• Default dictionary problem

  I used Firefox for many years, but I still have a problem with the dictionary.
  I'm from the Italy, and I use Firefox Italian. If I install English Dictionary, it becomes the default dictionary... and I can't return this setting (I must always select the Italian dictionary when I type).
  The only way is to uninstall the English Dictionary.

• Copy the user default profile problem profile

  I am trying to copy a user profile to the default profile for all users who log on will have the same parameters as the user.
  I used the built in tool copy of profile under System Properties > advanced > settings...
  For all copies fine except some program registry keys still point to the original profile rather than the newly created on logon profile.  This seems to work without problems under XP but in Vista it fails every time.
  Is there a new way to manage default profiles, that I don't know?

  CopyProfile Specifies if the default user usually stored under C:\Users\Default profile is replaced with the profile of the currently logged in user. You can use this parameter to copy the settings of user profile in all user accounts created on the destination computer.

  Use the following steps to define custom user profiles:

  Connect you as the user whose profile you can customize (for example, the built-in Administrator account).

  Customize the settings of the user profile of your choice.

  Set the CopyProfile to true.

  Run the command sysprep / generalize to copy the custom default user profile user profile settings.

  All subsequent user accounts created will have the customizations that you set. For more information about Sysprep, see the Sysprep technical reference in the Kit OPK (Windows OPK) user's Guide.

  This setting does not copy the profile of the built-in Administrator, unless the built-in administrator is the currently logged-on user.

• Default resolution problem (windows 7)

  Since I tried to play Metro 2033 (including my resolution 1024 x 768) on my pc, my resolution is reset to 1024 x 768 at startup.  My display's native resolution is 1080 p I don't know how to change it back, but just, it is up to every time I start up and disorganises my office.  Why is he returning there at - it a resolution setting by default, how can I fix?

• my default printer problems

  I had changed my printer (twice) in the last two days because I can't seem to set as the default printer. I thought it was a problem with the printer originally so I bought another and encounter the same problem. When I try to set it as the default printer, I get the message. ' Operation could not be completed error 0 X 00000709. Other messages that I get when I try to solve the problem are "The Active Directory Domain Services is currently unavailable." I tried to set as default through Notepad, but which does not and in outilsOutlook when I hover over the printer button it say my old printer (I deleted and all software) HP Officejet 63000 is the default value. Can anyone help

• EXE by default association problem windows7

  Not so smart brother somehow changed the association of all the executable files (.exe) for Windows Media Center, and the only program I can open is now Google Chrome.  How can I change the association to windows Explorer.  Moreover, not even a command promp opens.  The operating system is Windows 7 Home Premium.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  In addition to what said Amrita, you can reset file associations.

  Reset file associations should help with your problem.
  Open the control panel (all items view) and click the default programs icon.
  Click set your default programs .
  In the left column, select the program (highlighted) a list that you want to change the associations is default for file.

  To set all the Associations by default for the program-
  NOTE: This will allow to associate the selected program by default used by Windows 7 to open all types of files and protocols it can open.

  Click set this program as default.
  Click the Save button to apply.

  Having problems affecting this printer by default. It is the only device listed under "Devices and printers", yet when I right click on the device and 'set as default' nothing happens.

  I tried to uninstall and reinstall the printer without success.

  Today, I met a working port of apache configuration.

  My scenario:

  I have a domain with a managed server (both on the same machine) and also, I have configured apache server using code below,

  The application runs on port 80 by default. Thus, when the user access to the DNS means www.support.com (example) means that it redirected to the 192.0.0.1. Then user acesss the homepage of the

  request. So far no problem.

  My requirement is, if the user accessing the DNS also redirected www.support1.com(another one) to the 192.0.0.1 and also access home page of the application itself. But what I want is, need for the user to access the specific page (example: billing page) in the application, not the home page.

  I don't want to set up separate port (apache level) and separate the IP (DNS level) for the www.support1.com.

  I tried to write the virtual host inside of this I used the name of the server, but it does not work.

  Can I write the IF ELSE condition in the httpd.conf file as if your access from the ww.support.com go to this URL to go to that URL (billing page)

  I have no other applications running while using the AE and rendering. Rendering will end if I set the quality up to 70%, which seemed strange to me because I would have assumed that AE needed to store more information on each image (and images on each side) in order to make the compression. I drove back to 8.1 Win and using the same make settings, him finished in 2:32 with no error.   I have a problem with my printer by default in Windows virtual via VMware Fusion. The printer that works is hp LaserJet 1320 PCL5 and the printer is not working is series #: 1 HP LaserJet 1320. During booting of Windows natively via Boot Camp, the PCL5 version is defined as the default value and works correctly. But I was not able to set the default printer in the virtual Windows via VMware Fusion.  When I put PCL5 in virtual Windows, then re-start virtual Windows by default, the default value is always changing series #: 1. I even tried to delete the printer from the series #1 virtual Windows, but after re-virtual Windows startup, the printer series #: 1 reappears as the default printer. It is heavy, because I still have to manually select the printer PCL5 printing virtual Windows via VMware.

  I've included two screenshots with this poster forum that shows how to select the default printer and the choice of two printers that does not exist on my computer. I have the latest driver available for this printer as well.

  If you have a printer virtual mapping in the VM > settings > printers try to disable that.  Having a printer must be a pilot implemented in Windows and which will be the default printer.

• View Client default printer problem

  I have a group of users who use virtual desktops.  They have printers connected to their jobs the.  An application is running in the virtual office which MUST have a specific network printer set as the default printer to work properly.  However, when a user connects to their virtual office, their local printer is set as the default and the user must manually change the printer.   Rather than change the user of the printer, I wrote a VBS script that runs every 10 minutes that defines the correct default printer on the VD.

  This set works very well for most users, but one of my users has a problem where the default printer will change to its RDP redirected printer randomly throughout the day.  Users must have the ability to print to their local printer, so disable the printer RDP redirection is not an option.

  Is their any way to activate the redirection with RDP printer, but don't have NO RDP change the default printer in the virtual office?

  There is a group policy setting that can help:

  In a GPO - redirection of data Computer Configuration / Administrative Templates/Windows Components/Terminal Services / ClientServer

  There is a setting for - "do not set default client printer to be default printer in a session.

  I think that's maybe what you are looking for. There are also a few other settings with which you can play.

  you try to set the ClaimDate to the current date.
  If so you can do this declaratively on your entity object, choose your ClaimDate attribute and set the value of the Expression type
