  When you copy pictures from your camera through any software (Kodak, elements, Lightroom, import Windows operating system, etc.) a physical copy is created on your storage media (whenever you have configured the software to copy photos to).

  When you install Photoshop Elements, you also get Photoshop elements Organizer. Organizing is a virtual library of images and videos that are available on your computer. You can choose which photos are included in the Organizer, choosing the images you want to import. The request of the Organizer, you can view your assets and then modify, improve or change accordingly in Photoshop element Editor (photos) or Premiere Elements (for videos, requires separate purchase).

  I'm about to finally upgrade iPhoto Photos on our mid 2010 MacBook Pro. My intention is to keep a copy of the complete resolution of each photograph on our MacBook Pro by enabling the option 'Download this Mac originals '.   As for the upgrade - I see no reason to do it in two steps - I just back up and go to Sierra then start leaning Phtops (this is a new program with a learning curve and new workflow - if you think of it like an iPhoto update you will be frustrated because he's not - is a completely new application)

  A single catalog, Lightroom can support photos stored on several disks, even the pictures offline. If you want to move pictures from one album to another, you can do the moves within Lightroom.   I've been using the new photoshop CS5 for about 6 months. I have a grasp on the basics of cloning/healing Inc. the new content aware fill (which is great). I can get good results on simple cloning but on complex things, I really can't.

  You mean if you want any magenta part in there?  The same thing...  Paint it gently, gently, with the colors in the surrounding area.  That may be a little harder to make it look natural, but it's possible, I guess.

  But frankly this magenta part of color seems sloppy out there.  Very catchy.  You might want to think twice before trying to make it too empty thinking.

  If magenta is the problem itself, you can try using a brush set to color mode, with which you can change the color but leave the luminance of the reflection in place.

  Another completely different option is to replace the entire contents of the lens with a photo that's been distorted spherical.  Usually an image taken by a wide angle (for example, fisheye) lens would be good to start by, since these lenses are convex.  Where do you think the prospective buyer to imagine that he is?  On the beach?  In the mountains?
