  I have exactly the same problem.  My iPhone 6 s + works fine.  My children and wife iPads, iPods and phones running iOS10 are not.  They can see the app home screen and all the features of the installation.  But each device says "no response" and at the top of the page its says "no responding accessories".

  I'm on an iPhone SE with 10.5.2

  This happened to me three times now.

  It is very annoying

  If all the applications/Widgets/Ect. Will be deleted from the screens (including down call/SMS/settings /.)

  This happens sometimes after restarting my phone.

  Is there a way to avoid this? Or a way to save that somehow? Because it's a waste of time to reorganize everything.

  Try this

  settings > apps > all > Xperia Home > clear data > reboots the phone > add the widgets and applications > check again.

  "In fact, I JUST had this problem myself. I had clone my partition on a disk hard nine and it messed up first my <->c and d registration drive. After a few hours to solve this problem, I started having this same problem with the TEMP profile. I searched the registry and found an entry here;

  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList
  If you look in one of the subkeys in the one (on mine it was called 5-1-5-21-557812858-3650550099-3850275229-1001), you will find a key named "ProfileImagePath". Make sure that the key points to the right directory. Once I pulled on the good drive, my profile TEMP problem has been fixed.

  DiagoFox solution worked for me. A simple recording editing was all it took, the problem is solved!

  I'm working on a software project v2 which may have been created in an earlier version of HR, but was probably 6. Chm v1 product of this same project (until I added all the headings) launches correctly in v2 (no topic ID card).
  
  Checked the theme default output settings and windows > advanced. Generated with a subject, an own project. Always to see the error. Someone else had Gen a clean project on RH6, same problem (removes my RH install and additions to the chm as a question).

  It seems that I can't specify any other topic EXCEPT this one at this point. I just change to another subject of root, changed attribute of the window and page html layout - I see the new topic when I run the chm from the app directory, but the subject of the bet on the road when I run the application from the app.
