Delete creative cloud account
Hello
How can I delete my account creative cloud?
I have two accounts - a personal and business Edition. I am running is no longer the company, so I would like to completely remove the creative account associated with my business.
I mean delete account, do not cancel the membership.

Hello! If you want to remove your Behance profile, you can do so by following these steps:
1. go to your 'me' tab > visit Account Settings > tap the 'Delete account' - here, you will have the option to delete.
* Please note - all the destruction of profile Behance are permanent and cannot be recovered. All content and stats will be erased. Deletion of a Behance profile will not affect your Adobe ID

I was put on hold for 2 hours at Creative Cloud account team: How can I actually talk to someone?
It's crazy, and I'm starting to believe that no one will ever actually answer the phone. How can I communicate with the agents of the team account? All transfers me to the people 'Team account' and I end up waiting forever. First time I tried, I hung up after 44 minutes. This time, on that I maintain for 1 hour and 53 minutes. Seriously, it can't be this is bad, I'm in an infinite loop?
Waited for 3 hours and 33 Minutes and then was disconnected. Go figure. Fortunately, someone from the Department reminded today and took me in charge.

Trying to access my creative cloud account to download a trial version of InDesign... I have a blank in the CC window screen when opened...? Water from the tap that says I'm download Indesign has been stationary for hours? The CC window is empty... I don't think it's the download. Why would it be?

I can't find my serial number LR in my creative cloud account.

I downloaded a stand-alone version of LR 6 of adobe a year ago. I would like to install on my home Mac mini (I think I can run on 2 computers as long as I'm not running at the same time?)
I can't find the serial number in my creative cloud account?

Yes, you can use in both machines. On the machine where you installed (MBP) you can find in the part on the menu Lightroom Lightroom.

Cloud programs don't use serial... numbers you, connect you to your cloud account paying to download & install & activate... you may need to sign out of the cloud and restart your computer and log into the cloud for things to work

I have a creative cloud account and stupidly click the upgrade button and began a "trial period" of Photoshop that I already own. Well, the "trial period" failed and I don't have a version of Photoshop to use even if I'm still topical. How to get back to my "old" version of Photoshop?

My creative cloud account only works on 1 computer

Recently got a creative cloud account, but it only works on 1 computer. On my second computer it says that I have to buy the subscription. Searched like crazy everywhere on the forum, but could not find an answer. Thought that only one member working on 2 computers at the same time.
Check that your current account (and only the adobe, used in the next step id is good) by logging in here and check the status of your subscription, https://www.adobe.com/account.html

I have a problem to access TypeKit in my creative cloud account
Is anyone know how can I reset my access to TypeKit as part of my creative cloud account please?
Last year I had to change my details on Adobe and my user name on the CC has not kept inline with that on TypeKit and it is causing me to not be able to access the TypeKit.
If I reset the things I would then be able to access TypeKit as usual.
