DC5800 slow Intel 82566 DM-2 adapter problem

Hello

I DC5800 SFF base with adapter LAN 82566 DM-2.

The problem is that its link speed cannot set to 100 Mbps when connected to the router DLINK GO RT 150 100Mbps port. When it is connected to the port of Cisco cable HGW 1 Gbps, there also 1 Gbps speed.

I used sp44020.exe to upgrade the firmware of the NETWORK adapter, but no change in the link speed.

What is the solution?

Problem SOLVED by using Intel LAN PRO2KXP_v14_0.exe previous driver pack, instead of the last PRO2K3XP_32.exe.

Programmers of Intel made a "last" bad pack pilot .

  • Integrated Intel GMA Drivers Windows 7 problem.

    Hello

I recently had a problem with the resolution on my desk.

After installation of the updates of Windows 7 (Home Premium 64 bit) the screen resolution has been reduced substantially and the changing the resolution does not give me the same settings I used.

I found a problem with the display Intel(r) HD Graphics Adapter I could not solve by installing the new drivers from the manufacturers Web site. Finally, I tried a restore point that has solved the problem. Before that I had turned off automatically "install new hardware drivers" who have nothing as after having uninstalled the display adapters, and restart the computer Windows 7 installed then automatically the drivers. I also disabled the automatic updates, changing to find out about new updates to Windows 7.

Even if I did not update Windows 7 since this has happened the problem continues to persist and will be solved with restore points.

You own the last time it happened there is no notifications on updates of Windows 7 - these always install there? (I checked these settings after you use a restore point).

    Any help appreciated,

    Thank you.

    Hello Lawrence,.

Thank you for your update on the issue.

Basically, 37 Code refers to an instance when the driver returned an error when it executed the DriverEntry routine. Reinstall the drivers for this device is therefore the best resolution. Please visit the following link:

Error codes in the Device Manager in Windows: Code 37

Therefore, you must completely uninstall the driver and then reinstall it back on the Acer site. In addition, the model of the system was not on the Acer support site. I would therefore ask, allows you to check the system model in the system information page. Refer to the following steps:

    1. Click the Start button, type msinfo32 in the Start Search and press ENTER.
    2. The model system, look in the list of the analytical system.

In addition to this, I suggest you to perform the following troubleshooter to check if the device driver is working.

Hardware devices do not work or are not detected in Windows

Also, try to run a scan of the file system (CFS) auditor to check all the corruption of .dll files.

    i. type cmd in the Start search box.

II. right-click on cmd in the list programs, and then select the run as administratoroption.

III. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password, or click on continue.

IV. type the following command and press ENTER:

    sfc/scannow

  • T60 wireless adapter problem

I reinstalled windows on my T60 and had no problems with my Intel PRO Wireless 3945ABG adapter.

After one day it stopped working. The little green light on, even if a press fn + F5.

I tried to reinstall the driver, and it did not help. I tried to find any problem in its settings, but I couldn't. I ran out of ideas.

    Thank you!

    Oh, God! I'm so embarrassed!
After all these tests and installation, uninstallation, resettlement and do the same thing again and again, I discovered that there is a switch for her. Sorry everyone, I have no excuse. Oh, I could have: I bought just 5 days ago.

  • Just upgraded my iPad 2 (model MC769B/A) 9.2 and it works now VERY slow.  Is this a known problem and is there a fix please?

I just updated my iPad 2 (model MC769B/A) to 9.2 (13 c 75) and it is now VERY slow.  Is this a known problem and is there a fix please?

The iPad 2 is the older and less powerful device that can always be upgraded to iOS 9.2. Many users have had success running iOS 9.2 and some have had problems with it on their iPad 2. I would like to start will be all the basic things and then, if necessary, back up, restore settings and restore the backup or restore like new as a last resort.

Claire Safari. Go to settings > Safari > clear the history and data from the Web site

Close all applications. Press the Home button twice quickly. You will see small glimpses of your applications recently used. Drag to the left to find the application you want to close. Swipe up on the preview of the application to close

Force reboot the device. To force the reboot your device, press and hold the two buttons of sleep/wake and home for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

If this does not help, try to reset all settings. Settings > General > reset > reset all settings. No data is lost when you do this, but all the unit parameters must appear again, including the passwords of your WiFi network.

  • 2230-N-Intel wifi adapter problem. stops on the map

I just bought a laptop HP 17-j029nr.  He has a wifi card intel proset N-2230.  I have already returned your laptop under the return policy of 3 weeks for the same problem.  I didn't know what was wrong, then I discovered that the issue on the last day I could return it, so that seemed to be the best course of action.  The new laptop began to have much faster than the previous issue.

