Damon Lite - kernel debugger must be disabled Windows 2000 with SPTD 1.60 or higher

I don't know where to turn off the kernel debugger. It is said that I must have windows 2000 with SPTD 1.60 or higher. How can I do this? Respect to Damon Lite. When I bring it up to Damon Lite only said that I have to disable the kernel debugger. I can't even go into the program to disable the debugger. So, what should I do for this?

Updated to what? You can copy the data to an external drive and then copy it on your new machine. You will need to reinstall all the programs of original media.

  • Acceleration 3D on Windows 2000 does not

I'm currently under evaluation of Workstation version 11, version 11.1.2

I'm running a virtual Windows 2000 Professional machine under him and has a problem - I enabled 3D acceleration in the page display the parameters of the machine, but Windows 2000 is not picking up on it. DXDiag (DirectX 9 .0c) claims that there are only 32 MB of memory, as a pose to the 128 MB which has been set up and he says also that D3D acceleration is not available.

I tried enabling 3D on another machine with Windows XP Edition family, for DX9.0c DXDiag shows that it works quite well in this case - he picks up on extra memory and D3D acceleration.

I tried to install Windows 2000 with acceleration disabled 3D, installation of the VMware Tools, then he subsequently, then re-install VMware Tools and the driver, but nothing is.

If someone has had this problem and is there a way to fix it? I can't find anything that says that support for this under Windows 2000 is interrupted, I assumed that if it was good, my computer would not automatically him helped, during the creation of the machine, in the first place.

    Thank you very much

I tried on my environment with 11 and 12 work workstation, I can reproduce your problems, I will file a bug to follow him.

    Hope dev can fix it.

    Thanks for your comments.

  • Capture an image from a machine under windows 2000 server during production

    Hello

We are looking to capture an image of a server windows 2000 (with sp4) has sql 2005 standard installed on it.  I've done a few machines and windows 2003 during production, while I used the converter and no problems.  Does anyone have experience with windows 2000?  I know that on windows 2000, a reboot is required.

We bring the image into a villas of test to test the upgrade of the operating system to windows 2003.  Once satisfied, redo us the same process and will have ESXi host computer.

BTW, the converter is version 3.03.

    Thank you

Can someone confirm that during the capture of the image, the (any) services, sql, etc. on the operating system will continue to operate?

I ran a test and see no problem but I just want to know that.

I have captured many images of a windows 2003 while the services windows, sql server, etc. will work perfectly during the process.

Yes, the services are still running.  However, it is normally recommended that you disable the services as much as possible.   If you have a lot of traffic to the server, the conversion may fail half way through.  And of course, all the changes bring users to data cannot be included in the image/converted data.  If the conversion is for dev/test, then it may be acceptable.

When I did my hot clones, it was generally after hours so that I can disable the SQL and other services.  I've done a few hot clones with services running, but there is no user logged in, so very little traffic to the title of the conversion machine.

  • Portege 3440 - cannot install Windows 2000

    Hello friends :)

I have a problem with the installation of Windows 2000 on Portege 3440.
I was running Windows 2000 with the FDD USBB (with driver for PCMCIA of CD-ROM) installation and CD-ROM PCMCIA. "Everything was ok at the moment when I came for winnt ' q.

When installing without partition on the HARD drive was appeared on blue background information: "could not find a place for a swap file. With partition (FAT32, 6 GB): "Setup could not install the Windows boot loader. To ensure that your C: drive is formatted and that the drive is not damaged. I tried with three other HDDss.
What should I do to install this system? (Same users do not have these releases)

    Thanks for help
    Adrian

    Hello

1 don't forget to prepare your hard disk with fdisk (a bootable partition) and format it with the Fat32 file system

    2. start by a MSDos saved in your floppy drive-drive with drivers for your PCMCIA CDrom drive (Freecom)

    3. copy the entire i386 to the W2K installation CD directory your HD, be sure to have loaded smartdrive, otherwise it will take ages!

4 start again with the saved, go to the i386 directory and start Windows NT

You can look here for more information about freecom pilots and the bootdisks: http://forums.computers.toshiba-europe.com/forums/thread.jspa?threadID=19232
On your 3440 it should be easier than with the R100 because of normal 2.5 "HD 6 GB, but the problem is basically the same

I have a Tecra S3 dual boot Windows XP and 2000, with the correct RAID driver installed for each of them.

In Windows 2000, it hangs for a reset. It is necessary feed the computer works in order to complete the reset.

    Thank you

    Hello

Well, it's not easy to say why this problem occurs. I assume that you have installed the W2k since the original Windows CD. In this case, it is very important to install the driver Toshiba, tools and utilities in the correct order.
On the Toshiba download page I found a statement of installation for W2k. This list gives you a good driver installation information. Please see this document.

  • Why did datasocket works on some of the computers in a windows 2000 network, but not others?

I use an executable program of labview which write Boolean arrays on multiple computers in a network and their bed on a computer 'server '.  All the client computers are running windows 2000 with the labview run time engine 8.6.  The server computer is running windows 2000 with the labview 8.6 developers edition.  I can only contact between a client computer and the server computer.  Communication will work either way between these two computers.  Either the computer can sucessfully read or write data datasocket.  Other computers cannot communicate in both directions.  All the computers are on the same network in the same workgroup and can see through the network.  It doesn't seem to be a firewall on all computers.  Suggestions?

It seems he needs the installation standard/full engine runtime 8.6 with decision-making data.  I had the engine smaller run time file installed on the computers that did not work.

  • connection to the network windows 2000 xp

First of all, I know I use an old operating system but my accounting program is not beyond XP.

My game is windows 2000 with two routers wired / wireless. The system works very well under the win2000 including access a system remote win2000. I am able to the internet via one router to another wireless. The I've seen is that I can't have the XP to see or join my local network. The win2000 see the XP but cannot go further than the display of files. the XP is set to shared the whole c drive.

What Miss me on the definition of the XP to work with my win2000? Probably something simple I've missed or simply do not know.

Note the XP is a system I have then given. He had a bit of virus and spyware that has been deleted and seems to be updated otherwise.
