Develop Module disabled in LR CC and 5.

A few years ago I bought the program LR 5 from Adobe, later I decided I would try the cloud creative since I wanted access to Photoshop as well. Since I cancelled my subscription to creative cloud and lightroom CC is currently disabled, as expected. However, when I try to use the other version of lightroom 5, it is also disabled.  How can I continue using my purchased version of lightroom?  Also, how can I get my unfinished work / parameters of the CC in lightroom in lightroom 5 program?

Thank you

  • Development Module disabled, please help.

I downloaded a free trial version to CC/Lightroom to see if Lightroom would meet the needs of my daughter.  He did, after the trial expires I so uninstalled the software, bought a disc with 5 Lightroom PS and loaded on my Mac.  The software is recognized and opens.  I can see the little test library, we have created.  But the development module is disabled and tells me that I need to renew my membership.  How to make this work?  Never, I was invited for activation.

  • Develop module disabled? How to re-enable?

I bought LR5 on Amazon a few months ago. There were some problems with the Amazon software downloader/Installer initial installation, but with technical support has found a solution and the product is registered on my Adobe account with the serial number and the date of purchase, a few months ago now. Until recently, I used only the bit of add-on library now I want to do more advanced treatment I can not open the develop module. I get the message ' develop module is disabled. Please renew your membership to reactivate the develop module '. The card module is also disabled in the same way. I do not understand why this happened or how to fix, so any advice would be much appreciated. I guess it's a problem of cloud, although all I bought was a stand-alone single license for LR5 so I don't know why, or if, the cloud should be involved.

    Thank you very much

    Updates

Use the link above to download the version of perpetual license.

You have installed the version is the version of creative cloud and you must uninstall. Use the operating system procedure to uninstall the current version, it will just delete the application file and will not interfere with your catalog file, preferences and other personal files.

Run the installation package that you downloaded and use the license key you purchased to activate it. Everything will be fine.

  • Develop module disabled in the trial version?

I just downloaded the trial version of Lightroom and started working on my photos.  However, when I go in the develop module, I don't see instead of my picture is a large blue rectangle with an X in it.  Is it normal when you are using the trial version, or is there something wrong with my implementation?

  • Development Module disabled...

    LR 5.7 PC Windows 8

'Please renew your membership to reactivate the development Module' is the message.

What should I do? I'm not an expert on these things...

    Hello

    Greetings!

If you still encounter this problem, please try the following troubleshooting steps.

Solution 1: Sign out of Lightroom and then connect back with your Adobe ID

    Solution 2:

Set the permission to the folder SLStore & SLCache:

NOTE: Do this twice, once each for the SLCache and SLStore files.

    Win 7 / 8 to win: SLStore: ProgramData\Adobe\SLStore
    SLCache::Win 32 bit: program files Files\Adobe\SLCache\Win 64-bit: Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\SLCache\

    • In the file Explorer, right click on the SLCache or SLStore folder, and then select Properties.
    • Click the Security tab and set the permissions:

Administrators: Full ControlPower Users: all but one full control and SpecialSystem: full ControlUsers: read and special

    • Click on advanced and, if requested, accept the (UAC) user account control elevation prompt.
    • Click on the owner tab, select administrators and click on modify.
    • Select Replace owner of subcontainers and objects. Click on apply and then click OK.
    • Click the permissions tab, and then click on change permissions.
    • Select Replace all permissions of child object with permissions inheritable of this object. Click OK, click Yes.
    • Click OK, and then click OK in the Windows Security dialog box. Click OK to close the advanced security settings dialog box.

Suggestion: Rename the SLCache folder and relaunch Lightroom 5.5

  • develop module disabled

I received an error message in lightroom as my develop the module is disabled, and to buy a membership, however, I recently successfully installed and activated my lightroom 6 stand alone. What can I do?

Do you already run a trial of creative cloud of lightroom?  When your trial of Lightroom CC membership ends, you continue to have access to the library, slideshow, Web, book and print Modules, but the modules to the point and the card will be disabled, indicating the end of the membership. You can subscribe to Lightroom CC or buy Lightroom 6.

If you used a creative trial cloud and then bought Lightroom6 creative cloudless, see this link to serialize:

    https://helpx.Adobe.com/Lightroom/KB/serialize-Lightroom-CC-trial-to-activate-as-Lightroom - 6.html

If you do not use a trial or creative cloud at all, please let us know.

  • exposure slider disappeared in the develop module

I under Lightroom 5.6.  After freezing and having to force to leave a certain number of times the exposure sliders have disappeared since the develop Module. I restarted LR and sparked the LR and OX 10.9.4 does not. If I have earlier LR 4 there is no problem with the exposure sliders.

I would reinstall, however LR 5.6 update download Abobe.

It is not necessary to reinstall. Right-click (Cmd-click Mac) on one of the other topics like tone curve Panel and make sure that there is a checkmark in Basic. This seems to be common with some users. But I don't know what caused it.