The problem seems to not have a link with the windows updates, but not spend 8 to 8.1.

In the beginning, everything is normal.  Good solid connection on my network for this device and all my devices.  Then, I lose the internet connection.  On the notifacation of wifi, there is a!, open it and it only shows my network, and it said limited.  I can ping all other computers on my network or my gateway, it seems that there is not any connection at all.  If I disconnect, then says no available networks.  A reboot will get me back online.

Everything's fine again for 10 minutes up to 2 hours.  Then he repeats, said I have a metered, but I have no connection, and I have to reboot for it to come alive.

A google search reveals that this is not a problem rare, nor specific to HP laptops.  He also had a decent knowledge base of solutions I've tried, all to nothing does not.

I tried a few different versions of the driver.  First, I tried the latest version of the driver.  Then I tried all the drivers that were made for windows 8.1 64-bit.  I came across an ad that suggested using the Intel PROSet/Wireless WiFI connection utility.  I defy anyone to get this application installed right the first time.  My limited knowledge of windows 8.1, my networks are managed by this application.  The only reason why I believe that it is because it runs in my sandbox, and if I right click on it, it gives me the possibility to 'use windows to manage wifi"yet, my windows wifi Manager runs as well.  I can't understand how to disable wifi management service without disabling other services necessary to use the card.  So, Yes, I have something not configured correctly, but the behavior I get is the same.  After some time, whatever it is, makes my life hell, continues to occur.

Any thoughts on why this is happening?

Being a miniminalist, I try to remove all the junkware that comes with the computer.  One of the things that I removed has some star power demand.  He had the blue background with the White Star, the standard "Energy Star Rated" sticker on a device, you will see.  A quick search online doesn't have reviel a lot on the application, but immediately got me into the hell of Googling turning all kinds of results I don't care at all.  So I removed the program.

Earlier I was in the properties of the device and I noticed the power management tab and behold, it has been verified to allow the computer to turn off the device to save power.  I don't know if this is the solution, but at least it's something.  I will update, and I promise with something better than, "nevermind, fixed it.

  • Internet adapter problems

Well I'm back for more tips...

Two weeks later and $40 poor my local PC shop they find nothing wrong with my ThinkCentre of repair.  Yet, I still have the same problem of seemingly slow downloads.  My wireless ThinkPad R51 is able to work faster than my Wired desktop! When I do a speed test with my internet provider Shaw Cable (http://speedtest.shaw.ca/speedtest/runtest/?DCSext.Source=CD) I get download speeds of 40 Kbps and a speed of 400 Kbps.  Way too slow to download speed!  When I do the test of speed even on www.speedtest.net I get 22 Mbit/s download and speeds of about 400 Kbps, which is what I expected (and the Shaw Tech expect) for my cable connection high speed.  When I do the same speed test with my wireless laptop the two websites report similar upload speed (450 KB/s).  Download speeds with the wireless is 2 Mbps on speedtest.net and 11.5 Mbps with Shaw, and many that quite different they are at least as well in the Mbps range instead of a report in the Kbps while the other in the Mbps range for my office.

So I think there must be something wrong with my network adapter or situations of software conflict with the adapter software.

I noticed that I entered the program under start programs/Intel Network Adaptors/Intel (R) PROSet and another to start programs/Broadcom/Broadcome Advanced Control Suite 2.  My ethernet adapter is a Broadcom NetXtreme Gigabit Ethernet NDIS5.1 driver.

When I did a quick search on Google for the Intel (r) PROSet, it seems it is for wireless routers.  Is this correct?  Because if it is, I wonder if I have a conflict because my office is wired not wireless.  It would be ok to remove the program Intel (r) PROSet in Add/Remove programs under control panel?

    Thanks for any advice.

I think I solved my problem.

I have removed Intel(r) PROSet and now my computer seems to be much more energetic on the internet.  Don't know how that makes a difference, but it seems.  Shaw speed test always reports downloads ridiculously slow but that has not been my experience on other web sites.  The Shaw speed test must not love my computer.

  • Satellite P15-8409, Atheros wireless network adapter problem

Hello. I'm having a frustrating problem with an old laptop Satellite P15. I restored the phone to default settings using the recovery disk that the system was working very badly. After that, the wireless network adapter has stopped working. In the Device Manager "Atheros AR5001X + Wireless Network Adapter" is marked with a yellow exclamation point. In the menu properties, under general, the State of the device the following is listed:

The device cannot find enough free resources that it can use (code 12)

The operating system is Windows XP Home Edition. The same problem has been present in SP1, SP2 and SP3. I also updated the BIOS to V2, but it also did not help.

