• Flash Builder 4.7, eGit and decorations "Label".

  Used 4.6 with eGit and there are small arrows if you were shoot or pull behind your remote tracking branch.

• Get a static reference to decoration

  Is it possible to get a static reference to a decoration? I have some tips that is represented by colorful decorations that I want to change the colors of them based on the data that I get. I know, it is possible to obtain references to the decorations in a programmatic manner, but it is something huge maintainability because it is incredibly difficult to follow the course of the program. Thank you.

  I don't think you can get that directly. Check the exchange of ideas. I think that there has been a few proposals along this line.

  Perhaps another approach would be to put indicators of color behind the decorations box and change the color of those. The borders of your pipe decorations would be opaque, while the Interior would be transparent to allow the squares of color to show through. The color boxes appear as standard terminals on the block diagram. With appropriate labels, they fit perfectly in the paradigm of data flow.

• Programmatically create a free label on the front

  To make the appearance of my nicer VI, I add a few free labels for a tab on the front panel control.

  Then edit the free text in the tab control and by placing a free text on the block schema works very well with the attached VI. (Note: put the two in the same folder)

  However if I am trying to add a label free control tab with Labview, the following code generates error 1060 "LabVIEW: object cannot contain (clean) specified object.»

  

  So now I'm wondering what I need to to to add text to the front with the help of scripts of VI.

  You got the indirect answer. First of all, I created the example below to check if I could create a color of the tab box

  

  2nd I started browsing trough style options to see if I could find something that would allow me to bring another form of decoration. And by chance I found the style of "Label (System)" (ID = 21961). So the following code generates a nice label on the tab and solved my problem.

  I have an application that prints a label on a Zebra printer. Sometimes we need to adjust the alignment of vertical and horizontal text on the label. Currently, we use entries in an INI file to set the left and top location. Is it possible to have façade decorations to drag around the user and learn the locations of the new left and top?

  Today, the only way to access the decoration is by using the property Panel decorations [], which is sorted, if memory is, by reverse order (or possibly reverse order). You could ID a specific decoration using a tag that will be used for your label, but it's not in the context of this post (it's private and unsupported).

  Here are a few suggestions:

  1. Replace the decorations with the color boxes. This will also allow you to control the colors more easily, but they do not have as many forms as decorations (although you should be able to customize the color box and paste it into the form of the any of the decorations).
  2. Place the decorations in a tab or a cluster (grouping you like) control. Now, you can hide the tab control.
  3. Rather than hide the gauges, simply use a set number of gauges and change their legend and the data in them based on the user's selection.

• Get the reference of the decoration

  I design a training request a topic for a task.  I want to place a 'target' on a white screen, have the object move a joystick and follow the target.  For the target, I would use a decoration and property nodes allows you to change its size, position, color, etc.  There may be more than a decoration, so I would like to create explicit references (that I can mention) for each of them.

  I found (like others) the 'Label' property, but no way to reference it.  I also found a tool to Right-click-frame by ton Plomp, but cannot make it work (I am running LabVIEW 2012 on a Windows 7 computer and I saw many references to RCF does not work anymore - I have not tried to use it until now) (I can not see the movie which tells "how" to use your tool - just a right-click displays the menu popup 'habitual' decoration).

  There is a debate on the replacement of the tool of refractory with a Quick Drop tool ceramic fiber - has anyone done this?  Does anyone have a solution?

  I don't know how to get "all the decorations", and if there is that one on a glass, I could just use it (no problem identify them).  But I would avoid really messy (difficult to document, difficult to explain, difficult to debug) situations with multiple decorations, where the desire for a method of referencing explicit.

  I am looking for a way to recover by programming block diagram free labels for use in a report. There seems to be no option when you print a VI in html format to include the free labels. The description of VI is included very well and I would like something similar for free labels. Is there a way to do this?

  Note that this will actually return all the decorations on the BD, then you might need to check the error on the node TMSC. Alternately, you could just ask the VI of rail to find the class Text, which is probably better. I suppose also that in your case you want to use a reference to an another VI.

• .Htmltext label style

  I have a label called lblComment.  It is assigned text by setting lblComment.htmlText to a string retrieved Dynamics (that may contain basic html).  I'm happy to see the label using the html code to the string in the Simulator.

  Index of Label.htmlText, is a link to documents Adobe describing HTML tags supported by .htmlText (thanks JRab!).  I've assigned text containing tags for formatting HTML (, ) as well as a link.   With the new 0.9.3 simulator (and a browser to work), I revisited it.  At first, I thought that my links were not returned (text).  Much to my surprise, when I clicked on the word for the link, it invokes the browser which led me to the page!

  My question is that there is no way to differentiate the text 'link' to the static text.  In the section on the anchor tags, it is said:

  "You can also define a: link, a: hover and a: active styles for anchor tags by using style sheets."

  I'm OK with a simple:

  a: link {color: #0000FF; text-decoration: underline ;} to link stand out.}  Where can I put this?  Use a CSS file?  If so, where to reference it?  And, while we're at it, I can't fool of CSS in my label text?

  If CSS is not possible, where I would define it? I'd rather not add fonts around my link data tags.  What I want is something like what the text looks like above where I have link to the subject of Label.htmlText.

  It is quite possible that you want to achieve. in as3, there is a class called style sheet that will do exactly what you would do in HTML. It will style your whole .htmlText property as an HTML document's style.

  its quite intuitive. Just make sure that you apply the style sheet to the internal TextField (textField) object to operate (in bold). hope that things cleared up. Good luck!

  but the only thing that happens is that the label becomes blue. I can't substitute a dotted underline. Can anyone suggest something here? It seems so trivial, but I can't seem to take.

• Can charting CF - I make positive negative labels in the graph horizontal bar?

  I'm creating a tornado with a horizontal bar graph chart to display two sets of accurate, except cards

  series is to the left of 0 and a series is to the right of the zero and each series is stacked along the same line.

  Can I do the label values negative axis on the left side of the show of the axes of the graph in the form of positive values label?

  The display is controlled by a ground impossible.

  That is to say "positive format; negative format.

  Unfortunately, the javadocs say positive and negative models must be different or the negative trend will be ignored. Probably the best you can do is to replace the '-' with another symbol.  A space character * might * work
