Don't know why printer cuts right to the print page.  Any ideas?

    When you say that the issue is on the right side you mean the right side (and along the way on paper) when printing in portriat mode?  If so the problem may be due to a spot on the MICR band.  It is a fragile and delicate, tape printed with hundreds of lines per inch that the printer uses to know where the print head on the entire page.  Cleaning the MICR band, as described in this post can help solve the problem.  Be sure to heed the warnings.

  • Problem with my HP PSC 1610 all in one printer of the series which is printing pages in the right order.

    Basically I have the HP PSC 1610 all in one printer. I know not what has happened, but in some way, when I go to print a document of site Web etc, use the printer to print the last page first and keep printing until the 1st real page printed would be changed, which would print on top printed pages.

    My problem is now, it's actually print the path opposite, now it prints the 1st page of first and last last page, which means when I pick up all the printed pages, I then have to sort the page numbers in the correct order.

    Now, I use my printer waste dumps, I print a lot of game documents such as guides etc.. Now if I was just printing pages 1-5, I'd be fine with it, but at this current moment, I was printing guides with more than 50 pages, which really saddens me to have to keep sorting out pages of paper for good order.

    I must say that it does print no pages in a random order, which means like printing, for example, 10 pages, it does not print the page number 6, 2, 5, 8, 3, 10, 1. It is actually printing the pages in the following way, page 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10. (When it's over, page 10 is one who is on top of the stack), but I really need to put it so that it will print the pages in the following order, p. 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. (So at the end of printing, the pages of issue 1 is actually on top of the battery), which will allow me to simply staple the pages without the need of haviing re - sort the order of the pages in the correct format.

    I have all my print programs installed as Director of HP and others, so I can change main settings of printers, but I looked through all the preferences main page tabs and I don't find the option to change the printing order of pages.

    I really need help to set my printer settings to print order in the way I need to, but I don't know where the actual parameters are to change this option, and I tried to do an actual search on Google, but I use too many words, search results do not end up giving me instructions that I need He is always giving me other things, more like excavations at random on everything related to my printer and I can't be bothered, working all day to get the good looking, lol. Can someone give me please the instructions I need to set the print order, I need it to be.

    so if you have the HP SOLUTIONS CENTER's new installed.

    down the down theres a SETTINGS tab click on it.

    go to the PRINTER SETTINGS, once you have clicked on a new dialog box appears.

    the first tab (by following my printer settings ive got a HP PSC 1311) must be ADVANCED

    Click on that, the last option should be OPTIONS AVAILABLE and bloody, WHICH PAGE ORDER WE WERE looking for THAT PERSON DO CAN TELL US ABOUT.

    Firefox leaves no room around the text in the header and footer to the edge. To fix:

    Address Bar / about: config
    Enter the keyword "edge."
    Change then the four values of the printer that you use to:

    Print.printer_Foxit_PhantomPDF_Printer.print_edge_bottom... 5
    Print.printer_Foxit_PhantomPDF_Printer.print_edge_left... 10
    Print.printer_Foxit_PhantomPDF_Printer.print_edge_right... 10
    Print.printer_Foxit_PhantomPDF_Printer.print_edge_top... 5

  • HP Officejet 4630: Printing on both sides, no option to turn off when you print a Word Doc; When printing Pages

    Recently, when printing, the printer appear uses both sides of the paper, even when we don't want him. There is no option to turn it off when you print a Word document.


    When printing Pages it shows a checked box that says BOTH SIDES, if I uncheck, then it works.

    But from Word, there is no other choice. I tried the file/Preferences, I tried through the printer settings and nothing we can find will solve this problem? This has recently (last week or two) become a problem...

    I would like to help you to solve the problem of double-sided printing that you experience when you try to print single-sided computer Mac OS X 10.9 to your HP Officejet 4630 e-all-in-one printer today. Please follow the steps below to disable duplex printing.

    1. Open a Word document
    2. Select file , and then click print
    3. Click on the drop down menu to the Copies and Pages and modify this provision
    4. Uncheck duplex .
    5. To change the additional print settings click on view details.

    Ultimately, judging by the useful screenshots that you included in your post, you are in the right place to disable two-sided. You just need to click on the Copies & Pages for the appropriate options.

