in this dialog box is a sprocket wheel icon, click it will bring up a menu of plu, you can choose tool to reset there as well.
