Digital stamp in protected documents
Hello
Is it possible to add a digital stamp for the protected documents using Rights Management Service?
I know that watermarks can be added to documents by selecting to apply on a certain policy, but something similar is possible to also add stamps to these documents?
Thanks in advance for any help.
Kind regards
Marwa
You can use CertifyPDF service to place a digital stamp in the documents, but this service is part of the Signature.
Hope this will help you.
Thank you

I tried to insert a password to protect a document that I send. He told me to add a service that I paid for. I'm still not able to protect document and install a password. I went to tools-Protect but he always tells me that I have to pay for this service after I did. How can I add a password to open my document?
Hi cj47163119,
You need Acrobat application to secure your document with password. It seems that you use Acrobat Reader.
Acrobat Reader is a free service and do not have this option.
If you have Acrobat subscription, you can download it here: Download Adobe Acrobat products. Standard, Pro | DC, XI, X
For more help, see this KB doc: Security with passwords, Adobe Acrobat PDF files

Signature &; protection Documents
I have two questions related to the XI:
1. I can sign documents with a certificate, I can password protect documents to avoid being content copied, however I don't see how to do both?
2. is there sort of to the batch to sign several documents?
Hi spastikmonkii,
Using the option of signature Place under fill & sign, you can create the signature with the certificate, which you can apply to the documents. To refer to this article:- https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/certificate-based-signatures.html
To secure PDF files with password, please refer to this article:- https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/securing-pdfs-passwords.html
Would like to inform you that it is not possible to multiple PDF documents in Acrobat XI batch, you must manually sign the documents one after one.

I have previously a POWER1) product allows me to digitally sign a PDF document? (2) convert a word to PDF doc?
Hi robertb48724220,
I checked your account. You have an active subscription to Adobe PDF package, which allows you to convert files to PDF format, both signing (the fill & sign on Acrobat.com does not require a subscription). You can access your account at https://cloud.acrobat.com/. Just sign in with your Adobe ID and password.
Please let us know if you have any additional questions.

How I "embed" stamps in the document?
I often add stamps to documents I send to other people. However, when they print the document, if they choose to 'documents and annotations' or 'documents and stamps', then stamps are not displayed. I know that I can print the document to the PDF "printer", but it's annoying because I can't replace the paper when I print. I've name it something else, then change the name. I think that there is a way to 'integrate' stamps of in Acrobat X Pro ver 10.1.1. I don't want to password - protect the document either.
Yes, you can flatten pages. To do this, you can use the preflight or
the command flattenPages() in JavaScript.

ActiveX activate protection document word with labview
Hi all!
I am trying to enable (or disable) protection of files"a document Word with ActiveX, someone told me that it is possible!
did someone done before?
Thanks a lot for your answers
What starting point you have? You have the report generation tool? There is no pre-made VI to do this, you will need to manipulate the ActiveX reference using nodes of property and call the nodes to perform the actions.
If you have the report Gen Toolkit, you can use the word get ActiveX references to get the reference "_Document. Once you have, it has a property of simple password stupid that you can set. Entered empty gets rid of password protection. There is also an Invoke method called Protect, which can set specific document protection options.

How to attach a digital certificate on a document
Hello
I use Windows 8. I don't have any information about the *.dll files and I am not a programmer is. I'm supposed to create a document online. I need to attach this document with a digital certificate. To create the certificate I required to copy a dll file in the syswow64 folder, I did. I have who has been properly executed. This should have led to the creation of a certificate, but his does not. Any ideas?
Thank you
Who asked you to copy the DLL of your system folder and run it? This looks very suspicious and malicious, and I would not be surprised to learn that you injected just a virus in your system. What you say that you took are not required for the use of digital certificates.

Cannot select stamp on some documents
Using Acrobat Pro, I sometimes met some documents that do not allow me to choose a stamp. My categories of stamps are not selectable and, although my favorite stamps appear, they are not no longer selectable. Here is an example of a form of Government #180 US that I can't stamp: http://www.dd214.us/reference/standard-form-180.pdf
That particular file cannot be stamped as is of the security restrictions that prevent to comment them.
Other forms could be dynamic XFA forms created with LiveCycle Designer. They do not allow comment even without any restrictions in place. I mention this because many forms of Government are XFA forms.
