CSC and LogServer

I wanted to know the bug of the CSC SSM module and LogServer. Administrator gets email saying 'LogServer recently stopped on InterScan for CSC SSM. Please contact Customer Support. " I searched on the internet and the Web pages, it is a known issue with the version of the application 6.3.1172.4. I tried to access the following Web site for but I like the page Web is unresponsive and there is an internal server error.

    The recent version 10.1 of the application at the Service of Trade Center (CSC) comes with ATG search orders and profiles. 10.1 CSC uses repository search to search the catalog (not ATG search). In general, the range of products of trade Web ATG use ATG research version 10.1.

    We research using the short search for future versions of the CSC, but these plans are still in the examination and discussion.

    Currently, it is impossible to limit the search of the CSC in a particular forum, because the field 'Advanced' 'group or community' done everything, but what one would expect.

    My apologies, I missed your reply with the screenshot.  When you perform an advanced search, looks for you to choose the community LAN to the Japan.  There was also a choice in the drop-down list for the English community LAN.  I've attached a screenshot of what I see.  Please let me know if it is still a problem for you.

  • 4.1.185 CSC WCS accepting do not?

    I noticed this problem in the past when the conversion of the AP it seems that my 4404 master will take some AP that is changed with a CSC and enable them to connect. However, some it isn't? My standby controller with the option on CSC, allow everything to AP CSC connect? What gives... In addition, it is a bit confusing because the upgrade tools indicates that you should import files, but you don't apparently except in some cases? Furthermore, I haven't tried to import the files for the AP, and that would work no doubt... but why the CCS option allow simply does not work? Or why it works for some and not others? I use c1200/c1230 and c1130AG.

    This isn't an exact science, as you saw. We did encounter problems when we did these conversions as well but finally I got them all done :) You use the latest version of the upgrade tool? You can use the controller that seems to work better than the master for these conversions? Have you tried the upgrade less than six at a time?

  • Problems with the management of the CSC/Cisco (associated with SSO) site

    Dear friends,

    I came across a problem with single sign - on (SSO) used in the Cisco's Web site and CSC which begins to be more and more awkward:

    1. I visit the CSC and connect you to reply to a thread. Then I start to reply to a message.
    2. In response, I need to consult the technical documentation, guides, configuration or other documents on Cisco's Web site. In another tab in my browser, I visit the Cisco's Web site and do my search/navigation.
    3. At some point, Cisco's Web site acknowledges that I am already connected to the CSC and begins to produce URLs with the /partner/ inside component (for example in the search results). By clicking on this URL causes me be redirected to the page of connection again. This is the first question - why do I have to log in again because I am already connected and SSO is supposed to take care of this?
    4. Well, I re-enter my credentials, get connected, access the necessary document, then I go back to my post on the CSC, finish it and submit it. KABOOM - CCS quickly informs me that I am without permission to perform this action, lose my answer in the process! Logging on to the Web site (as described in step 3) Cisco obviously invalid my current session on CSC! I need to connect again to the SCC (until I do that, she considers me as a guest once again, but when I click on the login link, I suddenly make me connected without enter my credentials) and, well, write again my answer. Sometimes, a part is recoverable, but usually, it is only a small fragment.

    Would it not be possible to correct this behavior? I lost a lot of time my lost rewrite responses.

    I wanted to give you a quick update on the two issues.

    First question:

    We are currently working on a long term and short fix for this problem. Unfortunately the long-term solution will be a drawn out effort as we begin our new data of all content in our heritage Center. The team is currently testing the short-term solution, will keep you posted on the progress that I get more details.

    Second question:

    We currently do analysis of the root causes of this problem and give you updated each week on this issue that deploy us the patch.

  • Impossible to import *. CSC first captioning in yet

    I am always with subtitles and captioning and will try to be detailed in my question. Thanks for being patient with the length!

    First, let me describe my project and intentions:

    I'm creating a movie of 2 hours of play for children by script using Premiere Pro 8.0. All my editing is complete and I even started to set up my menu in still (Cs6). It is imperative that I include closed captioning or subtitles (which can be enabled or disabled) that the audio quality is not the best.

