  Hello, I have problems with Firefox crashes immediately after clicking on its icon.

  Safe mode, the profile manager crashes too. I tried to do a fresh install which did not help...

  Firefox crash is caused by a problem of compatibility between Anti-Exploit Malwarebytes and Kaspersky Anti-virus. This problem has been resolved already my Malwarebytes sometime there are, but a recent update of Kaspersky AV brought. Can be solved by installing the latest beta version of Malwarebytes (1.08).

  Well first of all, btwapi.dll is a process no system developed by Bluetooth. If you go on your computer, try to disable Bluetooth by going to network and Internet or however your wireless interface is configured on your computer. If you don't have Bluetooth on your computer, try to uninstall it. go to start > Control Panel > programs > uninstall programs > scroll down and uninstall. My last suggesting opens upward, the Windows Task Manager (press ctrl + alt + delete and release). Go to processes and disable the application there. Other that that, I can't help you any further.

  Try these steps and check if that helps:

  Step 1: SFC Scan

  Try the SFC Scan to check the integrity of the system.

  Step 2: Stop and restart the Windows Installer Service

  2. in the search box, type Services and then click on the Services element that appears at the top.

  3. expand the Services window and then scroll down to Windows Installer.

  4. right click on the Windows Installer list item and then click on stop, right click again and then click Start.

  Step 3: Unregister and re-register Windows Installer.

  To do this, follow these steps:
  1. click on start and then click Run.
  2. in the Open box, type msiexec /unreg and then press ENTER.
  3. click on start and then click Run.
  4. in the Open box, type msiexec/regserver, and then press ENTER.

  Step 4: We need to install the latest version of Windows Installer that is 4.5.

  I had a problem with only iTunes software crashing. iTunes works perfectly accept when I click on the iTunes store button, then I get an APPCRASH error. I uninstalled itunes and reinstalled, did not help. I am able to boot in safe mode and everything works fine. There were no recent changes to my other PC that current windows updates.   (4) Ran Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and SUPERAntispyware, minor problems detected, deleted but ever-present problem

  (5) deep Ran using AVG and Trend Micro Housecall virus scan, none has detected

  (6) uninstalled possible recidivism program, no help, no change

  (7) Windows Ran and MemTest86 memory testing, found bad MemoryStick, removed and now have 4 GB of RAM instead of 8 GB, problem is still there

  (8) Windows Update and nVidia graphics card, no help

  Any other solutions/suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your time and effort.

  If you found the Spybot SDECon64.dll the problem, you can try to uninstall and then reinstall using the latest version of Spybot.

  If the problem persists you might let the disabled SDECon64.dll and it should affect only the context menu right click Spybot.
