  I am creating a stop button to control several vi at the same time. One problem is that my Subvi has a period of time.   I highly recommend that you take some time and learn how to use the authors of notifications. They are not so difficult to use, and they are far superior to global variables. Dependence on the variables local and global is a good way to end up running in race conditions in your code. Much better usage of the buildings (the declarant for example) which are intended for other parts of your program message.

• M30: Keyboard delay

  I have a M30 and when I type the typing is delayed, I stop and let it catch up all the time. Sometimes is streaches accuracy of typing and sometimes the cursur jumps to a section in the middle of the text.
  I'm not in contact with the cushion, no mater how fast or slow, I type, wether I'm in word or Explorer, it always does.

  I used the operating system provided with the laptop and I reformatted in a different version of Windows XP with a different version of the word, and it still happens. It's as if the CPU is not fast enough, even if it's a 1.5 ghz centrino.

  I also put in the bios for the processor to run at full speed all the time.

  Check it please all processes running in the Task Manager. I guess the HARD drive activity slows down typing speed.

  I had similar problem while antivir application runs. Believe me I have removed from the system and now everything works fine. Now I use antivir Antivir Personal Edition easier application and the it HDD unclaimed at all.

  I'm having a problem using the Subvi 'Listen.vi TCP'.
  I need to connect my client to the server (which the Sub question VI) However, I just can't stop the application that is running on the server just to wait for the client to connect, the client must connect to the server at any time without delay or stop.

  Need you a parallel task waiting for a client to connect. Once connected if you need this issue and wait for other connections, you will need to generate a job manager. Look for the dynamic call screws in the example to see how you can accomplish this.

• What is "Task host" and how do I get rid of him?

  The host is just a framework that allows other processes to run.  For example if you press Ctrl_Shift_Esc, and check your task manager, you will see things like 'Hosting Service task' so it's the hosting frame system that allows the execution of the service tasks.  It is basically a common framework for each application should not unnecessarily duplicate all the same reference level of functionality (using additional resources, disk space, etc.).  They can share a single host.

  In any case, this can make troubleshooting difficult because you don't know exactly which task delays your stop.  Help solve is to limit the number of background tasks are active.  There are a great many ways to to do, but I wrote a primer of basic here.

• Mirrored volume has a status of Resync for several days

  Hello. I have setup a volume mirroring in Windows 7.  It is on two internal hard drives of identical, and they are on the SATA 5 & 6 port.  This isn't the boot volume, rather than a volume used to store my data.

  The problem I have is that the status of disks in disk management has been "Resync" for two or three days.  Because I had a freeze, he has not changed.  I have not changed or written all the data on the disc from the gel.  I ran a chkdsk on it and she came back with 0 errors.  I also have let the computer idle for hours in the hope that a full resynchronization.

  I've had this problem before and had to delete the volume and recreate it.  After this point, the State is still in good health.  It was the gel that the State went from resynchronization.  I have also had turned off (unchecked) the "enable write on the device cache" for two hard drives in the Device Manager.

  Any help would be appreciated on why it has not gone to the healthy state or how to get it back to health.

  I have 2 identical systems, Seagate 1 TB drive pairs and controllers of SATAII SYBA (SD-SATA2-4IR).  BOTH systems have experienced a problem during the past year.  I think I have a clue as to WHY mirrored pairs have been health, then entered the RESYNCHRONIZATION of what I suspect, are the following.  (See if that makes sense)

  (1) MSFT patches have been applied during the shutdown, he installed the patches, then Shutsdown computer (not restart).

  (2) ' abnormal' restarts where the system is stopped quickly to a UPS driver, or a condition that causes the computer to stop quickly.

  (3) some fixes/stops, etc., causing the total closing of windows, had caused the BIOS of the motherboard to get into a 'safe' mode where it invites you to go into the bios settings and check then save or press F2 to continue under the 'security' settings

  These are the only conditions I found to cause systems to cause the disease of resynchronization.

  My suspicions: in the old days of Unix and old days, you had to make sure that the RAID would allow for buffers to be written to the disk and completely empty.  (UnIX, you would be sync, synchronize twice to ensure the purge of the buffer before sending a stop, in other operating systems, there would be further delays in stopping the operating system if the memory and buffers would be flush to disk properly).  Today, we have faster readers, so the probability is not high for information not to write in readers... except... got faster readers... so for the sizes of discs and the player tables would be biggest accordingly.  ALSO... Recall that the discs have 1 TB 32 MB cache on them as well.