    Here is what I tried:

    (1) I first learned that I could only create subtitles or cc in again. I started to do this but it is very difficult to align words with audio because one) I could go only by what I heard and not on a frame-by-frame line up with the audio waves I used to work with Premiere Pro. and (b) somehow, I am not able to see my subtitles in a panel of "program." I don't have the option to display a window of "program" and I don't have a drop down menu that says anything other than 'Undock Frame', 'Undock Panel'... etc.

    (2) then, I came across an option to create subtitles encoded in Premiere Pro as a type of movie file. File > new > closed captioning

    It was so much easier! And I found the drop-down menu where I could turn on the captions as I worked.

    I'm using format: CEA-608 CC1

    I tried all this in a short excerpt from my film so I could play with exporting and see how it worked in yet. Still going to import audio and video files very well, but after trying to import the file *. CSC this error window appears:

    "The software that is used to decode the media is not available on this system. Install the correct decoders for files you are using can help fix the problem. »

    I tried to export the captioning this way since first Pro file > export > media legends, create a Sidecar file. I tried each of the following formats: *. CSC, .mcc. .XML, .stl but at the end of the rendering that addresses *. CSC and .xmp came through. I'm guessing that the other 3 options emerged as ".xmp" because they could not be encoded in these formats.

    Another question: I found an option to export cc on file > New > export > legends, however, this option is grayed out and I couldn't try it.

    Return to again. When I tried to import subtitles via timeline > import > captions, none of these options (text Script, Script of FAB Images, Image Script) contacted my files of cc. No doubt beccaue they are cc instead of subtitles?

    Could someone please help me understand what am I missing, what my computer is missing? I really hope that there is a simple answer and no-$! There must be a way to use what I've created first.

  • How to disable the old, disconnected records in offline mode in Win7?

    I installed Windows 7 (64-bit clean) in my office. Prior to that, I also upgraded my laptop, which has a connection with a shared folder on my desktop offline. Now, after update from my office, there is always a file offline (inactive/gray/disconnected) in the sync partnership, pointing to the old shared folder on my desktop that no longer exists! I can't go back and delete since this partition on my desktop disappeared.

    Is there a way to remove this connection from my laptop?

The record of the CSC and all files and subfolders it contains, should not be modified directly; doing so may result in loss of data and a complete disassembly of the offline files feature.

    1. in Folder Options, on the offline files tab, press CTRL + SHIFT, and then click delete files. The following message appears:

    Cache files offline on the local computer will be reset. Any changes that have not been synchronized with computers on the network will be lost. Any files or folders made available offline will be more available in offline mode. A restart of the computer is required.

    You want to re - initialize the cache?

    2. click Yes to restart the computer two times.

    If the problem persists, then I suggest you to change the registry settings and check if that helps you. But before you change or change the registry. I would say lets you create a restore point, and then continue with the steps.

    To create a restore point follow the steps mentioned below.

    1. open system by clicking the Start button, right click on computer and then click Properties.

    2. in the left pane, click system protection. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

    3. click on the tab System Protection and then click on create.

    4. in the System Protection dialog box, type a description, and then click on create.

    Method 2

    Use the registry editor

    If you cannot access the offline files tab, use this method to reset the cache offline files (CSC) on the system by editing the registry. Also use this method to reset the cache on the side of client/database files offline on multiple systems. Add the following registry subkey:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\NetCache
    Key name: FormatDatabase
    Key type: DWORD
    Key Value: 1

    Note The actual value of the registry key is ignored. This registry change requires a restart. When the computer restarts, the shell will reset the CSC cache and then delete the registry key if the registry entry exists.

    Warning All cache files are deleted and unsynchronized data is lost.

    Use Reg.exe

    You can also automate the process of setting this registry value using the Reg.exe command line editor. To do this, type the following command in the window of Reg.exe:

    REG. EXE. REG ADD "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\NetCache' FormatDatabase /t REG_DWORD /d 1 f v

  • What happened to "receive email notifications"? How can you pick us up?

    Before the recent revision of the CSC, you could choose "Receive email notifications" under the "Actions" menu in the upper right corner of a doc of CSC, and it would automatically receive messages when this doc updates have been posted.

    This feature has disappeared.  Where at - it go?  Can pick us up?

    Running Windows 7 Premium Home Edition, 64-bit with service pack 1 and all other updates installed Microsoft.

