I can't open Photoshop CS6. Message error "disk zero is not available.

After that I started to use a new WD My Passport Ultra, I can't open Photoshop CS6. I chose readers old and new passport like Scratch for Photoshop CS6 records. Maybe this caused the problem? The old passport drive has 5 GB only on the left. Now, when I try to run Photoshop, I get an error message that says: "the drive to work is not available."

I use iMac OS X Yosemite: 10.10.5.

I read that screw up a preference in Adobe Photoshop CS6 in host file > library > Preferences will not solve the problem, but I do not see a preference for Adobe Photoshop CS6 file.

How can I start again Photoshop CS6?

Hi alexm,.

Follow the step to reset the Photoshop preferences below.

To re-create the Photoshop preferences files, start the application while pressing Ctrl + Alt + Shift (Windows) or command + Option + shift (Mac OS). Then, click Yes to the message, "Delete the Adobe Photoshop settings file?"

Let us know if that helps.

Kind regards

Mohit
