I am running Windows 7. Even if the compatibility page says it will move automatically, this isn't. What can I do?

The compatibility page is not the end all, be all.  Compatibility comes from the other end - not Microsoft.

    That said Kodak?

Your camera came with a disc?  Have you installed?  Since it is a device of Olympus, have you asked them?  They alone are responsible to make their devices compatible with Windows, not MS.

  • Error installing the camera Kodak Easyshare failed on Windows 7

I bought a new Kodak easy share camera. I plugged into the Mac of my mother and went right in the Setup program, as it is supposed to is not my camera that is the problem. Any ideas?

    Hello

    1. What is the exact error message you get?

2 have you installed the software for the device?

    3. What is the exact make and model of the Kodak camera?

You can check if there are errors appearing in Device Manager (usually a yellow exclamation next to it).

    Open the Device Manager

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/open-Device-Manager

I also you suggest to install the software that came with the device and then try to plug in and check.

You can download and install the application from the link below:

  • Installation error 112 Setup error message when you try to install the software of the camera Kodak DC200/DC210 Zoom 1995

Original title: initialization error 112 Setup

1995 installed Kodak DC200/DC210 Zoom camera software.

Explanations with the error: decompress the program files not all charges.

Note: A message previous said that some files can not be installed at this time, because the areas have been used, and records still awaiting loading would be installed when the computer was restarted. (My phrase).

I may not be a problem, but I don't know how I would like to know whether the error 112 was relative to the previous announcement requirement of a restart or another unrelated with error 112.

    Thank you

PS: You know; In appearance, it could be as silly a question as it seems... But I deal with my share of 'Error' messages, so I'll take the risk that the crazy and ask anyway.

I recently bought a Kodak EasyShare touch camera.  Love it, but for some reason some will not play videos from the camera to my computer.  He will say: the selected file has an extension (.) (THM) it is not recognized by Windows Media player.  Any suggestions?

. THM is a thumbnail of the file... not a video file. I suspect that your

  • Windows 7 will not let me install my Kodak Digital Camera C875 camera.

Someone can tell me why Windows 7 will not let me install my camera, worked very well in Visa, any help out there?

Original title: Kodak Digital Camera C875

The best way to manage old cameras that have compatibility problems is not to connect the camera to the computer, but rather to remove the memory card from the camera and use a desktop card reader to make transfers.

If your computer lacks a built-in card reader, you can buy very cheap () USB card readers
