  I use conexant high definition driver v 3.11 and its working fine but not the microphone plug on the front of the laptop.   On the Toshiba download page there is unfortunately no driver audio Windows XP Home edition for this laptop preinstalled Vista. Read some other assignments that I found the same reports sound works but mic cannot be used.
