  I would recommend to change the quality of 'Best' when you try to print your labels. Best mode will pull the slower paper and sometimes will help properly align the labels.

  There are some other options that you can try.

  1. Do a complete Uninstall and download and install the drivers from hp.com.  Click here
  2. Install a different driver.  This can often solve printing problems.  See the link to Shane_R.  Click here

  Yes, I have a defective printer. I received the replacement printer, the other day. I was told that I had 15 days to return the defective printer to HP. They gave me a card of e-choice to use to buy the replacement online printer. I got the printer replacement Thursday. Well the last few days have been a joke. I contacted the support online chat and the guy told me I'd get an email with the return address label within 24 hours. It's Thursday and I've ever had. So yesterday I spoke to someone on the phone. After 15 minutes, I was told I would get and send an email within 24 hours with the return address label. Well guess what never happened. What a nightmare he had business with the defective printer for the last week. I won't get on what's happened before the situation of return address label. What the devil to do without a return address label? I do not pay to ship it to HP. If I send the defective printer within 15 days my credit card will be charged for the replacement printer, I got. It's like pulling your hair out to get anywhere with HP. I'm about sick of it.

• Impossible to print a label with bar code on my MX512 printer.

  My printer says MX512 on the unit, but the box says MX459. When I tried to print a label online USPS the address part of the double label printed and the barcode printed corrugated, although the printed instructions OK.  I tried the printer alignment, but he has not made a difference.  It the same way printed three times.

  OS X does not come with a database program. However, there is a suite of freeware of similar applications in the office who does not understand a database program. 'S called it Free agency.
