CS6 creative cloud and Apps are currently unusable. Any ideas. Thank you.

It's my current setup:

Mac 2 x 2.26 Ghz Quad - Core Intel Xeon

20 GB 1066 Memory

Applications and commissioning on the SSD

User account on internal 2 TB Drive

10.8.1 running

CS5 works perfectly

Using the latest version of suitcase for font management

Here are my questions?

1 Photoshop works, but does not load anything when initiated by - edit the image - in any other app. with the exception of the following error:

Could not save preferences because the file is locked, you don't have the necessary access permissions or another program is using the file. Use the "Get Info" command in the Finder to make sure that the file is unlocked and you are allowed to access the file. If the problem persists, save the document to another file or duplicate in the Finder.

2 inDesign does not open

3 illustrator will not open

4 flash opens.

5 Dreamweaver opens.

6. at work, whenever an application is open, it tells me the trial is in place and makes me log. It is a slightly older machine, attached to a completely different Adobe ID for the day job...

Hi Scott,.

We apologize for all the trouble you had.

It seems completely wrong on the OS permissions problem.

Step 1. You can try to give access to files from Adobe below:

/ Applications/Adobe *.

/ Applications /. AdobePatchFiles (hidden, use Go > order of the folder)

/ Applications/utilities/Adobe *.

/ Library/Application Support / Adobe *.

/ Library/Application Support/FLEXnet Publisher /.

/ Library/Preferences/com. Adobe *.

/ Library/Preferences/FLEXnet Publisher /.

/Users/ [user] / Library/Application Support / Adobe *.

/Users/ [user] / Library/Caches/Adobe *.

/Users/ [user] / Library/caches/com. Adobe *.

/Users/ [user] / Library/Preferences/Adobe *.

/Users/ [user] / Library/Preferences/com. Adobe *.

Follow the steps in the link below to grant full rights to the current user.

Step-2. Try running the disk permissions reset utility by following the steps below:

1. open disk utility by selecting Applications-> Utilities-> then disk utility.

2. Select your primary hard drive (that you loaded OS x on) and then click on the button check disk permissions.

3 disk utility will check your drive for errors of authorization. In the example screenshot below there is zero if no error displayed, click the repair disk permissions.

Thank you

Florian
