  I eventually found the problem with the question. It was a corruption in the files of the .NET framework causing updates ends do not. I uninstalled and reinstalled the framework and it fixed the issue.

  I had this problem several times. My computer was fine to open any PDF file, and I don't know since when it prevented me to open any PDF file. :( What actually happened is when whenever I tried to open a PDF file and windows just automatically close adobe reader and say that there is a problem with adobe reader. So all of this just stopped himself! Windows said it was DEP prevents viruses and bad things to the computer and so and so... I tried to reset the DEP option on my computer, but it says that you can not turn off DEP for this program (adobe reader software). Very well, very well. By part I meant that I can open only PDFs that have already registered on my computer, but not the web browser.  I then went to the Web site of firefox (the browser I normally use) for help and it fixed the problem. However... today, I turned on my computer and tried to open a PDF file on the web broswer, everything was back to where it was! What the hell is happening? I can't open any PDF file with adobe reader, and I need to open the files of sugar! PLEASE HELP ME! Thank you. : D

  DEP can help protect your computer by analyzing your programs to make sure that they use the system safely memory. If DEP notices a program on your computer using memory incorrectly, it closes the program and notifies you.

  It is not recommended to disable the DEP. DEP automatically monitors essential services and Windows programs. You can increase your protection by having DEP monitor all programs.

  I recently bought the new iPhone 7 more.  Not only am I having problems with the LTE service, bounce back between 3 G and no service I am now having problems with call connectivity.  When you try to make an outgoing call, I get an automatic response from my carrier (Verizon) "it's Verizon, we are unable to complete your call at this time, please turn off your phone and back and try again."

  It is a known issue with the iPhone 7 and Verizon. Supposed to be Apple and Verizon are seeking him. It has been a problem since the phone was released. Do a Google search or search here on the forums for a temporary solution but not a cure.  But basically to stop the LTE oice and data into data only in the settings.
