  Solved. Thanks for your help. I had to reinstall the first Adobe Application Manager. Everything now seems to be installed correctly.

• Installer thinks installed app

  Normally I do not build the installers, but those who are on vacation and I need of this release to manufacturing today. My problem is that there is a previous version of the application that I have deleted from the computer. I then run the new installer and immediately said over - obviously without having to install anything. I check and the app has not been installed. It's as if the installer thinks that the application is already installed, although as I said the previous version has been removed. Y at - it a setting that I need to check for this problem? Located on a Windows XP computer.

  Just build a new version and be sure to increment the version number when you generated the installation program. This will create an installer that updates to the new version even if the previous version is still installed.

  I have a SERIOUS problem.

  I'm running a legal copy of Photoshop CS6 (was) on MacBookPro

  I tried to install the update (13.0.6) and got the error U44M1P7. Following the instructions from Adobe, I uninstalled my Photoshop, with the intention to reinstall.

  However, when I tried to reinstall from the regional drive, it is now an error on the disk itself. Instead of racing it retains to eject the disc.

  This makes me believe there is a problem with the disk - where can I get another disk?

  Or if not, where can I download a version of CS6 without having to download the demo version of PS Cloud version?

  Would suggest you to run Photoshop with the SHIFT key and click Yes to ignore the loading of additional plugins.

  If it works, there is a third-party plugin that is causing the problem.

  You can always try to download tye installation instead of using the drive.  Your serial number of the disk works for download.
