  My windows Vista is running in SafeMode with networking, but in normal mode, after that I entered the password for my account, the office displays ever upward, I have just a blank (black) screen for hours.   Do you have scanned for viruses in your system? If yes what virus has been detected in your system?

  Check the below registry in safe mode entry:

  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\shell

  Check the value data for shell. Should be EXPLORED. EXE only. If it is changed, then remove the malicious content & keep only EXPLORER. EXE.

  My administrator account suddenly started displaying more files on the desktop as is it duplicated. Duplicates are all empty and all files are unclikable even the icons on the taskbar. No option but the delete option does not even when I right click on the files.

  Also the start menu does not work. But with all this past in administrator accounts, the acct of comments works normally.

  Thanks for your reply, appreciate the time taken by us keep up to date on the State of the question.

  I have a file (extension: .rtf) that I need to include in my application setup.  I checked triple (triple at the very least) the location of the file on the physical disk.  Looking at the project "Build."

Instead, I decided to delete all the images - those whose who had downloaded. However there is now a black background that I can not change, even when I change the theme that I use.
