D430 when Wireless 1390 card is connected it disables the on-board.

When someone connects to a wireless network, the NETWORK adapter is disabled. Once they have disconnected the wireless network, if they tune in to the local network, the network card comes back upward. It appears in fact as if it has been removed.

We have had this problem before, but I can't remember how we fixed. It was a setting somewhere...

• Wireless network card does not appear in the Device Manager on Satellite L50 - B - 1 DM

Hello!
I bought just new Satellite L50 - B - 1 DM, model number PSKTCE and installed on Windows 7 Professional SP1 64 bit. He came without OS installed and without driver installation disk.
Problem is that Wlan card does not appear in Device Manager.

For my Toshiba support model are 37 drivers and programs. I have already installed: Windows 7 Professional 64-bit, all updates to Windows that appeared, SP 1, driver LAN, Toshiba Value added Package. And I tried to install all wlan drivers 4 in the list of "tool utility Intel ' also.
Does not always display any connection without wireless WLAN card. Pressing Fn + F12 does not change. In "Network connections" is the only connection - LAN. No WLAN, no bluetooth.

I have "Other devices" in Device Manager with yellow marks on: network controller; PCI device; PCI Simple Communication controller; SM Bus controller. USB controller; Unknown device (with Microsoft ACPI - compliant system location) and video controller.

Any help would be welcome. Thanks in advance

• last version of Firefox can not ensure a secure connection without disabling the firewall, why?

I've upgraded to the latest version of Firefox and now whenever he goes to a secure connection, it debits far and doesn't connect or said that the connection was refused. I'm under Firewall PC Tools and strangely when I turn off the firewall, it connects. I don't really like it. I tried to remove Firefox to the list of applications and add new, but it did not help.

One possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or limits Firefox or plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after the detection of changes (update) for the Firefox program.

Delete all rules for Firefox and the plugin-container in the permissions list in the firewall and leave your firewall again ask permission to get full unlimited access to the internet for Firefox and the plugin-container and the update process.

When you install the video card, the embedded video is disabled. You can use one or the other. However, if you buy a video card with two ports, you can use two monitors. You must make sure that the video card will work correctly 300W of power. A card that requires 350W should run OK, because manufacturers tend to overstate the power requirements of their cards.

Hello

Remove the network profile and create a new one. Also, make sure that you have the latest drivers for your wireless network card.

• I have an 802.11n wireless Lan card and the strength of the connectivity is poor however my laptop compac has excellent connectivity which can do to get a good signal

I just bought a new PC (foxconn) who has a 802.11n wireless Lan card, my connection is very poor but my connection on my laptop compac and iPad are excellent. Is there a way I can get a better connection with this lAN card?

Hello

Check with the assistance of FoxConn, their documentation and online drivers. Don't assume new products
have up-to-date drivers.

Are all Windows 7 computers?

The router may also need a firmware update so check with its creator.

I hope this helps.

• InPro Comm IPN2220 Wireless LAN Card - need driver for Vista OS

Hello

I'm new to the Forum and I think that it is just the place to get answers to my questions?

OK, I use the laptop Toshiba Equium L10 and I just downloaded and installed the "public" version of Microsoft Windows VISTA beta 2.
The installation went very well and it took about 40 minutes and considering that it is only a 1.50 GHz Celeron (M), which was very good, but I'm having problems to make a software/driver for my '' integrated '' InPro Comm IPN2220 Wireless LAN Card, so for now, I can not connect to the internet on this subject. (On the bottom of the laptop, it has ' FOXCONN T60N871 802.11 b/g W/LAN Card "which I think is the real name for 'InPro Comm IPN2220 Wireless LAN Card'.)

I installed the software/driver LAN wireless from the utility CD, and although the software seems to be no problem, Windows does not detect the card and does not install the driver for it. I also tried Win Vista update, but nothing is found.

Does anyone know ho to get the software/driver to install properly so that Windows Vista can detect the card and install the driver and software?

If not, does anyone know of a driver updated for VISTA BETA2?

I would really like to keep Vista Beta2 on my L10 so if anyone has some tips that will get my built-in wireless card works, I would be very grateful. (BTW, I don't have a 'wired LAN').

Hello

These days, a lot of users wrote vista and their experiences with the installation. As you know that officially there are no drivers available. I think that Toshiba will offer all the drivers at the point where vista is officially on the market.

You can post on this tread http://forums.computers.toshiba-europe.com/forums/thread.jspa?threadID=13771 maybe Brave will give you more information about the installation on its L10.

• Can satellite M65-S9092 - I put the wireless network card?

Hello

Can I put my card Intel pro 2200BG on Satellite M65-S9092 wireless network so that it is no longer compatible with Windows 7? The Intel Pro 2200BG is no longer supported by Intel as it was abandoned and so they have not issued a new driver so that IPv6 works.

So I would update my card if possible.

Hello

I think that it shouldn't be a problem to upgrade the WLan card.
As far as I know its a card wireless network of miiPCI and you would need to also use a WLan card which would support the miniPCI interface.

The wireless network card supports two pins for the WLan antenna cable.
Usually, you must connect a white cable to the HAND and a black to the auxiliary voltage

• Nc6400 & BCM94321MCP1 Wireless N card

Hello

I have a BCM94321MCP1 (rev.0A worm 6.07r) but when I install in my nc6400 and reboot the pc displays a detected error 104-Unsupported wireless network device. System stopped. Remove the device and restart.

If reinstalling my actual card (801.11bgn card) it works well.

In some forum, I understand that the error is generated by the bios that does not recognize the card of type N.

I have XP PRO 2002 SP3 and the version of the bios F0B (09/05/2007, 68YCU.bin).

What can I do to use my new Wireless N card? Does anyone have the latest version of the bios that recognize this card?

Thank you

Hello

Sorry for my late reply. The internet is down for hours at the other end.

I guess you missed my comment in the above post about the fact that it is not all maps N Wireless validated by HP to work in a nc6400.

The only validated cards are cards A/B/G and you already have one of these.

• Re: Satellite P100-160 - is there a Wireless N card?

Hello

is there a WIFI Wireless N card which you can adapt the P100-160?

Anyone know?

Thank you

Hey,.

I have of course there are a lot of network WIRELESS n draft cards they will be insert in Satellite P100, but I think that you will not be able to use the draft N speed because need you so 3 instead of 2 m antennas.

It s doesn't know only not for me that some Satellite P100 has been bundled with the project so I m sure that 2 antennas are not installed.
With other words, it would be useless if you upgrade project ;) WIRELESS n network adapter

• Satellite Pro L10 - wireless network cards are compatible?

I have now managed to dual boot my older Toshiba L10 with XP and Windows 7.

The existing wireless LAN card is not compatible with the Windows 7 partition and I use an external usb wireless.

Does anyone have recommendations on an internal wireless card I can buy which can replace the existing one and is both compatible with XP and Windows 7 32-bit? Is it easy to replace one card with another?

Hello

Hardware upgrade on mobile machinery is very limited and most of the information you can get on an upgrade supported for RAM or HARD drive. Upgrade for all other hardware is not supported, so actually there is no info on the hardware compatibility.

Nobody here can offer you a list with 100% compatible cards WLAN.
What WLAN card is inside your old L10?
Have you tried to install the drivers of Toshiba Portal Wlan WLAN - http://aps2.toshiba-tro.de/wlan/

Download driver driver from here and install it. Maybe this will help you get the wireless network card is functioning properly.
