Ddumd.dll APPCRASH
When I try to run hard to breast, the game will not load. Instead it gives me an error message saying that the exe has stopped due to 'ddumd.dll '. I tried to look into this, and yet the internet has failed me. I asked peers and no one has any advice that helps. the game has been re-installed, all the updated drivers, checked verity ect. MY computer passes the minimum requirements, but it will not allow me to play. I think it has something to do with my System32 folder. can someone give me advice? It would be greatly appricated.
Hello
Place the computer in a clean boot state, and then try to play the game.
To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows Vista or Windows 7 by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts. This article describes how to solve problems in Windows Vista or Windows 7 by performing a clean boot.

Note: once you have completed troubleshooting, perform the steps in step 3: to reset the computer as usual.

Hello
1 have had any changes made to the computer before the show?
I suggest you to set up your computer in a clean boot state, and check to see if the same problem happens.
By setting your boot system minimum state helps determine if third-party applications or startup items are causing the problem.
How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or Windows 7:
http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/929135Note: After the boot minimum troubleshooting step, follow step 7 in the link provided to return the computer to a Normal startup mode.

If the problem has been fixed. For all those who might happen to fall on this post:
Firefox crash is caused by a problem of compatibility between Anti-Exploit Malwarebytes and Kaspersky Anti-virus. This problem has been resolved already my Malwarebytes sometime there are, but a recent update of Kaspersky AV brought. Can be solved by installing the latest beta version of Malwarebytes (1.08).

Windows explore appcrash wmvdecod.dll
Windows explore appcrash wmvdecod.dll - cannot do anything, the pop up screen says explore ceased. If I try to X out or to seek a solution, it closes and comes right off. An endless loop. Impossible to get in Start button or all files - mouse will not work. The only thing I can do is to navigate in the pop-up box.
The error indicates the wmvdecod.dll.
However, another module can be involved.
It may be useful to try to capture an image of the crash explorer.exe user mode for more information on the crash.
You can configure Windows to create dumps of user mode. First, create a System Restore Point.
If you copy and paste the following text in Notepad and save it as a .reg file, then right click on the .reg file and select "Merge" to add to the registry, when the .dmp file explorer.exe plant should be created in the C:\CrashDumps folder:
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

Thanks a lot guys.Hi PaulMazor,
Well first of all, btwapi.dll is a process no system developed by Bluetooth. If you go on your computer, try to disable Bluetooth by going to network and Internet or however your wireless interface is configured on your computer. If you don't have Bluetooth on your computer, try to uninstall it. go to start > Control Panel > programs > uninstall programs > scroll down and uninstall. My last suggesting opens upward, the Windows Task Manager (press ctrl + alt + delete and release). Go to processes and disable the application there. Other that that, I can't help you any further.Good luckDJ -

Hey Chellse
one of the worst things you can do for your computer is to use a registry cleaner
the best you can expect is that it does not damage
Run the sfc/scannow command.
http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/929833
Use the (SFC.exe) System File Checker tool to determine which file is causing the problem and then replace the file. To do this, follow these steps:
- Open an elevated command prompt. To do this, click Start, click principally madeprograms,Accessories, right-click guest, and then clickrun as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or clickallow.
- Type the following command and press ENTER:sfc/scannow
The sfc/scannow command analyzes all protected system files and replaces incorrect versions with appropriate Microsoft versions.
If the sfc finds issues it cannot repair consider to borrow a vista of microsoft dvd and do a repair installation upgrade

These are the solutions I've already tried without success:
(1) ran sfc/scannow x 3, No problems detected
(2) Ran chkdsk, No problems detected
3) running in Mode safe, problem has been reproduced-"Windows Explorer has stopped working".
(4) Ran Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and SUPERAntispyware, minor problems detected, deleted but ever-present problem
(5) deep Ran using AVG and Trend Micro Housecall virus scan, none has detected
(6) uninstalled possible recidivism program, no help, no change
(7) Windows Ran and MemTest86 memory testing, found bad MemoryStick, removed and now have 4 GB of RAM instead of 8 GB, problem is still there
(8) Windows Update and nVidia graphics card, no help
Any other solutions/suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your time and effort.
