CSV file for importing

I don't know if this has been discussed, but the import file function is actually a lot of work. I mean, I can create a CSV file of my IP addresses by the export of a third party monitoring tool, but I can't get the SN with her. Why this 'feature' cannot be done with just the IPS without SN? After all, the seed router discovery feature gets the serial number for devices; Why do we need SN under the import?

Go to management > discover and manage devices

Select the first option 'discovery by known IP addresses '.

Copy the IP addresses column in Excel

Paste IP addresses in the input area. (It seems small but can contain all IP addresses)

Click on the Add button

Click on 'Next', change your settings to the appropriate SNMP version and click "Finish".

Please let me know if this doesn't work if you have other questions.

Thank you

  • My Lightroom 6 suddenly stopped being able to read all the files for import, what hurts?

I was getting well with LR6 but it suddenly stopped being able to read files for import of SD cards - I got the message "unable to read file-. "JPG (1).

I tried several formats CR2, JPG etc but they were all unreadable, I also tried the files that had previously been imported successfully and it was not no more readable.

I use the standalone version downloaded on Amazon and a current Mac with Yosemite.

It is often the destination folder that gets changed, so if you check the permissions on the folder where you copied pictures to in the past, perhaps is no longer where Lightroom is trying to copy the pictures in.

In any case, it's always a permissions issue, and if you need further assistance, we would need to see screenshots of the section of the Destination and the permissions on this folder.

  • Can I record a Photoshop6 dng file for import back into Lightroom 4

Can I save a Photoshop6 dng file for import back into Lightroom 4. I don't understand why this is not simple.

    Hello!

Format DNG aims to be a universal formats of files for files camera raw: http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop/extend.displayTab2.html?promoid=DTEHA

You can save a DNG camera raw without problem.

Just to go the low left corner of the interface hand and select "save image".

    (as explained in the help files here: http://help.adobe.com/en_US/creativesuite/cs/using/WS91C1E0BD-9600-42b2-8EBE-1E012ED61058. html #WSB0DC278F-B3DF - 4a 60 - 88BC - B3D6A852C242 )

Or you try to save a file edited in Photoshop as a DNG?

For what purpose, exactly? A TIFF, PSD or PSB file can have a raw file, saved as a smart object (to allow a subsequent reprocessing in Camera Raw) and all the pixels / editing of vector layers intact.

If recording maximize compatibility, it can be opened in Lightroom for cataloging and editing, if necessary.

  • Segmentation of a huge CSV file for easier analysis

I have a CSV file that contains 3 columns: time, voltage and current.  This data covers a period of 12 days with 1 ms between the samples and the size of the file is 53.4 GB!

I use LabVIEW to chunk this file into pieces easier to manage for analysis using spreadsheet File.vi reading and write a File.vi spreadsheet and my method works very well... to a point.  Here's a snippet of what I do:

I use the "start offset reading" of entry to reading worksheet File.vi inch my way through the file, but since it is a type of data I32 it rolls more and VI out errors.  I think I have to do, is remove pieces of the main file that I read and write in their respective smaller file, but the method to do this is me stumping.  Y at - it suggestions on how I could pull this off while using the worksheet vi file (to avoid reinventing the wheel as much as possible)?

    Some ideas: I'm playing:

    1. of iteratively, delete data and reset to '0' marker in the file (reading data in order from the present to the future).

    2. start at the END of the file (i.e. read data from future to present) and iterative set the smaller size, eliminating the data blocks that I will.

The simplest solution would probably be to modify the existing worksheet screws (or a copy you make of them) - you did, they use 32-bit values to track the location, but if you look inside the screw, you should see that the actual file functions use 64-bit values (the values of 32 bits in the functions are actually used for backward compatibility). I haven't looked closely, but my guess is that you can simply change this option to be 64 bit and that your code should then be able to go through the entire file.

  • Import CSV file cell text in Memo field in FDM

    Hello world

I try to import data in MDF Memo fields. I have a source CSV file that is imported via the batch loader. I suspect that I have to set a script but I don't know which. Can someone give nme (in a better sense of practice) some advice regarding:

-What should be the layout of the source CSV file? (this is an extract a HFM prob app so not very flexible)

-What script will need to be adjusted to import data in Memo fields?

    Some information:

The source application is HFM which produces a CSV file for import of FDM. The data source contains the text amount and the cell for the amounts. FDM is used as an ETL to load data to another application of HFM. I understand theat LOADB Action script exports data of Memo fields to the text in the cell, provided that integration is enabled. So the second part of this load of data should work.