    I've only had the printer for about 1 month. Recently I get lines on the side right middle of my printed page I sent through the document feeder. I tried to clean the rollers with water and alcohol isopropyl without change. I need to have a professional look for my business. What else could be wrong and how to fix it? Better yet, how can I prevent it happening again?

  • HP Officejet 7310 all-in-one: on the printed page without is not the margin settings and are shredded

    During a few days ago only, printer started the show message paper jam when the printed page was all but probably 1/8 "already out.  Flicking the paper really brought the page on the rest of the way.

    I remove the paper two-sided accessory to find any paper, but there is no paper jam that I can see.

    Also, in the middle of printing, sometimes it makes a loud squeaking (I guess), but kept in printing and sends the page completely.

    Then I started to notice that the left margin could tilt inward I look towards the bottom of the page or it can be different from one Word page to another and a blur occurs in a word here and there.

    Finally, on the printing of Excel pages, I see a different left margin on what I consider every 2 lines.  This, of course, affect the right margin in the same Manor, and the vertical cell lines also vary according to the variation in the left margin.

    The HP software tells me there is no update for me to download.  However, I do know she never talked about everything.  I have not seen this specific problem listed.

    I see that you are experiencing printing problems. I would like to help!

    I suggest to remove the cartridges and perform a power reset.  Unplug the power cord from the printer and the power outlet, then wait 60 seconds. After 60 seconds, plug back in the printer. Make sure that you connect the printer directly to a wall outlet. Make sure to bypass any surge protector or power bar.

    I recommend also to download and run the HP print and Scan doctor.

    My HP network printer feeds a blank page between every page printed when I print from my laptop running Vista.  Printer feeds not the white pages from another laptop under XP.

    Thanks, but it was one of the first things I did.  In fact, what worked was to go to the printers, made folder right click and open as administrator, open the properties, open Advanced options, then open "new driver".  You can search for "Hewlett Packard" (NOT use the abbreviation HP) and download the nearest driver for my printer.  The printer now prints only what I asked with no inbetween fed additional sheets each printed page.  Yay!  Finally.

    I spent hours on the Internet, knowledge of HP basic research on the Microsoft Knowledge base.  The answer was mentioned in the update from HP for my printer, of all things!  When I read one of the updates was 'PC Printer Communication issue.'  Seemed to be yet another expression to search for an answer, but it was worth One More Try.  It worked.  http://h30434.www3.HP.com/T5/printer-all-in-one-software-and/BD-p/software  It is under the HP Support Forum.  So, it OF here!

    My printer prints pages in reverse: the first page is the last page and last page is the first.

    How can I change this?

    The last page is often/usually printed first, so that it is on the bottom in the platen and then upward to the first page that you would normally expect to be on top.

    If you want to change it, you can find the setting of your Printing Preferences. In mine it is a check box labeled last page first. Different printer software/drivers can call something slightly different, however.

    To find click Printing Preferences ,

    Start-> Control Panel-> devices and printers

    then right-click on your printer and select print preferences.

    Let's start there then. You will find printed as picture in the print options advanced (found to the right of the name of the printer in the print drive dialog box). Do I understand correctly that the file prints OK largest size paper?

    This is probably an easy fix, but I can't understand it.

    I want to have a button that people can click to print the page.

    How do I do that?

    The easiest way would be to add a "Print page" link using JavaScript. Sample code is under that, you can insert by using the object-> the option Insert HTML code. This link would simply trigger the function print of any browser or a standard Ctrl + shortcut P that you use to print a page. Browsers such as Chrome part the preview feature.

    This started after I updated Firefox to the latest version prior to 8.0.

    You don't mention what model of printer you have, so it is difficult to answer your question.  If you have a printer as the PSC 1310 or 1410 page is a page of alignment.  In this case, you will need to load the page alignment on the scanner glass, and then press the "Scan" button to complete the alignment.  Once the alignment ended the alignment page is not printed again until you change the next cartridge.  Check your manual for more details.

    Ah... I'm sorry.  This printer does not have a duplexer, if you can't do two sided.  You must do it manually print the odd pages first and then put them back in and print the even pages.  I'm sorry.
