  Remove the device that you want to rename your Apple ID account. Go to system-> sharing Preferences and change the name as desired, then re - register this device with its new name.

  It's pot luck whether the real device name will be displayed, the IP address assigned to the device will appear. or the MAC address of the device will appear.

  After downloading the latest version of the software update, iOS 9.3 on my 4th generation iPad today, the night shift option is not there under display and brightness.  In settings, it indicates the update is underway.  I turned it and then turn the thought that might make a difference, but it didn't.  I downloaded it on my iPhone which is a more recent model and it appears here.  My iPad is too old or it's - it something else?  I was really looking forward to the option of night shade.

• Store the Teststand ActiveX reference in the LV shift register

  I'm trying to store the references TestStand ActiveX in a shift register not initialized a VI.  In my case, the references are passed into the TestStand VI (not created from in VI).  If I call the same VI to the next step (same sequence and execution of the previous step), since the shift register ActiveX references are not valid.

  The VI remains reserved to run during these two stages and is not unloaded from memory, so the shift register data should remain intact (in fact, the numerical values of the references are actually kept).  LabVIEW is still trying to close any ActiveX reference, even if they were not created from the VI?  Is there a way around this problem?  Or I'm just something wrong?

  Check your drive in computer management. Click Start-> run, type &-> compmgmt.msc-> navigate to storage-> disk management.
  On the right side, make sure your external drive-> Rightclick and assign a drive letter.

  Simple. Go to settings > system settings > USB Mode and set it to the MSC (Mass Storage Class).

  First of all, make sure that you're connected Administrators account to do.

  How to change a drive letter to change an existing drive letter on a drive, on a partition, or a volume, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in as an administrator or as a member of the Administrators group.
  2. Click Start , click run and type compmgmt.msc .
  3. In the left pane, and then click disk management .
  4. Right click on the drive, the partition, the logical drive or volume that you want to assign a drive letter to and then click change drive letter and paths .
  5. Click change .
  6. Click assign the following drive letter if it is not already selected, click the drive letter that you want to use, and then click OK .
  7. Click Yes when you are prompted to confirm the drive letter change.

  The letter of the drive, partition, or volume that you specified is changed, and the new drive letter is displayed in the appropriate drive, partition, or volume in the disk management tool.

• External hard drive in the Device Manager but not in disk management

  So I have this external hard drive Western Digital 1 TB. I've had for over a year now and it was working fine. I would like to trade my XBox 360 and the computerregularly. Then one day I brought home, plugged into the computer and nothing. My friend and I couldn't understand anything. We have gone as far as removing the hard drive and put it directly into the computer. I have reviewed, that he has lost.

  Then yesterday, on a whim, I tried to connect it again to the USB port. It is presented in the Device Manager but says that its drivers have not been installed. Then, I changed the USB ports on the back of the computer and as if by magic, that this is once again. I had full access.   Sounds like a problem of partition (maybe corrupted partition tables) if the device is recognized, but not the 'disk '.

  There are recovery/repair partition about tools.  Western Digital actually have some but I think that they are made for internal drives.

  If I were you, I start with WD and start looking for partition recovery/repair tools.  If this is the problem then it is the right kind of problem and you using the right type of solution can fix it easily.

  If this is not the case, some data recovery tools can help you recover some files even if you have to recreate a new partition, although I wish you much luck with this approach!

  Good luck whatever you try and make sure that you do not overwrite the what partition information, you have without making backups (many partition edititing software will offer backups)

  It is unlikely that the two versions of your application remain on the device, as long as the COD file names are the same then the original must have been replaced and we can only have to deal with a small matter of the application being listed twice.

  Could you please try the following:

  (1) take screenshots of two lists of application on the device (click each to raise their screen information and the list of modules, and then use the command line to javaloader u call - screenshot appV [1/101] .bmp)

  (3) remove the two instances of the application of the device (if necessary reboot)

  (4) install the new (higher) version of the application on the device

  It works correctly on the same device? If it still does not work then it means there is a problem with the changes applied to the application between v1.0.0 and 1.0.1.
