Installation of Acrobat 9. He got on another PC but want it on my new. When I install it, it asked the serial number. When I enter it, it says it's invalid. Old PC has the disable grayed out... any ideas?

  I am faced with a situation when I have an item in the list select - P2_DOCS_CATEGORY (with smart display Null) and an element to browse file - P2_FILE_INPUT and I don't want for the end user to be able to click on browse file (but I want it to be visible, so disabled state or gray outside would be perfect) before selecting anything in my select list (all except the non-null state where my Null value is - select) the Type-).

  Good Morning-

  I need to disable my old installation of Acrobat Pro XI to reinstall it on a new hard drive after that Win 10 watered my old one.

  I tried to install it again on my new hard drive and he went nuts.  I guess that this request would exceed the number of machines that I can have it installed on my license.

  I tried to disable my Acrobat from my old hard drive, but the ability to do it is grey so I can't.  And Yes, I live on the internet.

  The bombing of the repair facility sounds like it is because you have not enough resources on the machine to run the installation of Adobe still (to 'repair').

  1.) make sure that you are logged as administrator, preferably the same administrator who has initially installed Adobe.

  Closing 2.) all programs that you have open (including your browser).

  3.) turn off and unload the memory of any antivirus, antispyware, anti-malware program. Also temporarily disable the firewall.

  4.) every possible icon at the bottom right near the time that can be disabled, off, you leave, should be.

  5.) If you have programs that emit continuously like iCloud, OneDrive, Carbonite, iBackup, or similar, to pause or disable them.

  It seems that if you have not work not enough memory (RAM) to install Adobe.  If you turn on anything and everything you can, you should be able to do the installation.  (You can also run MSConfig to the "run" line and restarted with EVERYTHING off, then run repair from Adobe, then run MSConfig again to reactivate all.)

  If you can't ALWAYS run the repair, I suggest to download an msi install Adobe or exe that corresponds to your version number. Maybe the CD or the executable file you are trying to install from is now OLDER than the version that is on your computer, because automated updates.  If this is the case, you are unable to repair a newer version of the software with a set of installation files.

  I hope that you are able to understand what you need.  BTW, I first tried thinking of UNINSTALLING Adobe that would automatically turn off, but it did not.  I had to reinstall it, and then find a way to turn it off until I could lead to move the license to another computer.

  I bought less than a year and a month, I got a notice from Adobe that I need to reinstall my software Adobe Adobe Acrobat XI there.  I ignored for a while and finally with success removed (using the control panel configuration-programs and features) and the Adobe's Plans and products reinstalled my software.  My copy is saved in the Plans and products. I immediately got pop-ups periodically whenever I use the software to register my product.  I chose to ignore and do not show this message to dozens of times without relief.  I finally agreed to register (re-record) software and the pop - up then asked my serial number, I entered and was accepted.  That didn't satisfy the demons pop up as the same request for my serial number opens everytime I open and periodically when I'm in the middle of the use of the software. It is most annoying. As I do not pay enough to be granted a privilege phone or chat, I appeal to the forum to provide Adobe support should be provided to customers who pay for the right to use their software. Any help would be appreciated. !

  Could you please try the uninstall application using cleaner tool Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat cleaning - Adobe Labs tool and restart your system.

  Then try to install the application from this link: download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, XI or X

  I use Windows, and we need to make visible hidden files and folders in order to see the App data access path.  OSX has a similar feature?  If you have spent the hidden files and folders things, remember what I said about the registration of CC2015 the path of the CC2014 file.  That one made me as well, but I worked it out by asking Photoshop to load new brushes and checked the place he was looking for.
