My creative cloud account only works on 1 computer

Hey,.

Recently got a creative cloud account, but it only works on 1 computer. On my second computer it says that I have to buy the subscription. Searched like crazy everywhere on the forum, but could not find an answer. Thought that only one member working on 2 computers at the same time.

    I fixed this problem in my environment (Yosemite 10.10.3) after a day and a half, tinker with it.

    Open launchpad / look for the disk utility / click on verify disk permissions / repair disk permissions.

    It worked for me. Adobe CC now works again and the applications are broken no longer.

    Steve, it seems that your browser may have fallen to the file extension, what happens sometimes (especially with IE)...

    Rename to add a ".exe" at the end of the file name on Windows, or ".dmg" on Mac, and you should be good.

    Hello! If you want to remove your Behance profile, you can do so by following these steps:

    1. go to your 'me' tab > visit Account Settings > tap the 'Delete account' - here, you will have the option to delete.

    As the title says, I have a creative cloud active and paid account. I got it for a few months, in fact. However, after doing some work for my computer (replacing the motherboard, more precisely), most of my creative Cloud applications now tell me to start them in trial mode. I tried a disconnect and insert it again, going creative cloud of switching and then switching back, completely uninstall creative cloud and re-setup, restart the computer, and disconnect and insert it again within a specific application of creative cloud - Dreamweaver, in my case.     I tried for 2 weeks install creative cloud on my macbook pro and it won't work

    Whenever I open it and go to apps it says: "the installation of creative cloud no longer works."

    I followed all the instructions about uninstalling, cleaner running, remove the OOBE folder, checking every file on the disk permissions - nothing works

    I created a new admin account and installed on it and it works fine, but I can't move all my apps/documents etc... to a new account just to use photoshop/lightroom

    I tried to go to the live support, but after 40minutes, no one responded

    Can someone please?

    I see some comments about broken on adobe files and other permissions, but I don't see any resolution on the forums

    for users who find this on my ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe folder permissions were wrong - I think the upgrade to the mavericks

    The 'admin' user group have read & write for the creative cloud app permissions could not create folders and files he needed too

    Gave the "admin" group r + w access and everything works perfectly now

    It's crazy, and I'm starting to believe that no one will ever actually answer the phone. How can I communicate with the agents of the team account? All transfers me to the people 'Team account' and I end up waiting forever. First time I tried, I hung up after 44 minutes. This time, on that I maintain for 1 hour and 53 minutes. Seriously, it can't be this is bad, I'm in an infinite loop?

    Waited for 3 hours and 33 Minutes and then was disconnected. Go figure. Fortunately, someone from the Department reminded today and took me in charge.

  • Creative cloud has stopped working

    For a while now, have I struggled with the creative cloud application.

    Whenever an update is available and I try to install apparently is normal, until the progress bar gets almost 90%, then it just closes the window. Background cloud creative process will continue to run and will be hogging resources, but the installation never seems to finish, long waited on it was 9 hours. When I say my computer restarts there is no pop up window telling me a process is ongoing and should be closed or whatever it is.

    Once I restarted my computer immediately a pop up appears which reads "creative cloud has stopped working".

    In the past, I worked around it using the tool of CCcleaner, removing with Panel command does not work and then reinstall everything, but he would rather solve the problem instead of having to pass an all-day reinstall all my programs Adobe when Adobe decides to date creative cloud.