    In the last two days, I copied an extreme amount of video files, for most AVI and MP4, (890 files containing 580 GB of data) mapped network drive Z (Western Digital Live Hub 1 TB) on external hard drive (Western Digital My Book, 1 TB) K. Copping took 40 hours to complete. No problem to complete the copy of the files.

    Problem is during the copy process, an extreme amount of noise data was placed somewhere on my main drive C:\. Total extraneous data are about 450 GB, which filled the C:\ drive. No room left on the road. I spent several hours trying to find and remove redundant data from C:\, but have not found where these data are currently stored.

    Where would these data stored? Y at - it a command string search in Windows or CMD Prompt I could use to find the data. All unnecessary data would have a creation date of the file of 10/05/2013 or 11/05/2013.

    If you think corruption in the database, then delete the files using the offline files viewer. After you delete the files in the offline files Viewer, a synchronization of files may then be forced using Synchronization Manager. If the cache still does not appear to work correctly, offline files reset can be performed by using the following procedure:

    1. In Folder Options, on the offline files tab, press CTRL + SHIFT, and then click delete files. The following message appears:

      Cache files offline on the local computer will be reset. Any changes that have not been synchronized with computers on the network will be lost. Any files or folders made available offline will be more available in offline mode. A restart of the computer is required.

  • The CPL Script works does not on Cisco E Highway

    I am trying to download the script to block all the RTC call hit on the highway E in order to avoid any misuse, however the script does not come into force.

    Attached the script and please let me know if something is missing.

    It is downloaded manually until highway E

    I check several post in CSC and it seems a necessity to download manually create rather than through GUI.

    For me the two does not work and call crosses ExpresswayC and CUCM.

    I want to block call to highway E itself, when not authenticated or unknown user sends the RTC call from 9 and +.

    You need to have something in the original section, leave empty will only match calls that actually have an empty source field.

  • First will not import the recommended formats for Caption

    I used to date of files qt.txt to add captions open my video projects.

    I would like to work with captions in Premiere Pro and I saw the video from Adobe on how to do it.

    The recommended formats are *. CSC, but several others are supposedly supported.

    I tried to import files *. CSC and various flavors of xml files and files of legend of adobe.

    None of them are recognized as valid formats in my application.

    Do I need a plugin that is not installed? Or activate something or another? or why I would not be able to import the files?

    That would be the problem. Closed Captioning support has been completely revamped in CC 7.0. Previously, the legends support was very limited. The workflow was simply to select a sequence in the project Panel, go to the sequence > closed captioning > Attach. You could then allow the display of captions in the program monitor, but you cannot change the contents of the legend or the moment of the order somehow.

    Someone managed to program to play in WMP file embeded above (export the SCC file and media)? I sucesfully to export (multimedia and CSC) and play an embeded subtitles in Quick time player but I don't know what I should do for wmp. I export (multimedia and CSC) in WMA format on the same way as for the QTP, I exported instead as QTP, I choose Windows Media on the menu. File-> export-> media-> Format-> Windows MEdia I use win 7 and wmp 12 version. I choose the option in WMP "Play subtitles if it available", but it still does not appear.

    I hope you understand my problem and grammar, and that you will help me, greetings from Slovenia. .

    based on my experience of application server contain history of CSC and server logs Essbase-essbase activity as from app, from db on essbase. When Essbase server connect long and reach a maximum size would not be commissioning db essbase. I think that PURGE this log is acceptable as long as you the slaughter of your essbase services

  • ASA5510 CSC Bundle blocking updates Microsoft and Symantec

    After a few days of operation, noticed that my automatic updates, Microsoft and Symantec had no place. I added the IP address of the respective servers to my ACL containing the global pop3, smtp, ftp, and http to not match IP to those before the pop3, etc... Then, I ran my liveupdate and handled everything very well. When I look at the logs for the SAA, I notice that it treats the file from Symantec as spyware and shows it as a damaged zip file not scanned. I'm not blocking any type of downloadable file. If it's a problem of URL filtering, I would simply add symantec as authorized site. But since it is seen as spyware, there is no management for this except to turn on or off. Any ideas or insight? Running the latest code of any which is downloadable and CSC is also updated to def just fine.
