CS6 retina display

Don't cs6 (photoshop, illustrator and indesign) support retina display, or do I have to upgrade to CC

CS6 Photoshop and Illustrator have retina display support. InDesign 9, available via subscription to cloud creative is the first version of InDesign to support retina display.

I looked through the forums of the solutions, but the only solution I found was to ensure my Adobe Application Manager has been updated - what is, I downloaded the latest version. When I open Photoshop, I can't click on help > updates as it is grayed out.

I'm having the exact same issues when I try to update Illustrator 16.0.3. I hope you can help me! Please suggest simply that I've upgraded to CC. It is unfortunately not in the cards right now.

Try to install the update manually. Download Adobe then unzip the and run the installer. I use a PC so I don't know the exact steps necessary on a mac. I do not see a 13.0.2 mac listed the current mac perpetual version update is 13.0.6.  Here is the mac download

  • Retina display and pixelation CS6 InDesign

    Hello

There had been no software update for InDesign CS6 that supports Retina display? I recently upgraded my Macbook to a retina display and InDesign icons and text appear pixelated. It's really annoying! Is it possible to fix this? Is the purchase of fix CC?

    Thank you!

The update is version that CC CS6 will never support the Retina displays.

  • CS6 resolution on Mac Book Pro Retina Display

The resolution of all CS6 programs on the mac pro retina book is horrible. Will there be updates? I'm very frustrated that I can barely see any of my type in Indesign.

InDesign has yet not come with the retina display support update, but yes, we will have the support of the retina display for most of the products eventually.

  • Yellow/green Cast in Photoshop CS6 after calibration of the Retina display

I use a MacBook Pro with screen Retina and color eyes display Pro with colored eyes to calibrate my monitor.  It works perfectly, except that when I open Photoshop (or even the Adobe updater now), the entire screen goes clear green / yellow!  See the attached photo, it is quite nuts and give you a headache after a few seconds to look at it.  I tried the turn of thought of treatment GPU, it would conflict with that and a dozen other small attempts to get rid of him and nothing!  I'm finally back to calibration by default for the Retina display, and it's not that bad, but obviously not yet calibrated.  I can't for the life of me find someone else who has this problem, I'm crazy?

    Thank you!

Well, then, I really only reported it because I thought that maybe in the future someone else would have encountered the same problem.  I found the solution!  Color eyes Display Pro spits like a version 4 ICC profile and the LABORATORY made 16-bit file.  It turns out that is not compatible in some way (would love and technology Adobe answer for me is - what GPU or something else listen here?).  Fortunately, there is an option to change color eyes Display Pro.  I changed it to "Matrix based" instead and voila!  Here is a screenshot from wherever the option is, just click on "profile"parameter and change the second drop at the base of the matrix.  ICC v2 has not worked for me either, any program that crashed.

  • CS6 and retina display not working well together please help

I just bought a subscription for cloud creative and installed photoshop and illustrator on a new retina display mac pro book. The interfaces look pixelated, including work plans. All updates are underway.

I read that the latest updates of adobe are optimized for retina display. I don't know what went wrong.

    Thanks for your time

Ask in the forums of product for more details. As a first step, check applications that use the file--> information on executable files. Check, it's not accidentally the half res / low DPI mode is activated. Check also in the "about" info you actually have PS 13.1 and HAVE 11.2, not the basic installation. Run the update for the updated versions last software free.

  • CS4 on macbook pro retina display

Hello, I just downloaded (purchased about 2009) CS4 on macbook pro (2015) with the retina display.  Perhaps because CS4 is old, when I ope PDF using acrobat pro that came with CS4, PDF content looks blurry (the same PDF document opened by a snippet that came with macbook pro shows very strong police force).  Do you know what I can do about it?

Also, do you know if I can improve more current CS4 CS5 or CS6?  How to upgrade my CS4 is?

    Thank you

CS4 is old enough that I don't think that there is nothing you can do to improve the display

CS5 is no longer marketed, and CS6 no longer upgrade pricing

In fact, as much as I know, same-CS6 won't do well on a modern screen 'high resolution '.

All development efforts now targets Cloud programs, which are available by subscription

  • InDesign is not compatible with the retina display

I just learned from a representative of Adobe on the cat no. InDesign versions are compatible with the retina display. How people dealing with this?

InDesign CC is certainly consistent with a Retina display. However, CS6 or earlier versions are definitely not.

  • CS6 retina MBP Support inDesign

I am running CS4 and just upgraded to a MBP retina display. Above all, I use Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and InDesign and it's hard to believe versions CS6 these other programs were issued with retina display compatibility updates.  I am happy to upgrade to CS6, but only if I know that there will be an update for InDesign CS6.  I won't buy a creative cloud membership.

You will see no retina support in ID CS6. It requires a complete rewrite of the code base, which is the case for ID CC. It is will be available for members of creative cloud starting 06/17/2013.

  • How to Lr3 and CS5 upgrade to be compatible with the new Macbook Pro retina display

I think that Adobe recently released updates for Lightroom and CS6 that make them compatible with the retina display.   First of all, is that correct, and second, if I Lr3 and CS5, how to?   I know it's a stupid question.

  • Retina display support?

What will be the CS6 apps (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) updated for retina display?  These applications are essentially useless on these new computers.  Given the fact that photographers, designers and web developers are more attracted by these new devices, you'd think that Adobe would be in addition to this quickly.  But meanwhile it was months and months and still no update.

Anyone in Adboe tried to open their apps on a retina display?  They are completely unusable...

Illustrator does not yet support Retina display. Different product teams are working on it now.

  • More info on Photoshop optimized Retina display?

Just checking back all the two weeks (or months) to see if there is more information about the availability of Photoshop CS6 optimized for retina display capabilities?

I know it was probably a rush job, he prepares for the Apple WWDC, but I heard no more about whether or not he will actually be available in the future near or at the end.

All marketing here? New information that could be shared?
