  I am running Windows XP SP3 32-bit. The windows firewall is disabled and I use COMODO Internet Security and I use Avira Antivirus. • Cannot install CS6 Master Collection on windows 7-64 bit

  As the title suggests, I repeatedly tried to install Master Collection - CS6 on my machine of 7-64 bit windows at home and after a few minutes, he simply erros out. I even downloaded the trials for several of the applications and they do not install too. My download has come directly from the Adobe licensing website.

  The fixed!

  Cleaned computer and register all products such as cs4 adobe, reader etc cleaned the register etc. then installed the trial CD and it worked. The key musta been seen always installed cs4.

  I received a laptop from a friend who had Adobe cs6 Master Collection on it, apparently activated (no timer of the trial in sight). the problem is, planned reinstallation of windows and would like to keep this collection of $ 2,000 worth of software, but I can't find the activation key (product registration information is apparently not available, as well as the deactivation and updates), or anywhere to download an installer. How do I get the activation key and so where can find a copy of the master collection to download and install with such key?

  If the original owner has officially transferred the license for the software, the key / registration is probably still by its owner in his account of Adobe, and you have no right to use it, nor reinstall it on any machine you are owner, including the one you received.  It will be the responsibility of your friend (s) to deal with this.

  There have been similar problems happening when you use a cell phone type of internet connection.

  Maybe even fixed line...

  One of the workarounds I've read is to start downloading from another connection, pause the download bit after it starts and then continue with the original connection, if desired.

  He has also had similar problems with 3rd party security programs. If you have one, turn it off...

  In some cases the program must actually be deleted with a removal tool, not just uninstalled...

  MY computer meets the requirments minum including space cpu gpu ram please help me I have windows 7 ultimate 32 bit

  I'm sorry to have a diffculity to install Adobe Master Collection CS6 on Windows 7. I see that you mentioned that your computer IS a 32-bit, while the Master Collection CS6 as indicated in the Tech Specs (see the link below for more details) requires 64-bit architecture.

  For later use, it * IS * wise to double check on tech specs, similiarly - requirements before install us all types of applications.

• Cannot re - install CS6 Master Collection!

  Note: this problem occurred shortly after I installed Bitdefender Internet Security.

  My problem started with the loss of Camera Raw and 'permission' to open Photoshop.

  I could go into the PS exe file attributes and permission to reopen the PS, but Camera Raw was still missing.

  I have re-installed PS (without uninstalling it) and got the two PS and Camera Raw... until the next time I started my computer and Camera Raw disappeared again.

  Then, I uninstalled PS and tried to reinstall it, but got this message: "could not initialize installation. Please download Adobe Support Advisor to detect the problem. "That I did, but he offered no solution which worked, but did not offer additional solutions for CS5.

  Later, when I tried opening other programs CS6, I got messages indicating there was a problem and I have to uninstall the Suite CS6 then reinstall it. I have uninstall the Suite, but I still have the same "failed to initialize installer. Please download Adobe Support Advisor to detect the problem. "Again, Adobe Support Advisor offers the same non-solutions and additional information for problems of CS5.

  I still have more of CS5 Design Premium on my computer , but it's the CS6 Master Collection that I need now!

  Please follow the steps:

  Please navigate to the Files(X86) C/Program Files/Adobe/OOBE /Common and rename it to OOBE.old. In the same place looking for caps and rename it to Caps.old. Try to rerun Setup for CS6.
