Cut animation

I would like to cut part of a video and great animation impose it on some home movies. I want to choose the characters only, no back ground. For example, my little girl like the jungle book and I would cut King Louie and him have to move on the still images and video of her I get for his birthday. Told me that it's something I can do with AE but I didn't understand how to do. Anyone has any suggestions?

I'm not familiar with the character, but the good thing with animated 2d characters, you may also be able to create a cache to make your life a LOT easier.

Sometimes, what works for me, creates a copy of images and linear color overlay of the character.  Start by tapping on the skin.  Reproduce this effect of overlay (not the entire layer), and then select another color of the character.

Try to do this as far as you can, without it by selecting areas of the background, especially close to the character.  You may be able to then create a garbage mask to erase every bit of the rest bg.

In addition, use effects masts to extend the key on the character, so it includes the line of ink.  Then use it as a cache by approach alpha for your original images.

Roto is a pain, but usually that's what is required.  I suggest stabilizing the shooting first, if there is no camera moves in this regard.  And then depending on how the character is animated, create multiple masks for different sections of the character.

  • How can I add HTML 5 / Edge animations in my Muse site?

I created a small cute animation and generated in html5 = - now I have a folder full of files (css) and under folders (images). I know that xxx.html execution of the animation file, what I do not know where and how to download the files to make the animation running on my site I created with Muse

    TIA

    Hi Moshe!

How did you create the animation? What software did you use to create the animation? Using Adobe edge, or another software?

You can try the following steps: -.

    (1) put all the output files that are generated in the same folder that you want to export the output files of Muse.

    (2) in Muse, use object--> Insert HTML code... menu to insert the following code:

    Note

"Project-head - r1v1.html" is a name of HTML file that is from your edge of release.

Do not copy and paste the content in the "project-head - r1v1.html" file directly because it's different jQuery files and it will also make a duplicate Javascript include that break out.

3 export your Muse site in the folder.

If you use Adobe Edge to your animations, this thread offers some suggestions for how to include animations of edge in your Muse site, but just to remind here, now both Muse and Edge are beta products. Therefore, a seamless workflow does not currently exist. We look forward to the integration between the Muse and the edge in the future, but could not provide a timeline for when this can happen.

  • RAM Preview with Audio

How to get a preview of the video with sound (when I press 0), more than 30 sec long? If it is possible at all the... It wtites I don't have not enough resources for the RAM to listen to... seconds audio, even when I select a range on 2-3 minutes...

If you need more time with your ram previews adjust the Zoom Ratio factor or to 25% magnification and resolution on Auto or set a resolution of 1/4. If that always gets you not what you want to set ignore frames at 1 or 2 in the Preview Panel. It is the only way to measure in the preview.

If you use AE to edit you do not work effectively. AE is for the creation of pictures and short clips. A project of more than a few seconds may be better served by break up in scenes or short sequences, to make the pieces, then editing and polishing in Premiere Pro or your NLE of choice. I even cut animations of dynamic text (often improperly called lyric video) upward in one or two phrases or sentences, then do the final cut in first. It helps me to do in about half the time.

  • Animation in Animation to cutting 4 - CC

    Good afternoon everyone,

I'm looking for urgent help here! My company did a show tech Friday and is something that we are showing off 4 x 1920 x 1080 screens with 1 animation moving through them - it is a package that plays videos in sync.

Basically, I created a 7680px x 1080px animation and have just told me that I need to divide this animation in 4 separate videos!

Is there a way to do this? While ultimately, the animation is exported as a 4 x 1920 x 1080 videos rather than a single 7680 x 1080 video?

    Kind regards

    James

Easy solution would be to put the animation in a movieclip, then place the movieclip on a scene of 1920 x 1080, with top left in the upper left corner of the stage. Make a video file/export/Export... to get the first video file. In the export options do not use the box to move to Adobe Media Encoder, I'm sure that your video guy can handle the MOV files. They can always choose to compress the file at a lower rate later, if necessary.

Now put the movieclip to-1920,0 and export a second video,-1920,-1080 for the third, and 0,-1080 for the fourth video.

  • Tool puppet cut to the top of my animation film... Why?

I created this animation in After Effects. I created these characters from cartoons in illustrator and imported the file IN After Effects. I then created the pins of the puppet to animate with the puppet tool. After having made out them, the peaces of the characters come out of them. I don't understand why this is happening. I tried with pixelation on and outside, and it still happens. Has anyone experience this problem? Help, please! Thank you!

I've attached a screenshot of one of the characters head where peace is out in the videos of nearly.

    puppet tool.png

This screenshot is not very useful. It would be really helpful to the timeline with all updated on the properties of the layer in question has revealed (the U key twice) and the mesh showing on the frames where the mesh fails. Make sure you have the active and visible mesh. Here are some things you need to do to get to work puppet PIN.

