  Hello, does anyone know how to disable the item 'show 'Start' workspace when no documents are open"in the General preferences (11.3 InDesign (version 2015.3) via script or command?):

  

  I'm about to deploy several other parameters with CC2015 via script .jsx in the startup scripts folder; a parameter I did was turn off the frame of the Application (app.generalPreferences.useApplicationFrame = false ;)

  I thought that this setting would hide the workspace of starting, but when the startup script runs this command, instead, I see more buggy behavior, a random window appears with the news of the workspace of departure, and then InDesign freezes completely.

  I have deploy a default file, this setting but really tried to get away from that and would like to find a way to disable this check box with a command or a script...  I searched around the object model and cannot find it.

  In Illustrator CC, which I just upgraded to, when you close a document there indicates the workspace of 'Start' and unchecking who, in preferences, leaves you with a blank grey screen that blocks your desktop (or whatever it is behind Illustrator).  It seems to me would be a huge waste of time, especially the shortcut command-W does not close the window-no, only by clicking the red square - what!

  Is there a way to make the old behavior (with several years of muscle memory, I might add) return?  Why should I fill out my monitor with something when NO document is open?

  A thinking about it?  A quick search did not find someone saying something similar.

  Your problem could be solved if you turn off YOUR Application framework in the window Menu.

  Go to window-> part of the Application.

  Go to http://www.mydigitallife.info/2008/06/22/reset-and-fix-broken-windows-vista-file-ext-and-type-associations-include-exe-com-sys-zip-lnk-folder-drive/ and select ZIP and start the process to restore the file association ZIP and that should fix the problem.

  I installed Photoshop CS4 x 64 on Windows 7 x 64 (RC) and when I open an image (any image file), it is not displayed in Photoshop. This is a clean install on a new PC. I see the tab (and the window) that photoshop displays for an image, but there is no image inside data. The only way I can see the image is if I drag the tab (turning them into a window), once I drop from the window, the image data are not yet visible. I get the same issue with Photoshop CS4 (x 86).

  Has anyone else seen this before? I updated my video card drivers, and I installed the drivers for my monitors (although I do not believe in the monitor drivers!).

  Any help will be appreciated.

  Hello everyone.

  I'm developing an application based on the servers and clients communicate through TCP in LabVIEW 2012.

  When the Server/client opens a TCP connection, it starts an asynchronosly running "Connection Manager", to which connection reference that takes so all communication happening. It all works very well.

  -J' have a situation where a client connection manager can be informed of another 'new' server. I would like to open the connection (to see if it is still valid) and then pass this reference of connection to the main client code to spawn a new connection manager. This avoids lock me up the Client code main with an ish timeout if the 'new' server does not really accept connections.

  The problem is that if the connection manager that opens the connection to the 'new' server is stopped, then it seems to destroy the reference he opened. This means that the other connection manager that has been happily character with the 'new' server has closed TCP communications (I get an error code 1 on an entry).

  I created an example to illustrate the issue which should be used as follows:

  1 run server.vi - he will listen for a connection on the specified port on his comics.

  2. run Launcher.vi CH - it will open a connection to the server and pass the TCP reference to an instance of connection Handler.vi, which he started.

  3. the connection manager needs to send data to the server

  4. stop the Launcher.vi CH

  5. the will of Handler.vi connection error.

  Any suggestion would be appreciated.

  Do not perform the opening and closing of the TCP connection in Subvi. Do this to master VI.

  I asked earilier display 'open with' and I can say that I didn't have that Word very well.  I am speaking not open a document, but rather the selection screen that appears when you put in a CD or DVD disc.  I want to reset everything so the window will appear instead of automatically opening with a program that has already been used and I can have clicked on the box at the bottom right that says always open with this program.  I have a screen earlier that allowed me to change all file types (video, audio, mixed technique, etc), but can't remember how I got there.

  I need help with something I want to muse that I imagine is very simple, but I don't know even where to start with it.

  If you go to this page: front desk you will see a man and when you hover over the gray trigger boxes, you see a pop-up dialogue bubble, each trigger has a different speech bubble.

  The problem is I want the first bubble to appear as soon as you click on the man and then when you click again you see a bubble of different dialogue etc etc.

  in any case, unfortunately you will need to come up with a creative way to display all the four individual links for bubbles with Muse. I don't know if it will work, but you can try to triggers in the composition of a few slideshow. Then when the user clicks on it, it can change the following trigger and so on. Worth a try.   You can change the image poster of clips in the icon view. By default, the first image of a clip appears in the thumbnail viewer and in other places in the Bill where the thumbnail is displayed. You can override the default thumbnail by designating any clip image as a poster frame.

  To set a poster frame for the icon, drag the playback slider or shuttle to the desired image and press the keys command + P (Mac OS) or SHIFT + p (Windows).
