  I'm getting confused to which make a template in DW (CS4).

  The page actually consists of two pages, the second being a sheet on the first page. They have a common structure and a common CSS file, but the contents of each editable region is different.

  
  

  Most of the other pages I want to produce using the model will be also composed of 2 or more pages in a row with the same structure.

  
  

  Now make 2 templates one for the home page and the other for the continuation page, or do it alone? If it is, how to incorporate two pages and make or save them under a single model?

  I'm not sure that understand the logic of the pages of the pursuit, but whatever it is.  Create a separate template for any page that is its own file.  In other words, if your site consists of 3 pages of continuation and all 3 of these pages are different, but you want to be able to update and maintain consistent, you would create template1, template2 and template3.

  Before you do all that, maybe you would like to explain what you're trying to do, maybe someone has a better idea.

  I m facing a problem in the site I m creation that drives me a little crazy. Recently, I had to make a few minor changes on the web template. And after that, I have updated the links, as usual, but for some reason, the home page retains the previous design of the model. All other pages look very well, but it s as if the updated home located. I checked the source code, but both pages are oriented exactly on the same model, I m so no idea on the issue.

  If the home/index page is based on the model, go to the page and do edit > templates > page update of the model. Then save and load the page.

  In Design mode (no), you can see the name of the template on which a page is based on a yellow label at the top right of the window in Design view. This will help confirm you that the page is based on the model you are talking about.

  If you have made changes in the model with the open Index page, it is possible that the pages that were not open to update in the background and the Index page, open, has been updated but not registered.

  Another possibility that would occur when the index page and content pages are at different levels in the file/page in the site structure has to do with the links that appear in the CSS. I'm not aware of the changes that you made, but your CSS seems to be mainly on the page template, so on each child page, as well as the links would not settle for a page sitting at another level in the hierarchy. For this kind of difficulty, I recommend you to move all your styles in an external stylesheet that you then bind to the model, update the site with the changes made to the model and you should see the changes fall back in place correctly.

  HI - in other editors I've used I've always been able to implement the code for two different pages so that I can watch side by side to compare. I can't find a way to do this in Dreamweaver. Anyone know if this is possible?

  I want to 'LEVEL' column link to different pages. Once I click on "STUDENT"-> page 1, "PROFESSOR"-> page 2, "ADMIN"-> page 3.

  For example, when I click on the first line of "STUDENT", then I jump to page 1. And when I click on the second row 'TEACHER', jump to page 2.

  A less obvious but simple way to do this is to specify the alias page for pages 1, 2 and 3 as a STUDENT, TEACHER and ADMINISTRATOR respectively. Then set the link Page column property to the #LEVEL # column string substitution to pick up the LEVEL of report column page alias. This approach has a better separation of concerns because it eliminates the generation of HTML code of the application and in this case even does not require the addition of any column in the report. (And I strongly recommend that you do not level use as is an Oracle reserved word as an identifier.)

  You can certainly have different breakpoints on different pages. That is why on the creation of a breakpoint on a single page are not automatically breakpoint on other pages of the project.

• Show/hide the buttons of different page

  Hi all

  I was responsible for creating an interactive PDF of several page which is basically a questionnaire. Each page will have one question with the results of all issues gathered in a table at the end. Ideally, I would like to answer each question to send to a cell in a table but I can't find a way to get there, so my solution was to use radio buttons to select the buttons for results and responses. I had planned to assign an action show/hide radio buttons to reveal the answer on another page. During testing I ran into a problem when you configure the action show/hide, it allows me to select a show/hide button, unless its on the same page as the option button! Does anyone know if there is a solution to this? If someone can not advice me how I build such a feature?

  In Indesign, you will need to install the buttons in response to the same page as the radio buttons for the construction of all hide / display the activations. It's the only way you will be able to set these properties. Once you have completed and tested, you can now move the buttons in response to another page. Option buttons to activate hide/show buttons to answer to a different page. I have a test file that shows, if you want, I can send it to you.

  It is not, but you don't need that to get the behavior you described. A1, a trigger will States and the hyperlink you want. On rolling, it will show its rollover State and show its target container that will be directly on top of A2. It will look like a rollover for A2 State. Repeat for A2, B1 and B2 and I think get you the behavior you described. It is simply a different way of approaching the problem (what happens to adapt the tools available in Muse).

  Obviously, this is not the way in which these links to internal pages should work. The fact that your are not working suggest me that by clicking on the link in the menu starts an internal timer in one of your more than several routines javascript that causes the page to refresh the top of the page. I can't think of a good way to find that, other than disabling js files, one at a time.

• Add a button to print with Java Script to print different Pages differently

  I'm doing a form and most is done and now I want to be able to print two pages but on different printers, I have one that must be printed on a standard A4 printer and another who needs to go to a label printer. I have two names for printers and I tried something, but he just never did anything (this is suggested by adobe I think?)

  I tried without the first and last page and nothing happens, I use a shared printer that works when I do cmd + P, which is the name of the printer complete iMac of Zebra Technologies ZTC GK420t @ user. (I tried also to put the full name in aswell)

  This is just to test a page so far but there at - there no way that a single button will be able to print 2 different pages for 2 different printers?

  TSN's right. You've also used a nonexistent function (getValue), and this one is misspelled (it should be getPrintParams)... Where did you get this code?