    1. Puppet PIN must be the only effect that is applied to a layer
    2. The layer cannot have any other animations applied to the layer. No change of scale, rotation or position
    3. The mesh must be large enough to cover the work completely even when it is distorted
    4. Animations of puppets pin can load the cache so before you go you should clear all caches to disk and the image

If you need to make another animation or reposition your puppet lively, then you must be dialed before the layer of puppet PIN or make the animation of a suitable DI (digital intermediate - distribution not like MP4 format) and then your project.

  • I can't change the color of a text preset animation (graphics: cut shapes)... can someone please help me?

I would like to change the color of the text animation preset. Its presets are put out to pasture. I would like to change to #671e75 (purple) if possible. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

If you select the text layer and press the U key twice, you will see all the properties that are changed from the default settings. If the preset text sets the green color and the fill color of the text should appear. Just change the color of your new color and then select all changed properties and register a new replace animation preset the existing one. If the animation preset does not define a fill color, then you can add it by using the ADD function in the timeline. Choose RGB.

  • View seeks to create graphic animations in the videos, the FCPX is capable?

Hello useful community! A two-part question.

I'm just getting started on the video production and have some needs in mind. I hope you can let me know if FCPX can do that hopefully, if there is an obvious solution, I am missing, or some of you approach use.

I'll be doing a few videos of interview style and will have several camera angles, with that I need to work. So if I understand correctly to work with iMovie, I'll have a main video timeline and then 'cut' in and out secondary structures for the other angles. But I must have a logo sitting in the corner as well. Is there still enough chronologies to cut in different camera angles while having a timeline showing the stationary chart? iMovie does not you have only your primary and another calendar cut in and out, but I hope that FCPX has the ability to overlay 2 more than at a time? Or maybe I'm going about this the wrong way need?

The second part is linked, I want to be the logo/text animation because it is (as a brief introduction). Not throughout the entire video or something extremely complex, but to animate shapes and text sliding in such that the name of the speaker, the name of show graphics, etc... And I'm hoping to create my own custom animations, not the familiar "motions of text" located in iMovie. I feel like the examples I found online that all look like they have animations the same model and I hope for much more creative in this area occasionally, if that makes sense. In its most simple example I guess, the design and animation capabilities/techniques you can do in Keynote for graphics/text that can be market timed, fades, slides, etc.

Is FCPX the right program to incorporate more complex forms of text animations as well? Or is it the work of another software?

I hope that makes sense. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

    Mark

TYou can have an unlimited number of video layers.

Yes, you can make custom animations. For more complex animations, you use Motion.

  • Motion - Final Cut title - related text alignment

I created a title Final Cut in Motion 5.

Then I copied the text to a different layer and created an animation.

The text of the first, is published, so I can customize later for Final Cut Pro X.

So the second text corresponds to the text of the edited user, I've added a link to the text using the source: Object.Text, Object.Text destination.

When I use it in Final Cut, the text is changed and I can even looking fonts, size etc.

The problem is, that the second text alignment is left, I even specified that it is centered.

    How can solve this problem?

I can link somehow the alignment of another text?

Here's what it looks like in Motion 5:

Here is the title in Final Cut Pro X, where the animated text left aligned instead of centered:

It bloats nor memory, nor the space available on your hard drive.  Mail itself takes up almost any room such as it is, much less any singular aspect of it.  I went in the Mail preferences and don't see anything that changes the appearance of the Mail when you reply to an e-mail message.

  • PNG, short cut sequence

    Hello

I'm working on a video sequence of 10 minutes and one of my animations is a PNG 430 image sequence.  This was introduced in the project very well and I continued to work on pieces later.  For some reason any when I rub the timeline back on this first part of the project that it has cut sequences short png animation, it plays around 25% of the animation, and then maintains.  It should play at 100% then hold on the end condition.

When I display the properties of this clip, the duration of the end says 476 and is located at the end on the scroll bar.  If I move it it aligns with 100 and will not go further.

Retiming of the clamp to 100% it's still playing less, about 10% of the animation completes.  Replacing media with the same png sequence does nothing.  The only solution is to remove the clip and re - import and redo my animation on this subject.  I had to do this several times throughout the project for previously filled groups / layers that were very well originally.

All media is on the local drive.

Any ideas what I could do wrong?   I copy clips to the timeline and paste sections later and then change the properties of the duplicate (not clone) which I think mess with the original somehow that it is always on the clips that are reused.

    Thanks for any idea.

    Check your field of play.

You might have accidentally shortened it by typing the command-option-O instead of simply type O to define an outpoint on another object, or put you and I forgot about it.

    Or

You set an out point on the group that contains the image sequence.

    Or

You may accidentally set the length of the piece (to point) of one of the images in the sequence to a longer time (and it was probably moved to the top of the layers in the image group.)

All sorts of things could have happened.

