  A drive and a blank DVD is all you need. Check
  the manual of your DVD burner and a DVD player to
  See the types of DVDs, they are compatible with.

  Personallty I have had success using DVD - R blanks.

• DVD drive wont read disks - gives the error "Please insert disk".

  I have recently upgraded to Windows 7. The car worked well as I used to install the operating system. To start windows would not recognize the drive. Conclusive that it was a common on win7 x 64 dual boot problem I tried the 3 standard fixes (F8 at startup, change the drive letter, upper and lower field reg edit) I had briefly the functioning of the car, but after about 10 minutes (while I used the disc) he crashed and disappeared.

  I went to the manufacturers site and downloaded the latest version of the software for that, windows installed this and said it worked fine, I can now see the drive but it will not read anything, whenever I put a disc (a disk) it says the drive is empty when it is not and it spits out.

  I tried windows troubleshoot the program from the support site, it detects a problem but can't fix.

  Device Manager shows the drive installed and work. The objective should not need cleaning, because the disk is less than one month. Please help, I have run out of ideas.

• IM using a blank dvd's burn a movie but my drive d said please insert disk help!

  Im tring burn my movie but the insert disk thing GET's me crazy I have the disc in there but still noething so I try to use one of the dvd burn burn and I can't remove it at all so I have to recoders still nonething

  Well, first you have a dvd burner installed on your computer, or is this just a dvd player?  What is dvd - rw or dvd - r?  came with the computer?  If so, then check or the computer manual for more information on the disk.

  Second, if you have a dvd burner you have to find a way disable the option "burn to eject.

  If you have not then whenever you insert a disc and do nothing with him, he will "burn" the disc with information blank.   If you can actually try to use a disk that is wasted because it got burned and white.

  Sounds like your CS6 serial number is an upgrade, not a full version.

  If it's an upgrade, then the CS6 installer asks you to enter the serial number of a product calling it earlier (for example, CS5) to determine your eligibility to use the upgrade serial number.

  If it's your Media Player SDHC card is perhaps not compatible.

  Try to connect to the camera via a USB cable and see if you can download the files.

  It seems that you have the beta version of Ps installed on your system.

  Please uninstall, if you have trouble doing this, then run the cleanup tool to remove Ps CC:http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html . and then try to reinstall the Ps.
