  The eFax service is not available for any model of printer.

  The only models currently supports the eFax App are HP Photosmart C510, HP ENVY 110 and HP Photosmart 7510.

  In addition, the eFax App was never offered for an all-in-one containing a physical analog fax card.

  • The printer is found and installed by ethernet and I can print to that beautiful.
  • Options and supplies in the system preferences window cannot display the power levels
  • The HP utility cannot find the printer at all (even if I manually enter the IP address or connect via USB).

  Printer device driver is 19.9, version of the HP utility is software updates and 5.19.2 picked up the update from HP and I installed the driver for printer HP 2.16.1 package manually.

  I'm the developer responsible utility HP.  Sorry to say that this particular printer was never took care of with the HP utility.

  However, you can print a Setup page that will give you an IP address.  If you type this address into your browser, it will take you and built-in Web server, and it allows you to manage your printer.  I would like to know if you have any problems or have any other questions.

  We license Creative Cloud for teams of 11 users; 2 of these users strongly use Fireworks (and did so through CC for some time).

  I found a solution for this. I downloaded the driver appropriate from this link:

  After extraction, it will start the installation, and the error appears again. Nevertheless, follow these steps after the error:

  1. Locate the file extraction. [You can see address during extraction after clicking on the downloaded file.]

  2. go to the Device Manager, right-click on the network controller and click Update driver software.

  3. choose to do it manually. Find the folder of extraction [I mentioned earlier].
