  I think I saw it all the time.

  The problem is probably caused by a corrupted full text catalog. Deactivation and reactivation event text indexing via Maintenance Database Maintenance should do the trick.

• Duplicate the user in the ACS 3.3 database

  I use ACS to authenticate the mac address. It's on a device. I created a user with the user name and password as the mac address and now it is listed twice! Can I delete a single entry, but not the other. What can I do to clear it out of the database?

• Migration of the existing database of victory ACS 3.3 to device ACS 4.2.15

  Hi all

  Can anyone suggest me how to migrate the db for windows 3.3 acs acs 4.2.15 device.

  We replace the 3.3 victory device 4.2.15 as part of end of life. So we have the eap-tls/peap authentication.

  It has huge files. So suggest me the steps to migrate the db to win 3.3 appl 4.2.15.

  We need to upgrade to win 3.3 to win 4.0 for win 4.2 & then migrate to appl 4.2?

  Or any other way to do it?

  You can take a backup copy of the database of the ACS unit. You can install ACS 3.3 in windows. Restore the backup.

  Then you can proceed to 3.3.4 on Windows ACS. make a backup and save it to a different location.

  Upgrade the windows of the CSA at 4.1.1.24. take a backup. Save it to a different location.

  Then the windows of the CSA 4.2.0.124. resume a backup and save it to a different location.

  Now re-images of the device of the ACS for ACS 4.2.0.124. Restore the backup of Windows ACS ACS ACS 4.2.0.124 unit now running.

  Now you can upgrade the ACS unit to 4.2.1.15.

  Anyone know if there are problems with enforcement MC 5,1 CSA and CSA MC 6.0 on the same Windows 2003 Server?

  Are their questions with them in writing to the same database?

  I'll have to upgrade the 200 server operating system to SP2, so I hope that this does not affect the existing MC 5,1 and Agents 5.1 who still use the MC 5,1

  It's actually a secanario of migration it should work fine. I had no problem with 5.2 and 6.0 on the same system.

• CSA 6.0 will not install. Crashes on patch information.

  I tried to install CSA 6.0 a few times and it hangs on "cannot load patch information in the database. the installation program stops now. " can someone tell me why it continues to be. I installed 5.2 very well, but I want to use 6.

  If you experience any problems during installation or uninstallation of the CSA, perform the following tasks:

  • Make sure that you restarted the server.

  • Verify that the Cisco Security Agent service is not disabled and that its Startup Type value is

  Automatic.

  • Obtain Setup logs of: \Program Files\Cisco\CSAgent\log. examination of the

  Security files AgentInstallInfo.txt and driver_install.log from Cisco.

  • For installations, check that you have installed the fix network. The driver_install.log file should indicate

  This installed csanet2k.inf. If the hold of network is not installed, uninstall the Agent and then install

  the Agent again.

  • Check that you have not used Terminal Server Services.

• ACS 4.2 external user database Windows 2012

  Hi all

  I'm confused if 4.2 ACS can manage Windows 2012 database or not. Windows 2008 seems to work very well, but I can't find a hint if 2012 works as well. Upgrade to Windows 2012 will take place soon I have to make sure that it works. Otherwise, it must use generic LDAP instead.

  4.2 CSA support not windows 2012. The latest windows OS, it works well has NO-2008R2. Since ACS 4.x is now EOL, was the end of the Software Maintenance as of October 26, 2012, we cannot yet file request for improvement to support windows 2012 as a back-end database.

  Support for Windows 2012 has been added in patch 5.4 ACS 2

  5.4 ACS patch 2 supports Windows 2012 AD.

  In the recent past, the three ads documented SDK 18 AIR outlet some known problem:

  Hi Russell,

  This is still a known issue and that I plead.  We had security of mitigation (in other areas) which had priority over that in our press releases press.  He put open/tofix in our database bug with a priority 4/4 and (higher) gravity and I hope we can come back soon.

• CFSELECT and databases

  How a CFSELECT should be constructed so that data entered into the TextBox fields can be collected and inserted in the database?

  I tried to delete the cookie next to Safari 10.

  It's "macworld.co.uk. It is not one "cache" as others, it is "databases"

  

  Initially, I used El Capitan and now I use macOS Sierra 10.12.

  Mode:

  1. clear the Cache

  Safari > Preferences > advanced

  Tick the box "Show develop menu in menu bar."

  Develop menu will appear in the Safari menu bar.

  Click on develop and select 'Empty cache' in the menu dropdown.

  2 Delete Cookies

  Safari > Preferences > privacy > Cookies and other data from the website:

  Click on the button "Details". Delete the cookie.

  Disable all extensions and test them.

  Delete Caches.db.

  First try step 1. If this does not help, try step 2.

  1 Delete Caches.db

  Close all windows and close all applications.

  Hold down the 'option' key, then click on the "Go" menu in the Finder menu bar.

  Select 'Library' in the menu dropdown.

  Library > Caches > com.apple.Safari > Caches.db

  Right-click on the Caches.db file and select "move to the trash.

  Shut down windows and restart Safari.

  2 remove the test and com.apple.Safari.plist file.

  Empty the trash.

  Quit all applications.

  Hold down the option key and click on the "Go" menu in the Finder menu bar.

  Select 'Library' in the menu dropdown.

  Library > Preferences > com.apple.Safari.plist

  Right-click on it and select "place it in the trash.

  Turn it back on.    Relaunch Safari and test.

  If this does not help, "put back" the com.apple.Safari.plist

  Right click on the trash icon in the Dock, then select 'open '.

  Right-click on the com.apple.Safari.plist and select "Get Back".

  This question has been asked and answered a number of times, but nothing new.  I'm under El Capitan and I am looking for a low cost or free app which allows you to create simple databases.  My library of books becomes too big for a worksheet and I have other genealogy stuff I want to catalog in a database.  Recommendations for a simple application database of low cost?

  I'm scared of databases tend to do not come cheaply, with the exception of LibreOffice and similar - although I found the database module it very awkward and difficult to use. However it's free, you might feel that it was worth looking at. For serious use, the only real choice is Filemaker Pro, but it's very expensive.

  I wrote a page on databases (specifically from the point of view to replace Appleworks but the comments are just as relevant) - it's been a few months than last, I checked the links so some of the prices may have changed.

• How to transfer the database Access to Filemaker Pro 15

  I have a Windows access database I want to transfer to FileMaker Pro 15 on Mac OS 10.  I understand there is a complicated way to do it, but I can't find it on the support sites either Apple or FileMaker.  Does anyone have a solution? Needs of FileMaker to create a better interface, because access is very difficult for an ordinary use user and many exhausted people access would do just what I ask.

  You need to export from Access to a CSV or a file separated by tabs; or you may be able to export as XML using a XSLT stylesheet (I know nothing about it, but apparently it is likely to be a procedure complicated.)

  On the file Menu of FMPro choose open, and select your file. You may or may not get the names of the original - if not database fields and they are automatically named, you can just rename.