Try to re-import the image sequence and clone group.  Do new clones of the original whenever you need a new copy.

Depending on the content, affecting the 3D effect at a high level may result in blurred the contours of the image and the background.

  • Animation path trouble...

Trying to create a path Animation, but it does not work.  I understand the easy to do this is to create a mask path, cut the path and paste it into the Position property of the object.   However, my layer already has a mask, so when I create the second mask path and cut and paste, he is constantly sticking in like a mask, even though I have the selected Position property.

    A little more detail:

There is a layer PSD w / several seeds fly in the wind of a tree. I need animate these.  In AE, I duplicated the layer again (one for each seed) and isolated from the seed w / a form of mask and refocused the anchor point layer in the center of the seed.  Once all of these layers are separated (12 layers of seeds w / a seed per layer). I tried to add a mask path to a layer of seeds.  I cut the mask path, selected the position property of the layer and pasted the mask path, but it sticks as a new mask - every time...

    Help, please!  What Miss me?

    THX,

    Tommy

Well, then try this: make your mask path and make a the mask path keyframe.   Put you on the layer and make a keyframe to the Position.  Copy the mask path keyframe, place the cursor of the timeline on the keyframe Position, highlight it and tap on paste.  If you do not get stuck in the Position property mask path, something is wrong.

  • Movement of scrolling or animated full-width for Tablet?

I created an animation of movement of scrolling for my site, but can't find a way to make it work on a Tablet and a phone. The temp site is invisibleoakley.businesscatalyst.com

    What I read:

    • Movement of scrolling works on mobile and tablet or on sensitive sites. So I made a website for the office and is trying to get a job of alternative layout of Tablet.

    • I have considered rather create an animation in animated cc, but can't find a way to make it appear the width on the tablet. (as you can see, many elements come out of the screen) Is there a full-width oam widget that works on the tablets and phones?

    • Looked in motion 2 muse widget but cannot get that to work either.

Would appreciate any ideas on how to make my scrolling animation (or something similar) are working on an ipad and phone. I put so much work into this. I hope that the desktop version will not be alone in some movements. The key is objects needs to scroll off the screen to the right, and from top to bottom left. Crossing my fingers that some genius can help!

    Thanks - Jami

p.s. I'm not good with code, but can I cut and paste with the best of them ;-)

Yes, htm5 animation to animate CC will work. You can also take a look at widgets, like this Widget host OnLoad for Adobe Muse by MuseThemes

  • Animation of zoom/dolly in the map of the world, the best workflow?

Hi all, I'm animating maps for a travel agency and they want me to zoom to a vision of the world in smaller places, like Costa Rica for example. Then animate a few lines and icons on the map in 3D. I've attached a video link of a that I already have. I work with an illustrator maptorian of the world card and import the illustrator file in AE. Can I use a camera to dolly in and making all the moves. My problem is that AE runs VERY slowly when you work with such a giant illustrator file (there must be millions of vectors). I tried to work with PNG files exported, but resolutions should be too big for them not to Pixelize (200 million pixels is not enough!) and then I met the same problems of slowness.

A second problem I have is with the shadows. because my illustrator file imports as 2800 x 1600 when I Zoom so far (although I am rastoring) my elements are only 1 pixel above the map (or at least this is the unit of measure AE uses even with the base vector files) so as you can see in the video the shadows move around annoyingly.

Can someone advise me on a path that I could work with a low card-based pixel resolution of the whole world and then zoom in on a small card vector space, that I need to work. Or any other ideas are welcome.

I'm using a Mac pro running 10.11.6 with 6 core and 16 GB of ram and AMD graphics cards.

    AE is 13.8.1

    Thank you

The illustrator file is highly textured and takes too much time to calculate, you should cut your chart into segments. I made maps of the world for many years of news and documentaries, to show the world to zoom in on a country and a city. You should separate you graphic into segments. map of the world say 4000 x 4000 pixels for example. and costa rica to 4000 x 4000. now composite costa rica on your map of the world. My guess is that you have a few places to zoom in on so just make these large sizes and place them on your map. If you have a high resolution on a large file low resolution.

For example, this card I did. I have to get all the way zoomed between the Morocco and the Spain, then completely out to part of the Middle East.

So I have this model master 1605x905px

You can see the limits of layers. I carefully place one above the other and resize it down. so I have a map of the area I zoom in to 1313x922px reduced to 60%. now, because I had yet another card on top of these 2 and he had to be reduced to very low values that are more difficult to place, I created a precomp with collapse and inside, there is another card to 2356x1493px 7% nationally.

This way I can cover on the other and do not have too many pixels at the same time.

Another example more complex because it contains more elements which must be organized differently to support a fine composition on both zoomed in and zoomed in on the map.

same idea. This type of card is dissolved in as I crash zoom

This guy a precomp with many items I can carefully place if the composition does not suit me perfectly.

    Fun, right?
