CS6 is ask a serial number when I creative cloud

I have the same problem here:

http://forums.Adobe.com/thread/1024884

I am running Windows 7 on a new Dell Vostro, have a subscription to Creative Cloud, never installed a trial version of the software and recently installed Premier Pro. The first time I try to run again, I get two screens shown in this thread and repeated here:

Encore_cannot run.png

"Adobe that CS6 still cannot run in trial mode. Please relaunch the application and provide a valid serial number. »

Encore_wants_serial_number.png

"Adobe first Pro. Provide a serial number.

Previously, I had the problem raised here:

http://helpx.Adobe.com/Premiere-Pro/KB/missing-sequence-presets.html

Recommendations solved the problem, but still always has the same question.

When I go to this URL:

https://LM.licenses.Adobe.com/

I get the message:

"Congratulations!" You have successfully connected to the Adobe license management server. »

It appears, it is a common problem, but it doesn't seem to be a common solution. For example, here:

http://forums.Adobe.com/message/4677807

and

http://forums.Adobe.com/message/4589055

I checked and have no file "Hosts".

In addition, here:

http://forums.Adobe.com/message/4677888

I found that on hold or restart the PC does not solve the problem.

Finally, I tried the one proposed here:

http://www.seangw.com/wordpress/2012/08/help-Photoshop-CS6-asks-for-serial-number-after-SI George-up-for-creative-cloud.

And who does not.

Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro all work fine.

So what is the solution?

Update, 2012-11-06. I spent 30 minutes on a chat session with Adobe support. The person told me emphatically that still does not part of the creative cloud and can be achieved through the purchase of Premiere Pro and not the creative cloud subscription. To prove the point, the person told me this page:

https://creative.Adobe.com/apps

Now on this page, Adobe has done something smart and stupid. If you view the page with XP (for example), it does not show the Premier Pro because Premiere Pro only works on a 64 bit OS. If you view the same page in Windows 7, it shows Premiere Pro. I think it would be better if Adobe showed the (possibly dimmed) application with a note that it cannot be installed on the PC that views the page. Well, I took the cat on my laptop (XP) and I assumed that the person was also on XP so the evidence was made!

But I sent him a link to this page:

http://www.Adobe.com/products/creativecloud/tools.html

However, the person told me that I had to contact the sales department. I called and asked the support guys to wait for the chat session, until I got a response. The Lady sales says that still is certainly creative cloud. But as I was about to relay this information to the support person, he ended the chat session!

The nice lady sales says that she would transfer me to telephone technical support. I've been waiting 60 minutes and had to leave to go to perform a task.

Maybe this will be resolved and I'll update this thread...

I got help with this problem.

You just disconnect from the creative cloud. Go to your preferences, log out. Open the first Pro CC, help to disconnect.

Then again open first pro cc and sign back in, and you should now be able to open even more!

Worked for me!