  * THEORY: I think that if Microsoft would put an order double write/flush BEFORE a stop occurs, OR to have a delay before the actual stop occurs, the State will disappear and the question of SYNCHRONIZATION will not be a problem.   MSFT can (at the start), the size of readers and have this statement if a drive is North of 500 GB as a precaution.

  News about Illustrator GPU issues without end? Whenever they release an update application starts to serve new and weird instability problems. When I try to do anything the LAGS of the app and it says "Do not answer" next to the name of the document. Then it "jumps" and delay suddenly stops. It's the classic Illustrator CC questions. I struggled with mistakes illustrator of sorts for a long time after each update, my Adobe and Adobe critical critical graph card provider everyone except themselves. And now we have the same questions that will. My setup is very strong and I have no problem with other programs - Illustrator CC just seems like a very unstable product. When does this stop? Anyone know what kind of shit, they released this time cause after only a few weeks without any problem they are again. The normal procedure is that Adobe blames all sorts of hardware vendors, and then they release a lame 'explanation' to some hidden site - before they suddenly releases another update etc etc. What a waste.

• First 12 items will make only a few of my images?

  First 12 items will only allow me to make some of my images, while it will not be rendered at all other sequences. The images that he makes has a green line above it in the workspace and no line no more than images that will not be rendered.   Thanks for the reply with a lot of very useful details to work on troubleshooting.

  If I gathered your data correctly, what we have are files that read with a delay or stop but not offers the possibility to render timeline to get a fluid reading for them. Line color of the project made indicator (green or no coloured line) it's the best possible overview for them. So, at this point, we want to make the distinction between a corrupted file and a preview of the project. Assuming that this is a problem of preview only...

  What we will do is force these problem files to restore and then see if the rendered script files read less LAG and stops.

  Right click on each file problem, select Time Stretch, and in the Time Stretch dialog box, replace speed to 99%. OK to get out of there. Each file must have an orange on line now. Press enter on the main keyboard on the computer or the Render button above the timeline. When the timeline is rendered, the orange line will be green. Any improvement in reading now?

  The foregoing has worked in at least another case similar to yours.

• How to remove the watermark presets when the file is missing.

  Okay, so I've searched high and low on any search engine and forums looking for a solution to this problem, I had with removal of watermarks in Lightroom 4.  I had a bunch of watermarks that I created to LR4 resulting attempt to redo a previously created watermark (why Adobe cannot replace I don't know) but instead to crush the LR4 selected watermark allows you to create a new preset changes.  These changes build up over time and you sometimes end up missing or moved files.  If these files are missing, then you can or can not running in my dilemma where when you select the watermark in an attempt to remove it, the right dialog box keeps disappears and nothing you do not seem to work.  Don't dispear, here is a solution I discovered that I couldn't find elsewhere.

  1. open LR4 (not sure if it works with other versions)

  2. Select the print module (this seems to be the way the fastest, easier to access and modify watermarks)

  3. Select the checkbox next to the watermark under the "Page" pane on the right (this will let you select and edit individual watermarks)

  4 Select the menu drop-down and select the watermark you want to change.  The bot dialog box will open, but watch it vanish quickly in seconds, so here is my solution (at least until what Adobe corrects this problem).  Grab hand over dialog box before it closed and hold the button for a few seconds, this will delay or stop close instantly.

  5. Select the pull down menu in the dialog box and choose Remove the watermark option, confirm that you want to remove, and voila!

  Sorry for what actually so long, but I think the details may be more useful than you think, especially for people who are a bit technically challenged.

  Thanks for posting that.  The alternative is to go to the dialog box of Lightroom Preferences > Presets tab and press the button Show Lightroom Presets folder.  You can then delete them directly from the folder of watermarks.  You will find perhaps a little easier!

  8. start managed on the basis of data recovery pending.
  SQL > Alter database recover standby database managed by using the current log file disconnect from the session.

I tried to archive, but I get a message that says that a script has stopped working. He does the same in thunderbird safe mode. My old computer (XP) works very well.   Just SSH'd in the checked box and/var/log/frontview/backup, there is a file for an old missing ststus backup INPROGRESS said. I deleted this file and rebooted the NAS Server - I'm waiting to see if it will now disable

  Is the SD card fast enough? I don't think that internal storage may have problems because it is faster.

  Hi, I know that you can set a stop on a specific frame after a delay time but what about a delay of mouse movement.  Which means that if the mouse is not moved for 30 seconds, the film will Stop on a last image.  Any ideas on that?  Is it still possible?
