  Click Start > run > cleanmgr.exe

  you could try deleting your temporary internet files.

  Close the browser, open internet options control panel and look for the option to detele the temporary files.

  You can start the computer in Mode safe mode with networking and then update the driver in Device Manager. Once this is done, restart the computer and check if that helps.

  Since that remove a third part called Zip extract file program now I can't understand how to remove that "save under" file type in windows Explorer when you try to save a zip file download.