    Hello

There are different options to achieve this.

You can import your column with information about the cell to a dimension of the attribute. Then before the validation of data in the main table (script of the event ImportAction / sous-evenements PostWorkToMainProcess), you can create positions for memory based on this attribute and data loading. You can use SQL to insert the memo point tables or use fMemoAddItem (class ArchiveMgr)

You must enable "Text the loading cell" of the adapter in the order that these memorandum items are loaded in the form of texts of cell in HFM.

    Hope that specifies

  • How to import data from CSV file in a table using oracle forms

    THX.

You want to import the contents of the file or the file itself? I assume that you want to import the contents of the file. For this, there are really only two options to make an Excel (.csv) file and import into shapes; WebUtil or a JavaBean. Some examples of both:
WebUtil: How to read an Excel file in a form of Oracle
Oracle is CJP/BEAN - project Excel

Try them both and see which works best for you.

  • PowerCLI Move-hard disk in csv file

    Hi all

Summer banging my head with it's drving me crazy I hope someone can help please. I use LucD excellent orphaned files and folders - spring cleaning - LucD notes script to identify orphaned VMDK files. I ran the script and export the results to a CSV file.

What I have to do now is to run a script that will move each VMDK in the csv file in another data store. I'm fighting to get the order correct powercli and I hope that someone will be able to help please.

    I tried these:

    Moving - hard drive () Disk hard- Import-Csv C:\csvfilename.csv | %{$_. Nom })

Cannot bind parameter 'hard drive '. Cannot convert the value of 'filename_0001.vmdk' to type 'System.String' to type 'VMware.VimAutomation.ViCore.Types.V1.VirtualDevice.HardDisk'

    And

    Get - hard drive -Name ()Import-Csv C:\Users\DeanE\Documents\ListofDeletedDC2_A_T1_SRM_PL003VMDKs.csv | %{$_. Nom })

Get-hard drive please specify at least one of the following: path, Datastore, VirtualMachine, model or snapshot.

    And

    Get - hard drive -Data store DatastoreName -name ()Import-Csv C:\csvfilename.csv | %{$_. Nom })

Parameter set cannot be resolved using the values of named parameters.

Any help would be greatly appreciated please.

    Thank you very much

    OK, had a different perspective.

The following seems to work for me, at least for entries that have 'flat' in the VMDK file name

    C:\orphan.csv Import-Csv - UseCulture | %{

    $ds = $_. Extents.Split(']') [0]. Trim('[')

    $dsPath = $_. Extents.Replace('-flat','')

    Get-hard drive - data store $ds - DatastorePath $dsPath

    }

If you have entered in the CSV file for which it doesn´t work, let me know what is the area of the extensions.

  • Address book import of csv file gets empty address book

I have a .csv file from a Windows 'Contacts' window. It contains four hundred entries, each composed of a name and E-mail address. The first line of the file says .csv "name, Email '; the entries are separated by returns and the areas that fall within the comma.

When I import to intoThunderbird, I say to import an address book from the file and to import only the Email address and display name fields. When the import is executed, it is very fast and no errors are displayed. The new address book is displayed among the Thunderbird address books, but it is empty.

    Thank you
    Joe Nelan

To import an address book, try the following steps:

Of the Treasury Board, click "Address book" (or 3-bar menu-> tools-> address book).

In the list in the left pane address books, click the one you want to import (or use the "personal address book").

On the menu bar, select Tools-> import. Opens a new window "import."

Click on "Address books" and "Next"

    Select "Text file", click "Next".

Near the lower-right corner replace LDIF 'separated by commas.

Navigate to the folder where your CSV file. Left click on it once. Click on 'open '.

For CSV, there is no standard for the number or the order of the fields. The screen you see allows you to 'match' your entry with the fields of TB.
With respect to mapping of the fields, you have two columns: one of your CSV names and one of the CT. What you're trying to get first name, last name first name family name, etc.. If you are lucky, they will be already matched to the top. But if not, you can click on one and move it upwards or downwards in the list until it is opposite the name of the corresponding field. This will get names, email, phone, etc. in the right places. Make sure the fields are checked and the ones you don't want is unchecked.
Once you have everything set, click OK.

Note 1: the file name of your CSV file becomes the name of the address book (for example AddrBook.csv will produce an address book named "AddrBook").
Note 2: when you first watch the imported address book, it can be empty. Click on another (for example, "personal address book"), and then return to that matter.