At work, we use a wireless internet connection. At home, I have a DSL connection. Curiously, when I plugged the network cable to the House, the yellow exclamation mark disappeared and a wireless connection icon appeared in the network connections window. I assumed that the problem has been resolved by updating to Windows; However when I brought the computer in the office, the wireless adapter was once more in the State I described.

I searched the internet for the same problem, but was unable to find anything. I would be very happy to help.

    all the best,

    James

BIOS version is installed on your machine? And you have you recently changed some hardware etc...?

I don't know what it could be, but in the worst cases, the wlan card has certain shortcomings. You can check this by getting somewhere such an atheros wlan card or intel and install it instead of the one installed.

Maybe the exchange of cards should solve this problem?

    Welcome them

  • Spectrum 360 x: Intel (R) Dual Band Wireless problem - unable to connect to WiFi

Hi, I have problems connecting my laptop to the Internet. The laptop even can't detect wireless networks (despite other devices being able to do), even if it wasn't a problem beforehand. I have troubleshooted and received the message "card Intel (r) Dual Band Wireless-N 7265 problem driver - or related to the material." so I tried to search through the forums. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a solution other than to go to the Device Manager. Under "Network adapters", the Intel (r) Dual Band Wireless AC7265 reports a problem (he has a!). It indicates the status of the device is "this device cannot start. (Code 10). {Operation failed.} The requested operation failed. "Before that, I remember it to be 45 Code, something about the material being not connected.

I've been to events where it says that the device has been installed but also that "Driver Management concluded the process to install the driver... (..) with the following status: 0x0. »

I think that this problem was caused yesterday when I closed my laptop - I think it was set up the device / through a kind of update when I forced stop it (the screen was black and I didn't know at the time it was the configuration) and that's when I had problems connecting to the Internet. When I went into Device Manager, it says just something on the device requiring an additional installation, but after reviewing all possible solutions on the forums, it has become a Code 10. I tried to update the driver software, but it says ' window has determined the software driver for your device is up to date ", restart the Internet modem, reboot the laptop, the laptop everything, ranging from recovery reset - all with no avail. Sorry for the very long and detailed post, but if someone could please help, I would appreciate (this is the only laptop I currently and about a week). Thank you!

    Hello:

    Please provide detailed information.

    Here's what I recommend.

Download the latest wlan driver Intel 7265 AC.  The 2nd driver on the left side of the page is what you want.

Transfer the driver on your PC with a usb flash drive.  Do not run the file again.

    https://Downloadcenter.Intel.com/download/25603/Intel-PROSet-Wireless-software-for-Windows-10

Go to Device Manager and right-click on the problem Intel wireless network adapter.

Select uninstall and check the box uninstall driver.

Restart the computer and install the latest driver, you just downloaded and see if that solves the problem.

Intel r centrino wireless N 1030 r is experienceing or related material of the problems driver.  Unable to connect to wifi.

No problem with other computers on the same router. Have no problem with Ethernet on this computer

I use a HP Clubhouse dm4-3050 us Entertainment Notebook PC. and using windows7, processor i5.

Would be very grateful for any suggestions / recommendations.

Try the Intel driver update site: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/24345/Intel-Driver-Update-Utility

If this does not work, I literally take the message and assume the N1030 wireless is a failure.

Solution: Buy a N 300 USB wireless device.  Costs about $20.  They work almost always better than one that is integrated, and they are portable.

Plug your new wireless USB device and let Windows install its own drivers, disable the built in N1030 one.

Control Panel, network and Internet, network sharing Center, change the adapter settings

Right-click on the N1030 and choose disable.

  • Windows 7 update disabling Intel my WiFi Technology adapter

I recently bought a Vaio laptop for WiDi features.  Out of the box, it worked as advertised, but after a tour of the various updates from Microsoft and Sony, the WiDi becomes invalid.  The message that appears is: My technology Intel WiFi disabled, please reboot your computer.  Another message that appears is: Intel My WiFi Technology: card not found.  I poured over all the seller community postings (Netgear, Intel, Sony) on this issue, but nobody seems to have a solution.  The only recovery method must do a restore of the entire system that puts everything back to factory settings.  As soon as I did this, it works for a bit, until the updates download again.  I tried to turn off the auto updates, and I have ensured that all the newer drivers have been installed (in the same after doing a full system restore), but nothing seems to prevent the adapter to become invalid.  I have no problem with WiFi, only the WiDi.  This issue seems to affect all brands with WiDi capabilities.  I don't know if it affects only Intel i5s or two i5s and i7s.  Does anyone have any other suggestions?

Thanks for the suggestion to roll back the driver.  However, I have found that when I open the Device Manager, I managed to re - activate the device working properly and it was not necessary for me actually to restore the driver.
