• RAID 1 hardware and ESXi - host not to see the virtual volume

  Please bear with me as I try to explain this issue in detail.

  I have an ESXi server.  He has a number of virtual machines and works.  This server has a LSI RAID controller and had a single hard drive connected to this controller.  I'm allergic to non redundant drives, so I added a second drive and, from BIOS boot from the RAID controller (before initialization of the server itself), I created the mirror and had the controller 'rebuild' the second disc, copy of an image of the first record on.  The controller did and displays a virtual (in BIOS) volume in a RAID 1 volume consisting of two physical disks.

  At this point, I expect from any server OS to see the single volume.  However, ESXi, at startup, see both drives hard physical (apparently without taking into account the supposed configuration of the controller, which is strange for me), and because they contain all the two identical copies of the ESXi installation, it purple-screens to complain about two identical UUID.  When I work around this error with the start command line option 'overrideDuplicateImageDetection', ESXi starts on one of the two disks.  vSphere shows the two disks and physical disks, mounted in the system.

  I'm relatively certain that the RAID card maintains the mirror.  The second disc is not part of a data store.  I would prefer ESXi see the mirror as the only logical volume so-called offer the RAID card, but I'll settle for ESXi, ignoring the second unit of disk in total.

  Some RAID controllers operating in RAID or RAID configuration. If no RAID is created, it will work like the generic SCSI cards and when a RAID is created then it will become an appropriate raid controllers. When you installed the ESXi map was probably operating in non RAID and later converted to a RAID controller mode. Please check the drivers loaded in the kernel of ESXi and if necessary, please include the RAID controller module and re build the boot image.

  Is it possible to give me the model number of the LSI RAID you use and the output of the inscription of the kernel module. I think that these dual-mode controllers were possible on older models of server, not sure that they are always available. I used to see this kind of problems with Linux in ancient times.

  Hi Barry -.

  If the dashboard in question was created with WCF (our Framework Web component that is included with the product), then using the tab design inspecting dashboard design suggested Bart is a good. WCF dashboard get much of their data by querying the Foglight data model so once you are in the editor of WCF, change views to queries drop-down list and see what queries can exist in this module WCF. Test if you find to make sure they return data. Also change the functions drop-down list and see if you can test as well.

• The Explorer Windows not to see the recently saved files

  Recently, after saving the Word or Excel files in a specific directory, they do not appear in windows Explorer. They also do not appear in the dialog box inside my e-mail program when I try to attach them to an email. In addition to this, a lot of files appear in the same directory (read via windows Explorer) that should not be in this directory.

  I can also repeatedly "save under" file in the same directory, with the same file name, and windows asks me if I want to replace the existing file - it seems that windows really does not see the file. However, if I save the file to the "desktop" and then copy it from there to the offending directory, then windows tells me that the file already exists and asks me if I want to overwrite. If I say no, and then to go to windows Explorer, then suddenly, the file is displayed.
  I saw some similar questions in this forum, but I didn't know the answers to this problem.
  I am running a new version of Windows 7 Home Premium with Office 2010 on a new HP desktop computer (from 9/12).
  Very strange. Any help is greatly appreciated.

  Looks like you are saying that your computer is connected to the wireless router, while other computers cannot.

  This is the router that "hosts" network, then maybe the wireless feature has been disabled somehow.

  Try restarting the router (unplug it for 30 seconds) and see if that helps.

  Is it the wrong way I created structured Index.

  (I tried a few other ways where I got-> ORA-19279: XPTY0004 - dynamic XQuery type mismatch: expected - singleton sequence got several sequence element).

  A few things to know:

  -use BINARY_DOUBLE datatype to untyped (i.e. not based on a diagram) the numerical values of the XML index.

  -J' developed the sequence iterator predicate you were using for a Boolean expression GOLD. Otherwise, the index is not used as intended.

  There are 2 ways to do this:

  Method 1:

  -Launch Acrobat / Reader on your Mac.

  -Click on Acrobat / Reader at the top and goto "preferences".

  -On the 'Préférences' window in the left column, select 'Général' and on the right side at the bottom, you will see the button 'Select default PDF Handler'

  -Select 'Reader' by default in the drop-down list and click 'Ok '.

  Method 2:

  -Single click on a PDF file you want to open or any PDF file in general while maintaining the control key. Then select 'Get Info' in the menu you opened or

  Right-click on any pdf file and go to "Get Info" option.

  -Under the heading 'open with' the current default application for opening of PDF files is listed. If there is no registered application, you may need to click the triangle to the left of 'Open with' so that it points down to display the current setting.

  -Click on the registered application to open a menu with additional applications. In this menu, search for Adobe Reader 11.

  -If the drive is not listed, select "Other" from the bottom of the menu.

  -Navigate to your Applications folder to locate the Adobe Reader app icon and click to highlight. Click the Add button to select the drive.

  -In the Info window, click on the button 'Change everything' so that all of the following PDF files will be opened by the Adobe Reader 11.

  -Click on the button continue to confirm that you want to change your settings. Now, all PDF files will be open with Adobe Reader 11.

  Hello

  When you have created the table, have you tried selecting the option "filter". Select the table, and access the property of m.. In the toolbar of the Properties Inspector, there is an icon to change the configuration. His fields of filter adding filter for the user to search in.

  Option 2: Data from the Web Service are actually held in iterators. If you want to filter the Web service request, I wouldn't use the WS domain controller but a proxy of JAX - WS in a POJO to recover data from the WS. Then the data control created from the POJO. You might have a method exposed on the POJO which allows you to filter the data internally that is held
