Did not the CPU that paid for upgrade.

I ordered a laptop X 230.  He came yesterday, but the CPU that I had paid extra for has not been installed. I paid the extra to have a 3.3 Ghz processor installed as the CPU. I got a processor clocked at 2.6 Ghz.

I've been going round in circles.

First, earlier in the day, I spoke with a representative on Lenovo for a few minutes and then was to call the sales line. In the sales line, the representative told me that it was because my laptop was not in mode 'high performance '. When I came home from work to check, it was always the same in the mode performance - a processor clocked at 2.6 Ghz CPU.

I had sent an email the day before and received a message from the representative indicating on my 'memory '. However, the issue isn't on the CPU processor memory. The rep in the email said I should call tech support. I called tech support and they said that the issue would not be resolved by them because it was a question of sale - due to the nature of the wrong CPU had been sent to me initially.

I am upset because I had confidence in receiving what I had ordered and paid extra for.

I need a computer to work and (especially) in the study.

Please advise and help me!

Edit: the processor that should be installed, should be a: Intel Core processor i5 - 3320M (3 m Cache, up to 3.3 Ghz)

As you can see, my max is indicated to 2.60, but it is striking to 2.8 it.  Go over 2.6 (up to 3.3) is a function of turbo boost, and is not simply set this high all the time.
