• Can not enter in App Builder, started as a PC file

  Desperately looking for someone with experience!

  I built my application on a PC and put everything in the folio Designer, thinking it would be a simple process. Oops.

  I have a professional subscription and two folios, one for the iPad, one for the iPhone.  I also have two problems.

  Problem 1. Folios of my admin account are not appearing in my account of the application. I used my e-mail from the admin as an application on behalf of the application name. I thought that this was the way to establish a connection. I was wrong?

  Problem 2. There is no evidence at all in the application builder in each account.

  I had a whole bunch of nothing.

  Can anyone help? It all sounds wonderful to my PC, but I can't seem to get out of there or the cloud!

  It is difficult to understand what is causing the problem without more information. Specify what type of app you on the Details page of the App? When you click Next and if fails, you see a red box around an option? If so, hover over the option of reading the error message.

  For the construction of the application, you use the edition companion guide which is available from the DPS App Builder Help menu? If this isn't the case, please do.

  I recently launched a new business account DPS, but the app Builder does not accept email (ID title). ID / password works perfectly well in folio Builder and producer folio, which makes it really confusing. All download credits are appearing in the DPS portal, so the account seems to be put in place.   When you set up your accounts using the Admin account on the dashboard, there are three types of accounts:

  • Admin - allows you to assign roles and view download account data
  • DPS App Builder - allows you to connect to DPS App Builder and create applications
  • Application - used for the title ID and creation/editing sheets

  Looks like you are trying to connect using an account that has only an Application role, not a role of DPS App Builder. You can either configure your account of the Application in order to include also the role of DPS App Builder, or you need to assign the role of DPS App Builder to another account, sign in to App Builder with this account and then use the account application such as the ID of the title. I think that most editors have a single account with a role of DPS App Builder, rather than assigning the roles for each account.

  @ jurecka: you must contact technical support of DPS/InDesign to start a technical matter. You should also try and re-install Panel Builder Folio and Viewer Builder (even once after having re-installed FB). Make sure you restart your mac after installation and before use.   A few people have seen my app. I can see it on my Web App World website and also when I connect to the provider portal. NSB Blackberry Appworld in my celphone, I see the number of stars on the list of applications, but when I click on the application and see the Chronicles, it is said * no. customers still *.

  This error is thrown on the desktop because your qnx - air.swc is probably in the process of fusion as code instead of being tied to your project as external. The reason who need to be external is that it contains classes that exist in the execution of AIR in the Simulator and not in the AIR runtime on your desktop. The device classes use the custom air extensions we wrote to get the properties of the device.

  If you want just the operating system, you can also use the Capabilities.os, which is a standard API Flash Player and does not require the use of custom extensions.

  My guess on why it does not work on the device thus is that the qnx - air.swc is not defined externally. Return to externally set and run it in the Simulator.

  We are experiencing some problems with an Android app, built from Adobe DPS 2015 project.  The application displays beautifully on the iPad, but not so much on android. Note that the droid app is tested via a custom app .apk file

  Please note that some 3rd party software firewall continue to block the same aspects it traffic Local, they are turned Off (disabled). If possible, configure the firewall correctly or completely uninstall to allow a clean flow of local network traffic. If the 3rd party software is uninstalled, or disables, make sure Windows native firewall is active .

  Since you have a network with Win 7 and the other version of Windows, you must configure Windows 7 as work network.

  In the center of the network, by clicking on the type of network opens the window to the right.

  Choose your network type. Note the check box at the bottom and check/uncheck depending on your needs.

  The Security Panel and the authorization Panel, you need to highlight each user/group and consider that the authorization controls are verified correctly.

• LDAP users are not visible in the EE 11.1.2.3

  Hi all

  We have 3 servers separated running on 3 separate boxes, all 3 are on the same instance of Shared Services. We installed the ldap certificate in the area of shared service and 2 boxes remaining essbase have ldap certificate.

  We are not able to see any LDAP user in the Regional service console. But native users can connect to essbase servers.

  Authenticated LDAP users are unable to access Essbase. Please find below the error message

  Error:

  "Error: 103: error unexpected Essbase 1051440" "."
  "Error: 1051440: Essbase user [] authentication fails on the server of Shared Services with error [EPMCSS-00301: unable to authenticate the user.]" Invalid credentials. Enter valid credentials].

  In addition, ldap users can connect to the workspace successfully, but they cannot access essbase to workspace. We have put in service

  ldap as Admins users, still no luck.

  
  I have rebooted the entire stack of Hyperion, has not fixed the issue. Any help on this would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!
