  Had the same problem. I spoke for 45 minutes with Apple on the phone, and ultimately they kind of had to admit he did not "optimal" (read: it's a bug)

  Hello. Yes thank you very much. I pressed and held for a few seconds on each downloaded document and the trash icon in the upper right. I am now able to delete these documents are no longer required and free up space. Thanks again for your great help.

  2. do you get this error for all 3gpp files?

  3. have you made changes on your computer before this problem?

  I found my very easy to use, BBs, which is until now I want to remove items.  Well enough to set my e-mail issues although despite the removal of email accounts, I can't find a way to clean the old messages in the Inbox main messsage part individually, which could take a year.

  I now have to remove my downloads and cannot find a way to do that is.

  For context, I have to return a phone and want to delete as appropriate, or by deleting things like downloads and messages that are personal, either by referring to the factory settings.

  Ah, simple fixed, a search of this forum would have found:

  Destruction can message carried out several ways:

  a. highlight the first message and while holding down the SHIFT key, scroll to the top or bottom to select adjacent messages as you like. Press the DELETE key (or menu > delete).

  b. highlight EVERYTHING bar separator of date, then press Menu > delete prior.

  c. highlight recent date in the foreground, then press Menu > delete prior.

  Now to wipe your device of the ALLLLLLL messages, contacts, calendar and personal information, go to Options > Security > General settings > press Menu > wipe Handheld and follow the instructions.

  On some devices, the road could Options > Security > wipe Handheld.

  Automatically, we manage the downloaded content and will remove older read articles that we need to free up space. There is no user interface to manage this for the moment.

  Yesterday, I had Adobe Flash Player.  Today, I did not.  When I tried to access the things that need, it tells me to download.  When I check the programs I have, it is now gone.  I've unloaded everything but my original Adobe Standard program to the EXCEPTION, the Adobe Download Manager.  It will allow me to remove it.  When I click on delete, nothing happens.  I see that you said, others do not use.  But I can't get rid of it.

  When I try to download Adobe Flash Player, he immediately tells me that I already have and asks me if I want to reload it.  I say Yes.  He made up the following screen and starts the download.  About 80%, the "Agree and install" window in the upper left corner.  When download reaches 99.9% it stops completely.  When I 'X' in the top left window, download rises immediately and says "failed to install".

  After reading the other posts, I downloaded the "Uninstall" for my office and ran that and then downloaded the installation of IE.  Always the same results.  (I also restarted computer as I was told)

  Yes. When the entire file is deleted, you also delete *.msf files.

  I don't think it's a good idea to run Wista without installing SP2 and all the essential and important updates - but the decision is yours.  Here's how to delete downloads prior to installation if thay have not already installed it.

  Stop the automatic updates service

  Click Start, choose Run (or type it in the search field).
  In the run box, type services.msc.
  Click OK.
  Right-click the automatic updates service.
  Click on stop.
  Stopping the service will take a moment.

  Delete the content of the download folder
  Click Start. Choose run.
  In the run box, type %windir%\SoftwareDistribution
  Click OK.
  Open the download folder.
  Delete all the contents of the download folder (or just update you do not want to install)
  Close the window.

  Start the automatic updates service
  Click Start. Choose run.
  In the run box, type services.msc.
  Click OK.
  Right-click the automatic updates service.
  Click Start.
  Starting the service will take a moment.

  By removing the contents of the download folder - you have removed the downloaded updates (or those you selected).

  Hopefully it's simple... I thought that I'm viewing a movie bought from iTunes from iCloud. However, it seems to have downloaded on my iPhone (always available for the view and the icon cloud rose from the thumbnail)

  Since the video application, tap on change at the top to the right, then tap the "x" that appears in the upper left corner or the film in question. This should remove the device, it will be always available in iCloud or iTunes.

  Try to right/option/ctrl/cmd (why not can it be consistent!) by clicking on a broken link in the library and using delete download (I hope this option presented even though iTunes cannot access the file that it should delete). Assuming this works, you should now be able to stream that trace or it re-download from the cloud. Repeat with a selection of titles once you know it works.
