  Follow the step to reset the Photoshop preferences below.

  To re-create the Photoshop preferences files, start the application while pressing Ctrl + Alt + Shift (Windows) or command + Option + shift (Mac OS). Then, click Yes to the message, "Delete the Adobe Photoshop settings file?"

• Photoshop CS6 amtlib.dll error

  I installed the CS6 version and it worked perfectly for the first week and suddenly when you try to run, an error box keep who appears with the message "amtlib.dll file missing'.   Does anyone have any ideas on how to solve this problem?

  I've been online to check and there seem to be 20 "solutions" but none of them really work and I'm not the only one having this problem apparently.

  Any help will be appreciated.

  cannot update either through the creative cloud or cs6 by its self. I can't find the update for mac. Cs6 current is 13.0.6.

  I have only spent 5 hours yesterday with adobe chat line f different agents and no help at all Adobe

  Hi, all apps are broken with the error in the attached screenshot. I tried to reinstall CS6 master collection twice; including removal of preferences.

  My OS is Mac OS 10.9.5 end 2013 Macbook Pro retina 15 ".

  they had to remove all bland, transitions, titles, overlays, and have all of the video clips on a track for speedgrade take the edl.

  as neil pointed out, the best part of speedgrade is the function of direct link. If this method is slow, make sure that all the effects are disabled in first before entering speedgrade to help performance.

  I still use cs6 to burn Blu - Ray without any problem so far

  Tried to burn a wedding video and I get now this error 3 failure etc etc.

  I use a Mac with a plugin blu - ray LG burner.

  I burned a picture of the still fron of marriage on my hard drive and using Toast right click to burn to disc

  Message arrives to insert a drive of 25g in drive.and is here

  It will not pick up my external hard drive for some reason any.

  Can someone help me find out sort yet or what software would I need for the mac to be able to burn blu - ray discs

• Extension Manager CS6 manifest.xml error

  I am under Photoshop CS6 (34 to 64-bit versions) on Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit and I tried to install an extension, but I get the following error:

  Cannot install the Extension of the Creative Suite "C:\Users\***\Downloads\com.dkagency.velositey.zxp". Please make sure the manifest.xml of this extension is valid and the extension manager recognizes at least a product that supports the extension.

  I uninstalled the extension manager and reinstalled (with the correct version of my software) and I still get the error. I installed other extensions and you have not had any problems with them. I was wondering if anyone had suggestions/advice on how to solve this problem.

  This message was originally the Extension Manager CS6 - rather than CC. In addition, as it was completely not recommended for 2015 CC, please do NOT use the extensions for CC 2015 facilities Manager.

• Photoshop CS6 quit job ERROR 16

  Since I upgrade s VMR on the Mac Pro together CS6 Adobe Suite does not work

  any error 16.

  ADOBE DIFFICULTY followed instuctions on permisions "error 16". Nothing has worked. Product deleted, reinstalled it, nothing works.

  Re-installed Maverics. still does not work.

  I called Apple, they said that it is a known issue with Adobe license server to contact adobe to patch and support.

  Adobe doesn't have a phone number to call because their products are so disfunctinal they cannot display a phone number because it would overload the circuits.

  How to fix it.  ADOBE, of course, wants to rent me the apps with the cloud thing... Yes nice exstortion break creative products everyones CS6 and force them to rent their return.

  Please help if you have a solution.

  We are really sorry for the inconvenience caused by the present.

  I think that when you migrated from your old machine to the new Mac, you used Time Machine for the same thing? If you did my suggestion would be to remove the product once, go to/Lib/Applicationsupport and rename the Adobe folder. After that, please reinstall the product again.

  After trying x times and re - encourages - all boards run, restarting, re-installing Photoshop CS6, I always get U44M1I210, error code when I try to update Camera Raw to v. 8.3.

  Is no 'stand-alone' Camera Raw 8.3 version available? Or an another really useful tips?
