  Hello

  I would like to send the metronome (and speech signals) for monitors to the scene in the ear.

  I understand that I can do this in MainStage using different output for the above titles vs. the rest of the 'Concert '.

  I tried to follow the instructions of the Manual:

  Change the audio output for the sound of the metronome

  1. Choose the MainStage > Preferences > General.
  2. In the section of metronome on the general tab, choose another audio output on the shortcut menu to exit.

  PROBLEM

  1. on the general tab, only the outputs 1-2 are available/selectable (likely, these are also by default for all "Concert")

  2. Why is this process in the manual if it is not executable (without doing something to another additional Set up)?

  3. it's probably among the requirements of setting up more critical even easier for using MainStage with a live band, so why am I having to ask for help at all!

  Grateful for any help to solve cela. I guess I can send the metronome (such as a click track) and speech signals on the same outputs, which are separated from the rest of the Concert... or should I change the outputs on the other tracks and keep the outputs 1-2 for the metronome marks / voice?

  I just hate how I connect my headset on my computer, which already pregnant pluged in, and do not receive the sounds in my helmet. I have to turn off the app in order to change the sound. • No recurring no audio output for Vista

  I own a HP Pavilion dv6000 Series notebook and have recently lost all my audio. Tuesday, I booted up my laptop, and the icon "No Audio output device" installed appeared. Device Manager showed no sound drivers anywhere, even when I checked for those hidden. First of all, I got last week. No luck. After retrieving the driver for the modem 'HDaudio softdata fax' the laptop worked well. Wednesday the laptop worked well. Thursday morning, once again, no audio icon, no recognition of Device Manager. Tried the same thing I did before, but when I got the driver I got an error message saying it could not find the device specified for the pilot... weird. I downloaded and installed the Microsoft Universal Audio Architecture (UAA) Bus Driver for high definition and it worked fine. I turned it off and came back to him last night here and once again, no audio icon. Same story. This time I tried to do everything I did before, and it just doesn't work. If I try to reinstall the UAA Bus driver it replaces just the original and nothing is done. I am at my wits end with this and it seems that every time that I fix it, turn off the coast and laughs. Is there a reason that he continues to be? I downloaded some updates from MS, but I don't think they are the cause because I continue to recover at a date where I not to install them. Help, please!

  I need to do a couple of our AIR applications select some audio devices to send their audio output, and last year, someone mentioned possibly using native extensions to do this.  I had to start working on other things for a while, but I'll be back to that (for the moment), and I basically learned how to create native extensions.

  But so far, they do not seem to provide me with any privileged access to what's happening under the hood of an AIR application.  When you stream live in via RTMP or RTMFP, details of the audio you are hidden.  It doesn't seem to be any place where you can actually access the audio bytes are sent on the network.  You can specify a certain object SoundTransform for the NetStream to use, but this class is final and one vanilla Flash build, so even though she may have a way to access the audio bytes, they are not accessible to all.

  Couple quick thoughts...

  The limits are important. There is a lot of work to maintain a clear separation between a decision to users and developers. For example, you cannot change an audio by default to users out because that clearly violates a decision to users. That said, this is a mess of people debating the issue and in fact finally a COM API without papers you can find allows you to actually do in Vista/Win7 (but not 8), but do not expect that it is a "right thing to do":

  Incidentally, RTMP is secure, which explains why you can't access the bytes. The entire purpose of this is to ensure that their media cannot easily be copied or stolen media developers. Adobe don't document their method of securing the flow, but they do not publish the RTMP protocol specification. It is quite possible for you to create your own server method and encryption protocol RTMP while providing an RTMP stream to the custom client that you yourself the code which peut read flow. Here are the specs:

  So I would say that it would be unfortunate if Adobe did give, you access the bytes. You might as well hand users an mp3 of a song because they steal left and right media.

  That does mean that you can not use a multitude of ways to get data via the default output device. Many applications (fraps/etc) captures audio streams video and mixed. But Adobe won't give you the keys of the Kingdom and allow you to decrypt protected multimedia Protocol.

  Yes, but only if you have an option in the software to select the output device.

  WMP cannot, so you send it through your default device.

  Skype can, so you have to get through the second device.

  Beware, however, implemented 2 audio devices and routing is not for the faint hearted!

• Firewall settings universal for different application versions?

  I am release different versions of my application often enough and because the version number is the part of the name of actual exe all versions trigger the Firewall dialog box when the version of give is executed the first time. It is quite annoying and confuses the operators.

  The names of files that I use are as:

  -myAppV1.0.0.exe

  -myAppV1.0.1.exe

  -myAppV1.2.1.exe

  etc etc.

  Is there a disable the firewall for each application that has a filename like "myAppV*.exe"? Or maybe another way to get rid of this popup? (Using the same file name for the different versions, or completely turning the firewall is not an option)

  .. .and stop including the version number in the name of the executable file. The application builder will track the version numbers and same autoincrement for you, while signatures allow Windows to keep track of different versions of the same application.

  The way you are is inherently unreliable, errors and insecurity.

  It could be some third party tools available online that might help you in the task.

  Use your favorite search engine to search for any other tool.

  Important: Using third-party software, including hardware drivers can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from starting properly.   How to enable multiple audio output on Windows 7?  In Vista and XP it did automatically... I'm running Media center and Media player at the same time.  And plugged in a USB headset.  Media Player will automatically play through the headset and Media Center will go to the speakers.

• Unable to connect to a different application on a third computer

  I have a subscription to creative cloud and Dreamweaver CC2015 installed on the #1 computer. I have Dreamweaver CS6 (not part of the subscription of the CC) installed on #2 and #3 computers. I cannot now begin ONE of these applications without getting the message on "you can't have 2 connections" and "sign on one of them" (not word for Word, the message is not open immediately). This feels like being not able to open, for example, Photoshop, because I have Dreamweaver open! CS6 DW doesn't do not part of the subscription of the CC, it's a completely different application, bought and paid for. I don't have the creative Office Cloud app installed on two of these computers (#1 and #2) but there seems to be no way to sign up on that if it factored into two connections, and I can't uninstall it even on computer #2 because it indicates that it programs there it which need it; NO program of creative cloud except the desktop app is installed on this computer.
