  If you recently updated to El Capitan, your version of iPhoto is not compatible with this OS.

• I keep trying to download a free trial of Illustrator, and nothing happens! Help!

  I keep trying to download a free 30 day trial of Illustrator on my PC and nothing happens. I am able to download the .exe file and it begins to run, but then the window disappears, and the creative cloud window never opens. I also can't currently open creative cloud, even if I have already installed. I was able to open creative cloud and select Illustrator there are a few tests, but nothing would happen.   Have you tried "turn Windows features on or off"? If this isn't the case, please follow the steps below:

  1. click on start.

  2. go in Control Panel.

  3. click on programs.

  4. Select programs and features.

  5. on the left pane, you will have an option turn Windows features on or off, click on it.

  6. a new window will appear on the, select games and click Ok.

  You need to restart the system to allow the changes take place.

  10. If all goes although you should, after the analysis, see the following message "Windows resource protection not found any breach of integrity.

  11. once the scan is finished, close the command prompt window, restart the computer and check.
