  We have files on our server that we need to have dedicated and stable names, like change us them periodically and we always want to have the same name. When download us them through Contribute, the software automatically adds a suffix to them, making them not the same file name to one that we need to replace. I can understand why this might do it for security reasons, if someone changes the file and then replace the work of someone, say. But we want to disable it.

  Yes, in the change icon customize navigate to the location of your .ico files. Several images of downloadable icons are .gif, .jpg, .png, files etc you will need to convert the .ico files.

• Cannot download files. the computer restarts seconds for download

  Whenever I'm trying to download a file or program from my laptop stops and restarts.

  I'm coming to the window which asks you to run save or cancel the file, click Run, a second window appears with the download percentage, about three seconds, my computer turns off and restarts.   Follow these steps and check if the problem persists.

  Step 1:

  Start your computer in safe mode with network and check if the problem persists.

  Step 2:

  If the problem does not occur in safe mode with network, then there must be a conflict of software of third party causing the problem to occur, this is why I suggest that you start your computer in a clean boot State.
