• Boolean (reference), and boolean are incompatible

  Hello

  I have a sub VI who receives a reference to a Boolean input.

  I need this reference to monitor the State of the Boolean input throughout the operation of the Sub VI.

  The entrance is a stop button. The VI is supposed to frequently check the condition of the stop button, and in case it is true, stop its actions.

  I put the refnum class be boolean, as follows (your language may vary):

  

  In order to get the value of the reference, I just click on-> create-->--> the value property node.

  It is the way I learned to get the properties of things.

  It creates one of these smaller blocks of property node.

  However, this value is not usable. When I try to connect it to an OR logical operator, LV complains of incompatible types.

  Aparently a Boolean value (reference) can be compared to a Boolean value.

  That makes no sense to me.

  Could someone there explain please?

  Why is there a difference?

  There is another option available:

  Make a right-click on the reference-> create-> property for the (strict) Boolean class-> value.

  This creates a regular block of property node, with a Boolean value can be used.

  This value is preset to display the correct properties.

  What I got to the entrance of the this thread property node reference?

  Or is this 'connected' to the reference in the same way as the other node 'Wireless '?

  your property node type 'A' is not for a Boolean control, it seems to represent a reference as the value.

  Edit: you have created a property node for your reference control. The "value" of this reference control will be of type 'reference' - no matter what the reference should point to. You need to connect cable a property node generic in the palette of functions to your control reference!

  When you want to use 'generic' property nodes: right-click your Boolean control and "create-> reference. For this reference, you can create a control to get a reference appropriate control!

• battery is not detected, plugged in and not charging

  I have problems with charging the battery and my Windows 7. When starting, the battery is detected in the BIOS and load (led lit without flashing). As soon as the computer stops on my drive HARD and Windows loads, the light starts flashing, indicating that the battery is not. In Windows, the battery meter displays "no battery detected" or "plugged and no charging current.

  At first I thought that my battery was simply grow old, but accident I forgot to plug in the power adapter and the computer came out of the battery for ~1.5h, even if Windows does not recognize a battery. This still applies, which I have not found a solution for another.

  I tried to run the material off another copy of Win7 and the same thing happens. I did not have time to try Linux or Windows XP, since I don't own or. I also tried to uninstall the battery ACPI Control Manager device, but without success.

  Any suggestion would be great, because I have not found that any forum messages similar to the following.

  References to Vista also apply to Windows 7.

  Check with support from the manufacturer of their books online and the drivers and their forums system
  (as applicable) for known issues. Some manufacturer issued BIOS and other updates to help the battery
  problems.

• call by reference and physical channel OR DAQMX

  Hello

  I call a VI of reference and one of its entries is a physical channel OR DAQMX.

  Normally when I call the VI (no ref) control of the physical channel OR DAQMX fill itself with a list of detected devices / channels.

  Still by reference it does not work because I'm the appellant on a server of VI. He shows me the channels on the local computer instead of the remote computer.

  How will you address the list of physical channels OR DAQMX on a remote machine?

  Here is an excerpt of how find my DAQ card by searching all DAQ hardware in the system, and then query string types I want. Note that this must be running on the remote system. Perhaps could you run on the remote system and use the TCP/IP, Messaging Protocol to transfer the results?

  Hi all In my add new registration form I have a text field hidden that I try to use to insert a value in my database. This numeric value is contained in the variable $h_id, which came from a $SESSION variable. I checked and it exists. The error I get MySQL on submit tells me I'm trying to save a value to text in a numeric field. This means that the value in the hidden field is not save as a number but as text 'h_id' instead of the value 1.  No idea what I am doing wrong here? I thought you could use variables in a hidden field.

  You should echo your value field. PHP cannot retrieve fields of identification "such what."

  Well, yours is a gmail IMAP account. (All mail is a give) the other account is probably a pop account to your Internet service provider. That is why only a couple of the local folders.

  Hello, I use a Nexus 7 (2013).

• computer does not detect blank cd and does not burn cd

  I did a full restore on my pc, nearly a year before and before restoring the computer was able to detect blank CD and burn the cd now after restoring I noticed, it won't detect CD or burn CDs.   In windows, check 'device manager' and make sure your webcam is enabled and disabled.

  MyWebSearch is actually a toolbar and also out of a search engine (powered by Google) of Mindspark Interactive Network, Inc. According to their home page.

  You have toolbar installed - try UN-installing it. Go to start Orb > Control Panel > programs > programs and features and try to find and uninstall.

  With regard to these elements in C:\System volume information\_restore - they are probably not viruses. You don't see the file in C:\System volume information\_restore folder as it is protected - it inquires then would not be possible. Any ways, everything on C:\System volume information\_restore is stored in a state similar to the functionality of an antivirus quarantine. All files in the file C:\System volume information\_restore can be read or executed, even if some malicious software is there that it will not run--unless you do a system restore.

  SimplePass v5.20.205a should work with other browsers like Chrome or Firefox?

  On my dv7-4295us w / Win7 - 64 bit, SimplePass only works with IE8/9. Use IE, suddenly me in connects to the listed sites. With Chrome or Firefox, suddenly won't open the password manager. After scrolling to and by selecting the entry with the correct connection info, an instance of IE opens and connects me.

  If Firefox is set as the default browser, one touch opens the password manager. You select the Web site, a warning message (Firefox doesn't know how to open this address, because the Protocol (dpql) is not associated with any program.)

  If Chrome is the browser default, one touch opens the password manager. The selection of the correct entry, results in a new instance of Chrome to open to my home page.

  BTW - the link for help does not (never) bar of tasks or SimplePass inside.

  Welcome to the Forum!

  Firefox will work with your version of SimplePass, called Digital Persona.

  The limitation is that you must use a PREVIOUS Firefox version: ~ 3.6 28

  Download of Firefox 3.6.x

  If you're ready to do this (use the old version), then you can use all the sites to your connections and also use the HP connection to access your account on your computer when it starts.  This old version of Firefox also works very well with IE8/9.

  You can update Firefox to the bosom of the version 3.6.x, when they ask... just don't get excited and upgrade to the latest Firefox or Simplepass balk.  Tip: You can keep a copy of your download 3.6.x autour just in case you lose the installation or something else happens and you need to reinstall Firefox later.

  IE8 is quite Rocky.  If you have no choice, be it, immediately update IE9.

  I don't know about Chrome.  Couldn't get anything to work with it.

  SimplePass flavoers Digital Persona and HP SimplePass 2011 / 2012 are MATERIAL dependent.  This means that your computer hardware dictates what kind of software SimplePass, you should run on your computer.  If you run Digital Persona SimplePass style, you must continue to run such - at least for now.  The software code is different, and are the two types are not interchangeable.
